I am not able to give this hotel a full 5 stars because of a couple of reasons 1. I slipped on the bathroom floor because the housekeeping person did not wipe it dry during his makeover. 2. the hotel does not really have a lobby. and whatever small space it has - has no seating. 3. there are three different elevators you need to take in order to move around the hotel. Otherwise the rooms are fabulous - very airy, well lit, high ceilings - comfortable bed, etc. etc. The staff is courteous...and everything else is great. Thanks.

The ambiance is simply beyond beautiful. Very unique and unforgettable. The staff are great, The pool. The views sensational Filia Ristorante is a great choice of fine Italian food. Chef Celia and Team will deliver the unexpected for you. I would recommend SLS.

The hospitality was amazing. All the staff were helpful and very friendly. The food served was delicious and room service arrived so fast! This was one of the best hotel stays we’ve had, definitely will be returning!

Room was nice. Booked a desert tour with the concierge and the photos/description was inaccurate to what I actually went to. After approaching them to let them know, they did not do anything about it. Just offered a random tour that I was not interested in.
