The front desk is amazing. They order taxis and assist with ideas of where to go and what to eat. The one thing that needs to be more honest is that there IS NO AIRPORT TRANSFER. It says there is on hotels.com but this is not true. The front desk can order you a taxi, but it's very difficult to do over the phone before you arrive.

The hotel in general was good., But , the reservation stated that an airport shuttle service was available; however, upon calling from the airport, I was informed that no such service was provided. The delay of our flight further compounded the issue, as there was a shortage of taxis, making the situation quite challenging especially with children.

Stayed for two nights while travelling . Hotel is about 15 mins from the airport but a bus or taxi anywhere else. Staff were great and very helpful. Buffet breakfast was good and we were able to use the room one evening to plan our next leg of the journey with friends. Be aware though..there is no free shuttle as was advertised when we booked.

It was very clean, the staff was helpful & they had a great breakfast. It was great for our overnight before heading to the airport. Be aware that it's a busy, noisy street when the windows are open. The elevator didn't always work. About 20-25 min. cab ride to the airport. 25 Euros in 2024.

My stay was for 5 nights. The room was very clean and quiet and the oversized plush towels and high thread count cotton sheets a nice touch. The bed is a little hard but the pillows were perfect. The hotel staff was really nice. Sadly the neighborhood is in a rougher part of the city and has limited options nearby for food and transit, especially on a Sunday when nothing is open. The room has a pay bar mini-fridge but in this area with such limited resources nearby a fridge for the sole use of hotel guest would be much better. The downside is that the hotel is undergoing major renovations, so from 8AM - 5 PM everyday you hear loud construction noise, which made it difficult to sleep in or take important calls. The breakfast has a ton of selection, however it is left out for hours without items being cycled out or even replenished. If you don't get their by within the first hour things like the yogurt, is warm and the eggs, salmon, sliced meats and are no longer at a temperature safe for consumption. The first day after eating some of the salmon, that was supposed to be served cold but was left out too long, I got really sick. I also noticed that some items were not changed daily, like the moldy fruit that was put out 2 days in a row.

J'ai demandé une autre chambre car la cabine de douche était pleine de moisissures noires, partout ! Il n'y avait pas d'équivalent et j'ai été déclassé sans aucun geste commercial. Le petit déjeuner était satisfaisant mais le personnel hurlait au lieu de parler, j'ai conscience que les napolitains parlent fort mais pour un 3* j'ai trouvé que le tout n'était pas à la hauteur.

Didn't feel very clean. Floors were dirty. Bathroom sink had random splotches. Coat hangers were sticky. Limited food in the area. The staff at the reception is nice though, helped reserve a taxi for early morning.

When I lifted the towel from the towel rack, a huge roach crawled out and fell to the floor. I went downstairs to tell them about it and even they though apologized, they said in a way that didn't sound sincere. As if they were annoyed that I even brought it up. The room was small and the window overlooked a dirty alley. The decor was newer so I guess that's why this hotel has decent reviews?? But I am never staying here again.

Reception was dark when i arrived. Found a ROACH in my room. Receptionist didnt care. He said Naples is like this and its not the hotels problem. I told him the maintenance is the hotels problem! He handed me bug spray . I asked for a housekeeper or if he could spray. He said no, he couldnt leave the desk. He really expected me to breathe in that spray in that tiny room while sleeping. When i came down later he was passed out sleeping on the sofa. Worst hotel ever !!!!!

The room itself was a bit small but reasonably clean. However, the bathroom was very small and had visible mold. One major issue was the number of mosquitoes in both the room and the hotel, I’m not sure why, but I had to request mosquito spray every day. The location was disappointing. The area felt unsafe, people weren’t friendly, and very few spoke English. It’s also quite far from the train station and the city center. Honestly, if you can, avoid staying in Naples. The city didn’t have much to offer. We only stayed there to try the pizza and visit Capri and Pompeii, but later realized that Sorrento is a much better base for both, closer, safer, and more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying in Sorrento instead.

This hotel appears to have been recently renovated & it looks quite nice. With an early flight the next morning, we chose this hotel being close to the train station and airport with transfers. It isn't close to either and we had to pay for our transfers, which we were told was actually a taxi. No one responded to our email request for a transfer before we arrived at the hotel. The air conditioning in our room could not be changed on the remote and it was so cold we spent the night huddled under a sheet with no blanket provided to keep us warm. The front staff went off at 11 pm. I found some of the fruit at the breakfast had mold grown on it. It was fortunate we were only at the hotel for one night, but it was disappointing.

The place is clean but the room is hot, can’t adjust the control of the air conditioner ( was pre set), the drain in the shower is not draining properly, while taking a shower the water level was to my ankles, took a while to drain the water.

Thai property looks from outside like normal old style building. But inside is like NASA. Really good and newly renovated it, very fashionable and great bathroom with Jacuzzi. We have a blast time here. Good beds, the most important of this placed is the staff, the Italians are very friendly and attentive and they bring the breakfast to the room. You like VIP 😎 thanks.

I was extremely happy with our room which was beautiful until I tried to take a shower at about midnight only to to find there was NO HOT WATER!! I tried calling the front desk but no answer. I went downstairs to see the guy at the front desk and the glass sliding door was locked. I looked and there was no one at the front desk. I knocked on the glass door off and on for about a minute or 2 and no one came. I dont know if the guy was on a bathroom break or what but NO ONE was there. I returned to my room forced to take a COLD shower. This was quite disappointing. Apart from that and the very limited dining options in the area, I would have rated this hotel a solid 5/5.

The main reason I booked this property was because it advertised an airport shuttle. When I requested the shuttle, we were told they don't have one. Also, I had messaged the property right after I booked it to ask about the shuttle and they never responded. I also sent a message to ask for advice on how to get from the train station to the hotel and they didn't respond on thanks either. The staff at the hotel was helpful and called a taxi for us to the airport. The room was simple but nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent.

The front desk staff were incredible! They helped us with every thing we needed. Very impressed with the overall level of service and cleanliness of the hotel. Also, they offered one of the best breakfasts I have ever seen. I would gladly stay here again.

We were a group of 8 friends that booked this hotel for it’s proximity to the airport as we had early morning flights…it was a pleasant surprise …the rooms were great, beds, super comfortable, bathrooms, sparkling clean and the service was exceptional….both the young lady at checkin and later on, the young man at reception were most helpful and kind, recommending a great restaurant for lunch that was just down the street…it was so good that we returned for dinner…then directing us to a market that was also within walking distance, and assisted in booking our taxi for the early hour of our departure…..it was good value for the price.

Gute Unterkunft in Neapel. Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer klein aber fein, in unmittelbarer Umgebung befindet sich ein Restaurant und ein Supermarkt. Das Frühstück ist für ein 3 Sterne Hotel fantastisch, gute Auswahl in super Qualität mit frisch zubereiten Barista Kaffee. Einziger negativer Punkt: Hotel ist etwas weit außerhalb, man ist aber trotzdem mit dem Bus in 30min am Bahnhof Garibaldi (Stadtzentrum und Metrostation) und am Flughafen. Leider verkehren die Buse in Neapel sehr unregelmäßig und ohne Zeitplan. Daher oft lange Wartezeiten. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich aber nur 2min vom Hotel entfernt. We were hoping for somewhere close to the airport and therefor cheap to get to. Unfortunately it was a (standard) 25€ taxi fare to get the relatively short distance there (not safe/practical to walk it) so it defeated the object of staying there. Also a lot of noise outside the hotel (traffic and people) at around 6am. However, the room and staff were nice and the breakfast was good.

The area surrounding the hotel is very dirty and feels unsafe. On Sunday we couldn’t find a taxi passing by and had to walk for half an hour to catch one. The hotel itself is okay but there are no facilities available. Safety is also a concern. Personally I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

Great modern little hotel in an area that isn’t as safe. About 12 min drive from the airport. Convenient location but heard the area isn’t as safe. Staff were great and waited for us to check in around 11:30pm. If checking in late make sure to call ahead of time and set it up. Overall great experience!

My stay was for 5 nights. The room was very clean and quiet and the oversized plush towels and high thread count cotton sheets a nice touch. The bed is a little hard but the pillows were perfect. The hotel staff was really nice. Sadly the neighborhood is in a rougher part of the city and has limited options nearby for food and transit, especially on a Sunday when nothing is open. The room has a pay bar mini-fridge but in this area with such limited resources nearby a fridge for the sole use of hotel guest would be much better. The downside is that the hotel is undergoing major renovations, so from 8AM - 5 PM everyday you hear loud construction noise, which made it difficult to sleep in or take important calls. The breakfast has a ton of selection, however it is left out for hours without items being cycled out or even replenished. If you don't get their by within the first hour things like the yogurt, is warm and the eggs, salmon, sliced meats and are no longer at a temperature safe for consumption. The first day after eating some of the salmon, that was supposed to be served cold but was left out too long, I got really sick. I also noticed that some items were not changed daily, like the moldy fruit that was put out 2 days in a row.

Hotel excelente para quem busca algo próximo ao aeroporto. Limpo, quarto grande, lençóis e toalhas de muito boa qualidade. Café da manhã muito bem servido e gostoso, frutas e frios frescos, ótimo café e doces. Uma ótima pizzaria a poucos minutos a pe. Parabéns ao hotel.

We chose the Hotel Palazzo Argenta because it is less than two miles from the Naples airport, has a breakfast buffet which helped our early morning departure, and was not outrageously priced like other hotels we researched. Clean bathrooms, lots of towels, a tasty breakfast - we were very pleased with our stay. There was parking available down a side street. That was handy. It's an interesting set-up, like they've taken three storefronts and made a hotel. A courtyard drive separates the breakfast room and lobby/check-in area from the rooms. It totally works. Our only disappointment: the best pizza place in the area was closed because it was a Wednesday. The street didn't match the niceness of the hotel, but this seemed true of all of Naples. We would recommend this hotel to other travelers.
