Incredible hotel for partying adults but quite a disaster when coming with a 7 year old. They expect him to swim in 10inches of water in the baby pool. All other pools are 12+ or older so this was definitely not a great choice of hotel. Had spend 90+ of time outside the hotel in Dubai and find other activities to do. I did check and ask about a kids pool and online shows kids have a pool on the lower deck but this is misleading as it’s more of a baby pool.

unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations Upon arrival, I noticed that the floor was wet in my room for 4 days Customer Service: Despite several attempts to address my concerns with the front desk, the staff was unresponsive and rude, which only compounded the frustration. Amenities/Facilities: non-functional equipment, and spa facilities including the jacuzzi. I reached out to the management during and after my stay, but no one responded

Absolutely stunning views of downtown Dubai. Incredible swimming pools on the rooftop. Service was exceptional and the rooms and communal areas are beautiful. The view from our balcony was stunning. The only negative was the fact that we couldnt take water to the pool as they wanted us to pay for water. Would 100% recommend and we will definitely be going back. Thank you!

I slipped on the bathroom floor because the housekeeping person did not wipe it dry during his makeover. 2. the hotel does not really have a lobby. and whatever small space it has - has no seating. 3. there are three different elevators you need to take in order to move around the hotel. Otherwise the rooms are fabulous - very airy, well lit, high ceilings - comfortable bed, etc. etc. The staff is courteous...and everything else is great. Thanks.

The property was stunning. The views fantastic. The room as clean as I’ve ever had. The only problem was when I showered the was standing water in the shower. The other was my card key stopped working daily. I had to get a new one. I would still recommend this hotel for anyone going to Dubai for a decent price. The mall was about 15 min drive but taxis are readily available.

We had an unpleasant experience at SLS. The cleaning standards were inadequate; there was sharp glass on the carpet that pierced my toe and caused a wound. Additionally, there were several flies buzzing around the room. Our biggest concern arose around 11 p.m. when someone entered our room using their own access card. Upon seeing us, they quickly fled. It took the management two hours to address the situation and provide an explanation. This incident left my wife feeling unsafe, but we stayed until morning, getting only three hours of sleep before moving to another place. I spend over 200 nights a year in hotels for work and have never encountered such an experience at a five-star hotel. Although the manager apologized during checkout, no compensation was offered for our disrupted stay.

The hotel itself is good and nice. However, we first had to discuss with the receptionist and the manager so that we could actually get the room category we had booked as shown in the photos on the website. If you book a khalifa view & you can only see it from the last corner of the balcony, it is not okay to offer this type of room as a khalifa view. At first, the receptionist actually tried to convince me that it technically fulfilled the conditions, as it was possible to see the burj khalifa from this room (from the last corner of the balcony), I was simply speechless. There was a huge difference between the first room and the one we got afterwards (in the same category). You simply can't offer this in the Burj Khalifa view category. Or you have to change the pictures on your website and show both rooms someone could become, if they book this category.

It’s a beautiful property located just under 10 mins drive to Dubai mall (20-25 AED Uber ride) and 15 minutes from DXB. Service was excellent and fast throughout the hotel. Food was good throughout all restaurants and cafe on the ground floor. Given the location and clubs within it,could have easily been noisy but their soundproofing is so well done that we had excellent sleep every night. You basically can be homebody during hot hours, it has so many restaurant and lounge options. Special shoutout to Hasant (Hasi) who greeted us with kind smile everytime at F’lia and made sure all the guests around were well attended to and whole staff on 75th gloor went above and beyond to make our experience amazing.

Disappointing service. There is a construction side right by the hotel. So when you book the room with the “view” you herring view on the construction, with the construction robes with the materials flying in from of your balcony. Room service just bad, need to pay for ice and even for set of silverware.

When someone reaching your hotel for check-in, firstly please offer them some seat to take rest ( maybe they were tired with travel) & give some refreshment like juice or something.. It’s a beautiful property located just under 10 mins drive to Dubai mall (20-25 AED Uber ride) and 15 minutes from DXB. Service was excellent and fast throughout the hotel. Food was good throughout all restaurants and cafe on the ground floor. Given the location and clubs within it,could have easily been noisy but their soundproofing is so well done that we had excellent sleep every night. You basically can be homebody during hot hours, it has so many restaurant and lounge options. Special shoutout to Hasant (Hasi) who greeted us with kind smile everytime at F’lia and made sure all the guests around were well attended to and whole staff on 75th gloor went above and beyond to make our experience amazing.
