Très bien situé sur les Champs Élysées, à deux pas de l’Arc de Triumph, des belles boutiques et des bons restos. Tout se fait à pied! L’hôtel offre plusieurs terrasses dont une avec la vue sur la Tour Eiffel! Buffet déjeuner très bon. Personnel très gentil. Les chambres sont équipées de domotique ce qui est vraiment charmant. Il faut essayer le réveil où quelques lumières s’allument avec une petite musique. Mes amis et moi avons adoré notre séjour!

The service is outstanding. I would give it/them 6 stars if I could. Our room was small, but the other common areas overshadowed that. Including the rooftop terrace (to watch the lights on Tour Eiffel) and ground level outdoor courtyard! The hotel has a Euro modern vibe.

A fun and cool hotel in a great location. The rooms are small but very cute and cozy. The lobby and terrace provide plenty of space, and the roof top has a great view. The area is right next many shops and restaurants, very easy to walk around as well. I would rebook for my next visit.

citizenM is a unique hotel. Rooms are small, but very comfortable. The hotel has no lobby in the traditional sense, but rather a large “living room”, with couches, small tables, armchairs etc. - a pleasant place to hang out. Location is right on the Champs Elyssee, an easy walk from the Arc de Triomphe. Breakfast is good. A rooftop bar has a good view of the Eiffel Tower. Highly recommended.

We loved the Citizen M, especially the massive bed, which was so comfortable. The room was small but well designed’ like a very comfortable ‘pod’. The staff are all fantastic - welcoming, friendly and helpful. There’s a lovely cosy bar that’s open til 1am and another on the rooftop. Lovely vibe and fantastic location, just off the Champs Elysees. Will stay there again, for sure, when in Paris. The bathroom was a little small and the basin was not far from the bed. It all worked though.

Leider wurde auch auf Nachfrage keine zweite Bettdecke zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein weiteres Handikap ist, dass man die Zimmerreinigung buchen muss. Darauf wird man aber nicht aufmerksam gemacht. Man merkt es erst am nächsten Tag, dass niemand da war.

J'ai contracté une allergie sévère avec des éruptions cutanées autour des yeux à cause des draps et des serviettes, qui semblaient sales. La chambre était petite, l'air était mauvais et la propreté laissait à désirer. C'était une expérience très décevante qui a gâché mon week-end à Paris. We switched to CitizenM from another hotel and could not have been happier with the choice. CitizenM rooms are spotlessly clean, efficient and well maintained. I’ve used the chain in San Francisco, Seattle and now Paris and the rooms are consistently great. Tip: If you have a large number of bags it will be hard to fit them all in the room because of its size. Unpack and store your clothes in the huge drawers under the bed, and have the hotel store your empty bag in the luggage room!

Stayed in room 512 for reference Pros *Great location, lovely hotel decor on wnd floor reception are. Hotel roof terrace looks over eiffel tower in distance, supermarkets nearby, metro too, nice bar and restaurants nearby. * good shower, comfy bed * quiet room, handy tech with ipad and lighting *handy fridge Cons * no kettle, had to request hot water from bar everytime we wanted a hot drink * air con constantly on which often disturbed our sleep. Even on low setting * blackout curtain was scratched/damaged and therefore let in light * due to bed position no bed side tables or shelves nearby *although the tv worked some channels didnt work and made the tv malfunction and had to restart. We would stay again, but would bring a travel kettle for convenience

Location is great steps off the champs elysée. This is not a hotel for a family, but a couple or solo it is great. Rooms are small but very efficient, great technology, a big comfortable beds. Staff was great all around.

We were blown away by CitizenM! It is in an amazing location, it has amazing views from the rooftop bar, you can control all the lights and blinds from an iPad and the staff we met were incredible. We would come back tomorrow if we could! The rooms are smaller than average (although probably not city ones), but there was plenty of room for us.

This was our first stay at a CitzenM hotel and I will definitely be back. The hotel was very retro and had a great vibe. The staff was amazing. Shout out to Titi, Raul and Rachel from the rooftop deck.

Great location. Decor a bit funky, a bit too much so. Staff didn't help with our 4 pieces of luggage -- had to haul ourselves. Room VERY small, you need to enjoy watching your spouse brush their teeth because there's no way to avoid same. But all very clean.

One of the best hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Fabulous concept, state of the art rooms, gorgeous menu through the day, plenty of work space, gluten free and lactose free breakfast options beyond any I’ve ever seen. Big comfy bed, fluffy pillows, hot shower nice and big. 5 mins to LV store and 1 min Sephora and Marriott. Definitely stay here again!

Love the decor, modern contemporary art was fabulous. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The rooms are very small but it was worth staying at that location. The roof top was very cool with a great view of the Eiffel Tower. Drinks very good and reasonable but the food was just ok.

Beautiful hotel in a very good location. Close to the metro and major shopping area. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Staff were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was anazing! The coffee bar was a great touch to the already great breakfast selection! The room was a tad bit small but the king bed was very comfortable! Love the iPad that controlled all the room settings! Lovely roof top bar with a good view of the Eiffel Tower. Will definitely stay here again!

We stayed for four days at this location. We loved the neighborhood, there are several restaurants and stores at walking distance. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the hotel staff friendly and willing to help. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Paris on the future.

The hotel modern and contemporary. The breakfast exceptional affordable and delicious. The staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Ron has great customer service. My husband and I would like to say thank you to all the staff . Great job!
