Clean facility, easy parking ,easy check in , neighborhood seemed clean and safe , local Mexican restaurant was good , easy walking distance. Hotel is on a main street that leads to downtown district. Good water pressure in shower. Pool looked clean although I didn't use it. Would stay here again.

Room was small and very clean however the smell of cleaning products was over-powering. Running the AC helped with the strong smell. Bee was comfortable. Stay here is good if you are only sleeping and showering. Pool looked nice for cooling off. Location is less than 5 mins from fair grounds and 5-7 min drive from the square.

We have stayed here before and were very happy with it. Clean, well lit room, nice bed and shower facilities. We bring a lot of our own meals with us and had plenty of space to put everything, tho a combo frig/freezer would have been better. Spacious, good storage, well laid out. Friendly staff. A few minor items- the toilet is very small and can be hard to get off of. The wifi has been improved, and works well- TV was easy to work and very intuitive. Not a lot of eateries in true walking distance, but plenty of options within a very short drive, also grocery store and Starbucks for the coffee addict. Excellent no-frills place for the budget conscience.
