Today checked out 5/18th. It was disappointing for a four star rating Hotel-room AC did not work. Also, a mold odor in the sink faucet when on in room 301. The gentleman staff Manny offered compensating for half of our stay along the two purchased items, which was accommodating. 🙏 Credit TBD in credit card.

Ac wasn't working. It was humid. Bathroom wasn't so clean and had a smell to it. Ice machine broken.

The hotel has had no AC for a month now. Room never got cooler than 79 degrees, and I was at warned that the AC was broken prior to my check-in. When I checked in, they told me they were simply having a little AC problem and there was a fan in my room however they never mentioned it was broken. The room in my window did not even open while I’m on the property did. When I asked to switch rooms both days they told me the answer was no and offered me a $30 refund. People looked miserable and were sweating profusely. I do not know why we were not warned about this considering it has been an ongoing issue for a month. I would not ever recommend staying here.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating, the bartender was friendly drinks pricey but probably normal. The room was clean. We we there with our grand daughters so the bar door to the bathroom was strangely interesting..you had it adjust it’s position to feel secure and I sure you had privacy
