Decent place for the price. Room was clean except for the ragged sheets with cigarette burns in the sheets. They did offer a smoking room which is unheard of these days. So if you smoke, this is the place for you. They did have Roku smart tv which convenient for my YouTube tv app. Great refrigerator but nowhere to sit and eat my food comfortably.

Drive from JFK is 25 minutes, remember this in case you need to go back for a flight the next day.Check in is downstairs. Checked in late, room was still available. Slow elevator, no worries. Got to room stench of bleach from bathroom. Still very clean room. No television guide for television watching, no clock in the room, only three pillows for the bed. Lots of street noise. No food delivery options (not their fault)

Overall was just a very dirty place and the rooms were dirty too. The elevator seems like it will break at any point. We definitely didn’t feel safe there. I would avoid if you can.

This property it’s unbelievable, quiet space, really clean, the ladies at the front are very nice, very clean and very beautiful, they have a lot of respect for the customers, the only thing I don’t like it’s because there is no parking, but after that nothing to complain

The good things I noticed were: The property looks pleasant walking in. The front desk receptionist was nice. The tv in my room did work well. The negatives were: There was only one small microwave in the lobby. The elevator was very slow and sounded like it was going to breakdown, at any minute. The whole hallway on my floor smelt like smoke. The walls room to room are extremely thin. Small Noises travel easily. There were holes in the walls and in my bedspread. The bathroom sink was leaking alot. I called maintenance, but no-one ever came. I had to walk downstairs to request maintenance because there was no phone in my room. The room only had a shower, not a tub. The desk in the room was beat up as if it was picked up off the curb and placed in the room. The room had poor lighting. It was shabby. The establishment seems to be rundown. There was no parking either.

I went to the room that i booked, smelled like old carpet and sheets, hallways smell like they have been cleaned. There were used condoms found on the bathroom floor of the room that i was in. Absolutely disgusting. Please do not waste your money by staying at this hotel. This hotel was an absolute disaster.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was very dirty — the seat had lint all over it, the curtains were filthy, and the blanket even had a big hole in it, like it had been burned. They didn’t even provide water, and overall the room just felt nasty. The hallways smelled strongly of weed, which was disgusting. On top of that, the hotel is not noise-proof at all — you can hear so much noise from other rooms and outside, making it almost impossible to sleep. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

This property was absolutely filthy. Stained sheets and floor. The shower was so disgusting we would not use it. Rooms don’t need to fancy but cleanliness does matter. This place was super cheap. But just too dirty and way too sketchy for our limits. Hard pass.

This hotel was horrible, blood on the sheets, the room stung of cigarettes, no heat, hair in the towels and mold in the bathroom. Skin was crawling there. Do not stay here

Room was in poor condition, AC very noisy, blankets with burn marks, bathroom with hairs everywhere. Smells weed for all the place. Cleaning personal doing "stuffs" in corridors and side rooms at 1 am and listen music! Staff in reception were nice, and gave ideas for eating nearby, internet is good. Neighborhood not bad, didn´t see anything weird as other reviewers said.

Very poor experience. Room was dirty. The bed sheets and towels were stained. There were cockroaches in the washroom. No housekeeping in the 3 days stay. Foul smell in the lobby and pathways. Not recommended at all!!! Expedia should avoid recommending such poor hotels.

This is my second stay here, first time was good. This time key for door did not work three times going to reception. Was moved to handicap room. Bed squeaked. Bathroom overflowed when taking shower. Refrigerator leaked water.

Very old condition tv not working they sent repair and they could not fix it . The lighting was very poor. One old lamp look like was about 50 years old. Had one lightbulb missing and the one where there was a lightbulb that was so low it was like nonexistent I would not stay there again.

Horrible stay. Not only was the room dirty, bed loppy, no wash cloths , stain bedsheets but someone was playing music at 2am in the hallway outside my room. Have to go down to the front desk around 4am cause the noise was too much. They refuse to move me or give me a refund

Metal doors C208 was bashed in and seemed very unsafe near the back door. No seal around doors so after moving to a room closer to the front check-in area it was very noisy and at one point the manager was yelling for several minutes at a guy that was going in and out "making too much noise"! Ironic. Won't ever stay here again.

The room was horrible. Cigarette burns all over the room, in the sheets, in the bathtub, and walls. Bed was hard, mold all over the bathroom. Room has no microwave. The tv’s picture was horrible, as well as the WiFi. Hotel states the rooms are sound proof. My wife and I heard other customers from down the hallway. Check out was at 11am, we left at 6am on little to no sleep. People we fighting down the hallway. Room was very uncomfortable and unclean.

The front desk receptionist in the morning is very pleasant 😊. The one at nights the skinny one, she simply is the worst, doesn't acknowledge you, booked reservation her response is no room and then back to her phone conversation 😑. I had to let her know I had a reservation and then she put me in a disgusting rooms with holes in the wall, I just decided not to see her again and get out the place.

What I liked was the location because it was close to transportation and shopping. What i disliked about the place is that it smelled of smoke even though I selected a non smoking room. I spent 3days and nights and there was no house keeping until day 3. There was a refrigerator in the room that didn't work. when i reached out to management they sent someone who came and confirmed it wasn't working and promised to get another one. This issue was never resolved. I had to throw away my food.

I loved everything from the interior of the Hotel; originally booked the hotel because of a long layover for JFK airport, my flight was cancelled and the cost was cheap. However the problem is the neighborhood the Hotel was in was kinda sketchy. There were drug dealers, alcoholics, and shouting homeless around the outside area. At one point I almost wanted to call the police, and I felt at risk of being robbed while taking a stroll. I secured my phone, wallet, and passport that I had on me as an extra precaution. Transportation wasn’t good, had to walk 4-5 blocks for nearest MTA (both subway and buses included) Glad the staff was friendly tho, eased my concerns a bit. Food options around the area = very limited.

It was Dark and dirty . Had a guy started ranting on me for just being a resident . Everything in the app about place is all false. The place was a total dirt . Location was a dangerous part of Jamaica . I only went in to the room and see how it was , it took me only 5mins before i returned the key. My $167 plus payment went all to the toilet since it was non refundable and i blame hotels.com for not knowing how and what the place is that you are advertising on your website . You put the person who patronizes your website. Thats why i booked another hotel and ended up in John Hotel. I did not even confronted front desk for fear of my life and my property . This is the 2nd time that it happened to me using your website. You should know the product you guys are promoting . Every weekend ill be staying on different hotels if you notice and so far it was the worst place in history
