The floors are old and there are soft spots on the third floor. The pool was not available. Also there was an empty used cup sitting on the dresser in our room. The staff was friendly.

I read the reviews prior to selecting this overnight stop. What others failed to mention is that it’s located next to a cemetery. If this is a deal breaker for you, beware! Pool is decent but located by the parking lot with open gate, meaning anyone can enter if they wanted to. Also, you need to go to the front desk for your own pool towels - none available at the pool since it’s basically open. This place is by no means a quality hotel but a basic, barely clean enough place to spend the night. I still can’t understand why some hotels decide to keep carpets in their rooms, it opens up the posit uplift for bed bugs - not that there was any evidence of such in this hotel. One good note, breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

First is Hotel said it was a 9.2 which was a lie. Elevator was raggedy room was raggedy. TV didn’t work. Everything was in Spanish. Pool was broke. I’m not sure if anything worked out right breakfast was horrible for the money I spent I expected better.

I usually avoid Country Inn and Suites due to inconsistent quality/cleanliness, but tried again because the price was decent and the customer ratings were good. Never again. After an exhausting drive, I arrived at 2 a.m. and was very much anticipating a good night's sleep. Check in was slow but unremarkable. The room stunk of must/mildew and the air was heavy with condensation. The AC unit had dry/cool/heat/fan options, so I chose dry (I've never seen that mode before, but it said what I needed the room to be). The fan speed, however was stuck on low. If you have sensitive skin, the sheets are irritating. I was incredibly tired and did not have it in me to go through trying to switch rooms, but did let staff know upon checkout. Overall, I do not recommend a room here.

I stayed in a room on the ground floor, the walls were filthy, fingerprints on everything, something red smeared down the nightstand. Whoever cleaned that room did not do their job.

Our room smelled like urine, and the blow dryer melted while i was using it, and it burned my hand. The room was so damp, and humid even with the ac on that the sheets and blankets felt wet. It was overall a gross experience. Never again.

The desk clerks, Misty and Susan were wonderful. Misty advised us to keep our bikes inside to keep them safe. Really appreciated that. There was a young child running around above us, but he finally settled down. It didn’t really disturb the quality of our sleep, but I recommend not placing toddlers above old people😂. The walls and ceiling were super thin….

The staff is great! The entire building smelled of mildew the AC while on made the entire room smell of mold. I had a cluster of spider eggs in the corner of the coffee table. The bed had springy SPRINGS !!! When my room was cleaned they did not vacuum the floor TV was small. Outdated

Room 206 Tub drain had gasket protruding due incorrect installation. Tub overflow misaligned and rust running down the tub from it. Missing Makeup mirror. The bare spot and holes were there where it used to be. AC very noisy (Fan Issue) Bed was comfortable Elevator door could be heard grinding all the way down the corridor Breakfast was good and food was delicious and hot.

Check-in was very slow because there was only one person working and the computer was very slow. There were about 8 people in line. She was doing her best. The breakfast was ok. The room was clean. The light over the sink was not bright enough. The tiles in the elevator were cracked.

Horrible! They checked me in without my knowledge which charged my card and after going to the hotel and letting them know I received the wrong hotel for funeral I was attending in that city, they said have Expedia call us and we will reverse it, Expedia reached out and they denied my refund.

The property was easily accessible from I-95 and walking distance to a couple restaurants and store. Reasonably priced and friendly staff. The bathroom tub was a bit dated but clean. The breakfast was very good and the hotel staff very friendly.

The hotel is pretty old with outdated sink area and cracked tiles in small elevator. Seemed quite clean though- area hotel is in is bad neighborhood and I was worried about my vehicle but stayed 2 nights and no issue.

Best of all the hotels we stayed at during our Quebec to Orlando trip. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast options are excellent and perfect to start another day on the road. I also have to point out the shower who was one of the best ever in a hotel! Sounds weird but the water pressure is often too weak and that wasn’t the case here.

Everything is great except their coffee is really bad. It’s one of those machine that seems to add hot water to instant coffee. It’s really bad. Coffee is an important part of a person’s stay and the coffee was worse than gas station coffee.

The hotel was very clean! The hotel staff was very nice, but were unable to fix the burned out bathroom light or the refrigerator that ticked all night because the maintenance man was not there. They probably would have had us change rooms, but my husband was not feeling well and had already gone to bed. Too bad the cleaning staff didn't report these issues when they prepared the room. I'm not sure how often they have tour buses come, but it did make it quite a crowded breakfast area!
