very good resort, nice location, nice beach and amazing room

Very kind and professional staff that is available 24/7 to support with a great hospitality. A special thank to Mr. Tamer at Almedina restaurant how has showed a great example of hospitality and caring. Without forgeting Mr. Ahmed at the reception how was our first and last contact during our stay. He was a great example of the key person that is always available to resolve any issue with a big smile. Thank you Jaz Fanara and keep up this high level of performance. We enjoyed taking part of your great hospitality.

The hotel ovall is nice let’s start with the best part 1- house keeping is great service, quick, friendly, and does it every day ypu get a fresh start including everything. Ali my housekeeper for my room was so professional. 2- friendly staff. 3- bar is great Ahmed al ghonemy I think - white skinney guy with glasses is great) Down part: 1- only 2 house for dinner and Lunch. 2- dessert are great but the main courses are not that great: ( They do not cook fish well, steak always dry, chickens are not cooked well. Salty food. - breakfast is excellent with one exception to the beans that is so old and dry. Lunch and dinner ( fruits and desserts are great… main courses needs attention 3- Recieption is froendly but not classy or at the same level of the hotel rate… 4- No tv signal due to renvation.

lovely hotel on the beach. grounds and pools at the hotel were lovely. food was excellent and staff very helpful. had an issue with the patio door. it was fixed promptly.

I have had a wonderful week. The chill out pool wqs my favorite place to be. One of the best rhings about this hotel is that they dont blast music at the pools so you can propely relax. The staff were excellent and very friendly. Bug shout out to Mohammed who worked at the Gazella resteraunt! He was friendly, attentive and just a cooo guy. The food was good, especially the Italian resteraunt. I would say here again!
