Pool was great, rooms were big.

I was very pleased with the room. It wound up being a very cold and windy night when I stayed. I liked that there was a second door that opened up directly to the pool area. I was disappointed that the weather was too cold to swim because the pool looked amazing. And the hotel was very close to everywhere I needed to be while I was in Lake Havasu.

Parking could be better, , people take up two parking spaces, which doesn’t leave room for others, other than that met my standards!! Staff is great, rooms were clean!

Looks like they’re doing some remodeling the rooms have hardwood floors now and the restrooms were all remodeled. It’s walking distance to the downtown area, bars, dining..everything close by. Good dirt lot parking for the boat.

Nice room and good priced. Parking is limited close to the rooms if you have a big truck.

Difficult to access. Old and dated. Rooms kept very clean but no lamps, just overhead lighting. Good for the price in this area. Excellent pool.

Clean and reasonably priced. Its an older motel but well maintained. The room was clean. The pool was well kept. Be sure to requested a room on the 1st floor ahead of time as there are only stairs to the 2nd floor.

Great location, friendly owners and staff, upcoming renovations and motel set up works well, plenty of parking for your boat too.

Ive stayed a this hotel back when it was Knights Inn...lots of improvements to the rooms! Buildings still need some exterior repairs. Was disappointed to find that the laundry was out of order. Otherwise was happy with my stay

We stayed in room 105 in July 2024 and were very, very happy with the cleanliness and quality of the facilities particularly for the very affordable price. The floors were not carpeted but laminate and clean. The bathroom seemed recently re-tiled. Also very clean. Nice, fluffy towels. As many people say who have left favourable reviews, this is a very well set up place for the inexpensive price. The outside is a little bit rustic, but we did see repairs and painting happening in just one day while we stayed. If you're looking for the Ritz, it would be delusional to think that's what you would find for this price, but this is more than enough for a reasonable person. We didn't get a chance to hop in the pool, but it looks lovely, and our room, and probably most on the ground floor open into the interior pool area. Totally recommend this as a place to rest, and tons of great breakfast options within walking distance. The motel is minutes drive from Lake Havasu if you want to take a dip. Also, the gal at check-in was very friendly and helped us find our way with what we needed.

Room was spotless and great location.

I would call this a last resort stay if the camp grounds are filled or your car is too packed to get comfy in it. Dont expect too much but do expect cleanliness to be very poor

Friendly staff. The room was very clean and spacious. It had nice touches of dispensers with shampoo and lotion, etc. rather than those tiny bottles. We also appreciated its convenient location to the highway and parks.

This place was absolutely disgusting. We checked in to our hotel and went to the room. The floors have probably never been mopped. Wrappers on the floor hair all over the bathroom. We stayed in the room maybe 10 minutes and walked back out. Do not stay here.

This property has gone down hill fast. Latest stay dealt with about 20 roaches scattered around room and coming out from bedding. Property is dirty and run down.

Key card didn't open door from back entry, something really sticky all over bath room counter,. Stains or something stuck on the floor. Turned down bed the sheets had black stains on them, I checked out.

Don't believe the 900 sq feet but the rooms are huge and very clean you can wear white socks and they will not turn black

King size bed wasn't stable. It learned to one side. Room was clean. Nice to have the small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Staff was friendly. Pool looked inviting but we were told it was cold.

The hotel has a very spacious, quiet and clean room. The patio is pretty and the pool is good. I didn’t like much the area and the hotel is a bit outdated and the lobby needs some renovation but other than that it is a good place

Bad job renovation, soft squeaky bed!!!

The room we stayed in was very comfortable, clean, spacious, and the view from the back door was amazing! It's obvious the staff really cares about keeping everything clean and fresh. I think it's an older property but once you're in the courtyar the grounds and the pool are kept very clean and pretty. Everyone we came across treated us very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was the best price in town. My room was totally renovated, so very nice. The linens were nice and I slept well. Mini fridge, mic, coffee maker, ironing board and iron, blow dryer, basic toiletries, lighted mirror, new tv. They are clearly renovating - there's a construction dumpster and old furniture lined up along the inner walls of the motel. The pool was nice, clean and a pleasant temp. Ice machine worked, internet worked. Check in was fast and friendly. When I had trouble with watching tv, she quickly came to my room and helped me figure out the remotes. It looks pretty run down from the outside, but I had a good stay and the best price. Perhaps one of the best things, is location. It's right behind the main old town drag - lots of restaurants, bars, little shops, a park - all within blocks, so I liked that aspect. I know they'll do fine once they get the renovations completed.

The rooms have been partially remodeled as flooring and some painting. Some walls were partially painted. Nice large rooms but no chair or tables to sit at. Towels were very worn and thin. Odor constant in bathroom of Room 123. No one came to make up our beds for the 3 nights. We had to call for towels and trash to be emptied. We did not have Do Not Disturb sign on.

The room was fantastic and up to date, except I did have an issue the furniture in the room. Table and end tables by bed need to be sanded down to repaint due to them being scratched up. King size bed needs to be updated along with new bedding, mine had rips and tears. But overall the room was very spacious, enjoyed the lighting and color scheme. It was worth staying for the low price and would definitely stay again. The location is also perfect, right next to downtown so everything is within walking distance

The staff was very friendly. The only down fall was the blankets and sheets of the bed. There were burn holes every where and I kept sweating at night. The towels were older and were dingy.

Great check in. The Inn is what you get for the price. Good for a quick overnight sleep.

The front desk person was super helpful, friendly and professional. It’s was way better than travelers inn…. The bathroom was remodeled. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Everything is walking distance, food, bar and laundry in on premises. I will stay here again.

Pictures do not reflect this property! Horrible, dirty, run down outside. People doing drugs and hanging out in the parking lots. Came from out of town for a funeral and my family was too uncomfortable to even get out of the car. They have a no refund policy, so we paid for 2 rooms that we weren’t able to sleep in. Please don’t waste your time or money.

Not a fancy place, but the location is perfect for why we were in town. We come in town on Friday nights to have fun at the bars, then take the boat out on Saturday for a day on the water. By staying here we didn't have to drive or get an Uber from the bars back to our rooms. We will definitely stay here again.

The property looks very old school but is well run and maintained. Large comfortable rooms. The popular "Downtown" strip is within very short and easy walking distance. A lot of "fun" food, drinks and shops!! Very reasonable pricing from October to April; "Snowbird Season"!! Different pricing structure and deposits for the rowdy summer party months!
