The Hotel-Motel was being renovated, so we got an upgrade for free. Although we couln't use the hottub else there was an extra $50 charged. There was only 1 big towel and 1 small towel for 2... Room was out of date, but had a new fridge. For the low price it was all expected. The location wasn't far from downtown.

Great price! Staff was friendly and very helpful! When we opened the door to our room my husband and I were pleasantly surprised to find it had a kitchenette. So we ran to the nearest grocery store which was 4 minutes away so we made our own dinner.

Un micro-ondes qui ne fonctionne pas et une cafetière disponible mais sans café, filtre et tasse. Aucune lampe de chevet donc l’obligation d’allumer le plafonnier pour lire, ce qui est bien désagréable. Le prix et l’emplacement sont très bien. Corriger ces inconvénients aiderait à oublier l’ambiance un peu beaucoup en déclin. Les portes du motel sont placardées.

Nous sommes arrivées tard et partis tôt. C’était correct pour ce genre de séjour. La propreté de la salle de bain laissait grandement à désirer. Les plancher étaient pleins de graines. Nous n’y aurions pas séjourner plusieurs jours. Correct pour seulement dormir quelques heures et reprendre la route.

Sketchy property. Garbage and debris all over. Broken down car with smashed windows. Room had bugs. Shower head broken, sprayed on ceiling. Woken by car alarm at 3am in parking lot. Observed someone fleeing. Smoke detector removed , wires left hanging. We left super early after alarm and found safe place to continue sleep in vehicle.

The motel isn't located in the safest of areas. Unfortunately the floors are all wood and you hear EVERYTHING that the upstairs people are doing, in addition to the people beside you. Room was tidy though. Bathroom was very small but lots of clean towels.

- Mauvaise isolation sonore. Un groupe a fait du bruit de 2h à 3h du matin. Lorsque nous en avons parlé au responsable il ne s'est pas senti concerné. - Pas de téléphone dans les chambres permettant de contacter l'accueil. - Le pommeau de douche est fixe et le jet est tellement puissant qu'on inonde la salle de bain. - Le sèche-cheveux présent dans la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas.

La habitacion estaba limpia pero, con los muebles tan viejos, no se notaba. Se oía mucho el ruido de otras habitaciones, sobre todo de la de arriba. La cama muy blanda. Según indicaban en la información del establecimiento, se arreglaba la habitación todos los días. Ni un día han limpiado ni arreglado la habitación, mucho menos cambiar sabanas o toallas. Está muy lejos del casco histórico de Quebec y con mala combinacion de autobuses para ir, se tarda entre 1,5 y 2 horas en llegar por este motivo. Ello obliga a contratar Uber si no dispones de vehículo. No hay cerca lugares para comer. Además, están reformando las habitaciones y las zonas comunes no están disponibles.

No one was there when we arrived to check in. No one answered phone either. Room was old. Bed had sucken spots everywhere. Bathtub had paint peeling off everywhere. Looked gross and unappealing. Property was dirty, unkept and definitely did not look like photos at all. Would not recommend or stay again. Did not feel safe or comfortable.

The front desk was not very helpful. The key to our room was not working from outside, and the room can only be accessed from inside. On one night we came late and could not get inside for an hour and had no support from the staff at all.. had to knock other guests' door to get into the building. The owner was very rude and not helpful at all.

Our night was very unpleasant. We only managed to get a little sleep after 5:00 in the morning. Hotel guests disturbed us far too much, but far too much! Talking and singing at the top of their voices, banging on practically every door, racing car, etc.... We didn't feel safe at all. No disciplinary action was taken by the establishment to stop the noise. We'll definitely never go back!

The stay was OK - The hotel eas extremely outdated - Exterior definitely needed a lot of TLC as well as the interior - Staff was very rude. Not friendly at all. Should and when I visit Quebec again, I WILL NOT stay at this hotel.

The room was okay but the place itself was shady. It was clean enough, but the environment was nasty. We couldn't sleep through the night because of the noise. People around us we talking at 3am, were signing at 6am, and we really just wanted to sleep. Our experience was more so impacted by the surroundings rather than the room itself. Good perk : the hotel is really close from downtown Quebec, the Falls, Sainte Anne de Beaupré, etc.

We were on room 119, the room was clean but the toilet cover was broken and we could hear the next door guest who probably left the tv on, we were tired it didn't bother us as much and we had a fairly good night of sleek the bed was confortable, the location is perfect being between downtown Québec and the montmerency falls.

Got to the motel and a cop car showed up shortly after. The crowd was a bit rough, but close enough to Quebec City. Cleanliness was average, but getting to our room on the second floor was difficult because the front desk staff did not have the key to unlock the access door from the parking lot. So we had to carry our luggage all around the place. It was decent and got the job done.

It was written breakfast available, when we did the check ✅, they said breakfast free and the coffee too. Next day breakfast available for 15$ tax. Not enough towels or shampoo for 2 person and toilet paper used. It is for one night, sleep and go next day, that's it.
