Stayed 3 nights

We were staying for 3 nights (2 adults) in a Standard Queen Room. We should have accepted hotel staffs advice & upgraded to a King Suite as the room is very small with no space at all for luggage etc. The pool despite it being August & a hot day was cold, not heated. The sun loungers are all old & dirty & grubby so after I had to request towels, they weren’t already outside, I got extras to sit on. They deffo need replacing. The rooms might be sound proofed but the windows most deffo aren’t from the Times Square traffic, horns, sirens, music & building works, drilling etc going on 24/7. We asked for ear plugs at reception but had to go out & buy some so deffo take some with you. The room was clean but we won’t return as we prefer a hotel where you pass through reception every time you come & go & are greeted by staff. Old school

I stayed at Margaritaville Times Square and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was impressively clean for mid‑summer in Manhattan ... no small feat! Although I didn’t get to use all the amenities due to time constraints, I could tell other guests were enjoying them. Breakfast was decent with the $25 voucher, and the staff from start to finish were friendly and accommodating. Devin the bellhop set the tone, and the gentleman who helped me with my luggage at checkout went above and beyond. I’m from the area, but the hotel truly sells the tropical island theme...I almost forgot I was in the middle of Times Square at times. My room was perfect: quiet, tucked in the corner, and I felt completely safe. I really wish I had more time to explore because it was such a cool experience. I had planned to use the pool but noticed there isn’t an adults‑only time block, which I would prefer. Still, it’s a wonderful place for families; lots of laughter and smiles all around. The location is convenient, though drivers should note there’s no designated loading zone. Overall, a bright, welcoming stay that made me feel like I’d escaped the city without ever leaving it. 🌴✨ Solo female nuerospicy traveler approved! Thank you all Blessings

Really clean room and totally sound proofed! Slept so so well! The staff I met were very helpful. Great location. The pity for me was the pool, which was my reason for booking the hotel. It’s a lot smaller than it looks and was so busy I couldn’t get in it!
