The room and hotel grounds were lovely, and the Dominican breakfast was delicious. The staff—especially Thanou and Luis—were incredibly warm and welcoming. My main feedback is that the atmosphere felt a bit too quiet at times. When I wanted to relax by the pool, it was often empty with very low music, so it lacked some ambiance. After breakfast, staff presence also seemed to disappear. It would be great if there were more offerings during the day—something as simple as poolside drinks like piña coladas could really enhance the experience.
