Avoid if you need sleep! My 6-night stay at Signature by M Village Le Thanh Ton was a major disappointment and negatively affected my holiday. Main problems (clearly documented during the stay): Severe construction noise that repeatedly disrupted sleep. The hotel acknowledged construction activity affecting guests, especially on higher floors. Poor room sound insulation / door gap: I reported a significant gap in the door, meaning even small corridor sounds carried into the room and woke me up multiple times. Repeated complaints with no effective solution: I raised the issue repeatedly via WhatsApp, multiple phone calls, and at the front desk. Staff repeatedly said they would speak to the builders/workers and that it would stop — it didn’t. Room move didn’t solve it: I accepted a room change early in the stay, yet the noise continued on multiple days. Holiday impact: I was exhausted throughout the trip and had to cancel planned activities/excursions because I didn’t have the energy. After the stay: The hotel refused any partial refund, voucher/discount, or complimentary night. Their “compensation” was only a future late check-out and a Grab transfer, which is completely disproportionate to losing sleep across a 6-night stay. Bottom line: If you value sleep and expect fair resolution when something goes wrong, I cannot recommend this hotel. At minimum, avoid higher floors and don’t expect meaningful compensation if construction noise affects your stay.
