Nice and moderne hotell in walking distance to Liverpool Street Station and Tower Bridge. Stayed three nights (without breakfast), but everything worked nicely. The rooms were spacious and the cleaning was good.

Stayed here with my partner for 2 nights. The hotel uses the roof top bar as its unique selling point but each time we have stayed here it has been booked out for private events and not notified until the day of. Pillows are super high, had to call reception for a soft pillow for my partner who tried 4 pillows and still no luck. Checked in through self service and wasn’t given any information about the hotel. I rang through to reception to ask what time breakfast is until the next day and i was told 11am. We arrived at breakfast at 10:35am and were turned away it was closed at 10:30am when there was people eating inside and reception gave the wrong information. We had prepaid for breakfast when we booked and it was an absolute waste of money the first morning. I stayed here and my partners card was left in the room and someone was using his hard on tiktok. Had to block the card and claim for the money back and report to fraudulent activity on the card.

The staff were so sweet and friendly, I didn’t need much help on my stay, but the best staff experience of a hotel in London so far! I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious our room was and how clean it is as well. Because of allergies I hate carpet floors, and the room having normal floors is a big part of why I booked here. Good value for the money! I’d stay here again if I’m ever in London again :))

I booked short notice for my daughter and i as we were atteneding the Sheepdrive in the City. I hadn't heard of the hotel and have previously paid alot in London and was let down. Not this time, stunning hotel, amazing room, great breakfast and a great price. This is my go to hotel now.
