Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthaltes 1. Kein Restaurantservice 2. Der Pool war gesperrt 3. Ausser Äpfel und Bananen kein frisches Obst 4. Nur eine Minimalauswahl an der Bar inkl. kompetentes Barpersonal Für ein 4**** Hotel fanden ich und vor allem meine Kinder das doch recht enttäuschend, weil wir uns nach dem ganzen Tag Wien erkunden sehr auf einen Abschluss im Pool gefreut hatten, weshalb ich gerade dieses Hotel auswählte. Auf meine Ansprache kam leider auch kein Entgegenkommen in irgendeiner Form.

Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig, Duschgel, Haarschampoo, Seife etc alles vorhanden. Die Sauna benötigt ein "Make-up" welches aber bereits im Gange ist; das Pool ist toll und die Ôffnungszeiten sind so dass man es auch morgens und abends benutzen kann. Was mir am besten gefallen hat war ein Fenster welches man zum Lüften teilweise öffnen kann.

The inclusion of a stove, clothes washer and dish washer was ideal, but instructions would have been ideal, as I was visiting from another country. Also, could not understand how to use the television. As an older guest, some things are not that intuitive, as every set-up and place is different. Again, some instructions would have been nice. While the hotel staff was professional and polite, a dedicated individual for concierge would really be a plus. Often when I went to the desk there was a line of people checking in or out. A second point of contact - someone to answer general questions about my room or Vienna would have been ideal. Nice bathroom and adequate space for sleeping/working. Very nice ample closet space. Some additional hooks in the bathroom would be nice to hold housecoat somewhere other than the shower. Finally, I picked the hotel for proximity and price, AND for the pool. The water in the pool was not very warm. And yes, I get it, its a pool! But, it would have been nice to have it warmer for a November day, The sauna was not marked well, as I never found it. Overall, things went well.

Very good location, with parking available. Great bed, nice seating corner, well-equipped kitchen. The shower had an amazing water pressure. The only downside was rather chaotic allocation of parking, and the fact that our key stopped working three times in 12 hours.

The hotel was very clean and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Located next to the subway which proved invaluable. The breakfast had everything you needed and was fresh. Only downside of the hotel was the poorly stocked bar in terms of spirits.

후기가 좋아 5박 6일을 예약했는데, 사전에 호텔스 닷컴을 통해 3명이 머물 예정이므로 3명 침대를 준비해달라고 요청하였고, 여러 차례 요청 끝에 호텔측에 3명 침대를 준비할 예정이라고 답변을 받았습니다. 하지만 첫날 도착하였을때 쇼파베드 침대가 준비되어 있지도 않았고, 바닥청소도 제대로 되어 있지 않았으며 냉장고 안에는 벌레가 죽어 있는 등 청소 상태도 좋지 않았습니다. 청소도 타월 교체도 3일에 한 번인데, 취사가 가능하다는 점이 편할 수도 있지만 그에 따른 음식물 쓰레기를 매번 투숙객이 직접 버리러 가야 된다는게 매우 불편햇습니ㅣ다.. 다만 프론트 남자 직원은 비교적 친절했고, 방이 넓다는 점, 비엔나 중앙역과 가깝다는 점을 장점이었습니다.

Die Wände im Zimmer waren beschmutzt und ein fremdes schwarzes Haar lag im Bett . Aber das schlimmste ist , dass die nur jeden 3ten Tag putzen und da wir drei Nächte da waren und das erst nach der zweiten Nacht angesprochen haben, wurde bei uns nicht geputzt. Das hätten wir sehen müssen, weil eine Karte in Form einer Postkarte auf dem Bett lag, die uns darüber informieren sollte, dass man aus umweltfreundlichen Gründen nur jeden 3ten Tag putzt.

Hotel muito bem localizado próximo a estação central e com facilidade de transporte público para as atrações turísticas. Apesar de encostado a estação de trem achei bem silencioso. Quarto com excelente tamanho e muito bem equipado. O problema com a limpeza é que somente é realizada a cada três dias, o que está longe de ser ideal, pois acabamos acumulando lixo e se estou no hotel eu quero no mínimo que seja feita a arrumação do quarto e a retirada diária do lixo. Tem um aviso do hotel que caso vc deseje limpeza diária tem de avisar até as 22 h do dia anterior, mas para quem está de passeio, não deveria existir este tipo de preocupação.

The only thing that I like is that this is an apartment hotel, which rooms are equipped with washing/drying machine as well as a dishwasher and separate stove top and sink. As this is an apartment hotel, service is very limited, and room cleaning service needs to be arranged a day before with the front desk (we did request for one during our stay but they never showed up for the rrquested service). Breakfast is also below par and accommodation is also very limited.

This apartment hotel is the same as "private homes." The receptionist said that the cleaning service is available only when guests tell the receptionist by 10 PM the day before, and the service is generally every three days. Another receptionist also said that cleaning services are unavailable on Saturdays and Sundays. It was very bothersome for me. I have used this type of accommodation in Canada and Belgium. This was my first experience. I heard this system was from the viewpoint of environmental conservation, but this has caused adverse effects. I witnessed cockroaches baby twice. Also, there needs to be more cleaning staff, because I saw so much hair was not removed from the floor after the cleaning service. On the first day, someone\'s beverage was in the refrigerator, so the cleaning staff forgot to clean the fridge. When I tried to let my two-year-old son bathe in the evening, the hot water didn\'t flow. I called the receptionist, but no one answered the phone. When I came down and asked the receptionist, he just said the whole building did not flow the hot water. When I asked him to supply tissue paper in my room before, he just said there was none. I could not depend on this hotel\'s receptionist at all. I did the check-in procedure myself, but it was troublesome. The hotel was in a fantastic location, just a 2-minute walk from the train station. However, our stay was marred by the AC not working properly. The room was uncomfortably hot, and despite our complaints, the staff insisted it was normal. Unfortunately, it was far from a comfortable temperature.

Spacious and clean room. Quiet neighborhood as it's not in the city center. Super convenient next to the the train station. Love that they have washer dryer as it's much needed for our mid trip stop. Bathroom is very modern and large. Plenty of storage and table / couch space for lounging. The only downsides are not a lot of restaurant options nearby. No microwave but has an oven. Microwave would've been more convenient for travelers like us. Overall it is an amazing place for long stay!

The property was very nice and comfortable to stay . It was very clean and the hotel was well maintained . However one big issue I had was with the air conditioning. It was not working properly and it was very hot here in Vienna so could not bear the heat. They said that there were sensor based but there was no coolomg at all and we also changed the room . After we got the new room the ac was much better but somehow they kept switching it off after sometime and we could not get proper sleep . So we were really disappointed for that . Also a couple stayed with us in the same hotel they too experienced this . So their ac system was not good at all . Otherwise it was very nice and the staff was very courteous

This was an excellent apartment in Vienna. It is about a 10 minute walk to the main train station, and same distance to the Belvedere Palace/Garden. The unit was spacious, clean, and modern. The wifi was excellent, and the kitchenette and laundry/dryer was the cherry on top. I would definitely recommend! There is a bit of wear and tear on wall and bathroom (little chips etc).

The apartment hotel was comfortable and at walkable distane to the main station. Everything was good except the airconditioning which was controlled by the hotel centrally and it did not cool down enough. It was manageable once we ditched the comforters and used sheets instead. I dont know what it would be like once it got really warm outside.

Well sized, nicely appointed room that was perfect for a 3 night stay. The location is near the main train station and close to other tram and bus stops that take you into other parts of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we’ll definitely stay again if we return to Vienna.

Reception had such negative and unwarranted rude behavior. Based off of google reviews, I suspect she is completely out of line with other guests. After a lot of negativity once getting to Vienna, we realized that this city is ranked as one of the most rude cities in the world - and they are proud of it. However, she went out of her way to be rude. Once we got in, she was speaking German. We said hello and asked if she spoke English, she replied with "does it look like I speak English?" We then asked if we can check in early since we were about 2 hrs early. She responded with "I don't know who you are or your reservation. You haven't given me your passport so I don't know." The bed was also rough. If you share a bed, you can definitely feel every single movement of the other person.

Perfect spot near train station. Room lovely with all facilities to cook, clean your clothes etc. On check in the girl was quite rude. I mentioned we requested a high room (booked about 5 months ago) and she carried on, she will have to change everything she just done to accomodate our request. Then i asked her a question and she quite sharply said "You can wait. I can only do one thing at a time as i now need to do your room all over again." I was so embarrassed. We then went to pur room and had 2 single beds. We looked at each other and both of us said we not going to ask the girl. We were too scared 😂. So put up with it. Pushed them together however the top end is on wheels so kept falling open. On check out someone carried on our room hadnt been paid for as we booked through expedia. We hadn't. I didnt have time to argue, had a train to catch. So im guessing our deposit wont get paid back until i get time to sort it all out. Besides that. Some hits, some misses. Would I stay there again? Yes. But I think better service is required.

I was double booked by mistake. Reception told me it was difficult to cancel the extra room because of hotel.com policy. I spent quite a bit of time chatting with hotel.com to try to get a waiver of cancellation fee for second room. Hotels.com was helpful and called the hotel to request a waiver. The reservation staff at the hotel refused to do it. If at the beginning I had known the hotel would not allow it, I would have let my traveling companion stay in the room, and they would have canceled their less expensive. So I am out my time and money because the hotel was not right up front about their unwillingness to waive the fee for my double booking. Fee was 100% of room charge

We did not enjoy our stay, we had a one bedroom apartment and it was tiny , no room for anything. Kitchen only had 2 utensils to cook. No restaurant service only for breakfast .

The hotel was very nice in terms of comfort and function. The in room laundry was nice and kitchen area too. The plates and silverware came in handy. The one big drawback was scarce food options nearby. We arrived at about 9:20pm and walked to the few local restaurants only to find they had all just closed their kitchens. Even the one the front desk thought would be open had just shut the kitchen at 9:55pm. So we ordered Chinese takeout using a recommended app and waited until 11:40 for the food to arrive. It was also disappointing to not easily get a quick coffee or muffin for breakfast anywhere nearby. The train station was only option unless you pay 21 euros for the hotel breakfast. Lastly the few snacks available for purchase are only available after breakfsst is over. I would have gladly have paid 10 euros for coffee and a muffin. But 21 no thanks. Still a nice hotel though :)

Super isoliert, man hört nichts von den Nachbarn oder vom Gang. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, alles da. Keine Mikrowelle. Das Frühstück ist vollkommen ausreichend mit Brötchen, Brot, Aufschnitt, Pancakes, Joghurt, Müsli. Wer jedoch Lachs und Sekt erwartet, wird enttäuscht. Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna wurde von uns auch genutzt. Klein, überschaubar aber auch hier vollkommen ausreichend. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden das Hotel immer wieder buchen.

This is an excellent place to stay if you are arriving near the main train station. It was clean and comfortable, and we were able to do our wash after a week of traveling. The small apartment was well stocked with the basics, even scissors! The service was very friendly from check in to check out. The breakfast is simple, but enough to start the day. I would definitely stay again if I were in a similar circumstance!

Our family of four stayed at this apartment hotel, it was clean, they had the sofa bed ready for our children 9 and 12 years old and we all slept very comfortably. The little kitchen looked nice but we didn’t use it, we did use they washer/dryer 2 in 1 machine and it was a great addition to most rooms to be able to have laundry done in 60 minutes. The bathroom was spacious with dual shower head. The front desk ladies were kind, attentive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay! We didn’t figure out how to turn off the light from the kitchen hood but after 24 hours of traveling we slept like a rock and the lights didn’t bother anyone.
