Beautiful cottage with lots of charm and the garden was a highlight. 2 lovely new bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Probably one of the nicest houses we have stayed in. Walking distance to town and Echo Point.

Fantastic stay! The house was perfect for our group of 8. Convenient location to walks, shops, lookouts etc. The living areas were spacious and comfortable. Garden was amazing, and the large kitchen was brilliantly equipped. Highly recommend.

Property is quaint and well laid out. However simply far too full of collectibles in kitchen. There was literally nowhere to store groceries for our 3 nights. Some general eating bowls were dirty. Beds are way too short. Myself and family are tall ... 185cm to 195cm. We could not stretch out fully in short old beds with ends, and while we loved our stay, the bed length will see us having to stay elsewhere in future, which is a shame. Beds only suitable for up to 175-180cm max. Oven door will not close fully, and the heating at 22* is simply ridiculous for middle of winter in cold old home. Cheers.
