The security guards were extremely friendly every time we saw them when leaving and returning from the property. The entrance and elevator always smelled great. Our apartment was great and we enjoyed it very much. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location was great filled with great places to eat and walkable.

I was on the 1st floor so I can't say how it was for the apartments above me but my place was noisy. There was a parking lot below me & sporadic noises from the plumbing, sometimes I thought someone was knocking on my door. There's also a bar/club across the street that gets loud & that's no fault of the complex. I thought there was a security safe in my room per the wording I saw when I booked the place but I guess they were saying the place was safe. My sliding glass door to my patio did not lock & it worried me sometimes, I did alert the hostess that greeted us when we arrived but there wasn't much that could be done. There is 24 hr security/door man @ the entrance but from my patio if someone wanted to jump from the building next door it could be done. Nothing ever happened though & I had to be creative of where I hid extra $ that I brought with me. They should put a pipe on the rail for the sliding door if the lock doesn't work, I've done this with my own sliding glass door at home as an extra precaution. In all because I live on a busy street in Los Angeles the noise wasn't a deal breaker for me. I really liked having the kitchen & some basic's stocked for me, sugar, salt, etc.. The fridge came in handy since I was there for 10 days & I'm on medication so I have to eat something with my meds & I was able to run down the street to a market that was probably less than a 10 min walk & stock my fridge. The washer/dryer came in handy as did the iron. I would stay here again.

Highly recommend this place for its location, cleanliness and comfort. Walking distance to all the best Michelin guide restaurants. Deluxe room with roof terrace has amazing views of the city! Can't wait to come back.

We stayed in a beautiful Deluxe apartment that had its own roof top Terrace with amazing views of the city! The area is perfect and is a 20min uber from everywhere you want to visit in the city. The Vibe in this Area is super chill during the day with lots of Cafe’s and really comes to life at night with pubs bars and live music all within a 1-5min walk ! A

We enjoyed our stay here and the staff were very kind. The location is good as far as proximity to areas to visit. The condo is very nice inside and has everything you will need. Some things to be aware of: The area is incredibly noisy from traffic as well as a night club across the street that goes all night on the weekend. Plus, take note the property does allow pets which we were aware of but when an owner leaves all day and the dogs back continually it can be very irritating.

I liked the apartment, it was really pretty, there is a parking lot beside but is a little bit expensive and it close at 10 pm, overall y had a great experience and i would like to go back again in another time.

It’s a no-frills apartment with all the essentials you’d expect, making it a convenient home base. But the real highlight? The rooftop! We spent a lot of time up there, soaking in the sunrise and sunset, and unwinding after long days of exploring. A couple of things to note—hot water in the shower was quite inconsistent, so if you’re someone who showers frequently, this might be frustrating. Also, the vibrant nightlife of Roma Norte is right behind the building, which means weekends can be very loud all night—something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to noise. That said, the area felt safe, and the staff was very friendly. Huge thanks to Pricila for coordinating everything so smoothly!

We really enjoyed our stay. Specially because we rented the condo with the private rooftop patio, that was a great choice. It had a greta view specially for sunset, so it was a good way to relax at the end of the day. Another thing we loved was that this was a pet friendly unit, and we travelled with 2 well-behaved medium size dogs. The location is ideal close to restaurants in Roma Norte and a bloc away from Condesa, where there is a huge park with 2 dog parks. The unit was clean and well kept, the bed was king size and comfortable with a walk in closet. The kitchen was small and had the essentials. We honestly only had coffee and some cold drinks in the fridge as we ate out every day. The plants in the rooftop needed a watering, so I gave them a little water while i was there. Hoping they make it to next rainfall. The decor and wallpapers are chic, and place does look like the pictures. They have a security guard 24 hours, and a small elevator . I would definitely stay back, Im considering a longer stay . Hopefully a month next time. Be aware there is no AC. However, there is a nice breeze in the evening. If you have allergies or bothered by CDMX air quality, that could be an issue. Weekends can be a bit noisy as you can hear the nearby clubs music , but nothing a pair of earplugs cant fix

The apartament is modern and clean, and the location is ideal to explore one of the best areas of Mexico City

Easy check-in and a really nice, clean, space. Location is excellent for access to the amazing restaurants, bars, and bakeries in Roma Norte. It's easy to get to touristy sites as well, especially if you're comfortable taking the bus rapid transit line. Highly recommend!

The staff was great and kept open communication. There were a lot of great restaurants, bars, etc. within walking distance which was great. Our showers kept running out of hot water and one had peeling paint. Other than that everything was great!

The person who greeted us was very friendly, however the property itself was underwhelming. The property wasn’t very clean. We booked a two night stay and we were traveling with kids. It just felt grimy and not cleaned thoroughly. The seats of the dining chairs had so many stains. The bathrooms were dirty and the water in one of the bathroom showers never got warm. It was steadily cold. If you want the space and don’t care about cleanliness, then this property may work for you. It is noisy, but it didn’t bother us as much as the overall cleanliness of the place. Would not stay here again.

Everything was great but it was too noisy due to you can hear the traffic very loud. Couldn’t sleep that well because of it. Other than that, it was a very nice and clean apartment. I would definitely stay again if they can seal the noise out somehow so we can sleep. I do recommend it.

On the weekends at night it can be quite loud but other than that I loved this place right in the center of CDMX and walkable to tourist attractions & cafes. One note: there is no full length mirror in the hotel

Good location. Quite safe. In the corner of an intersection and right in front of a night club. During the weekend can get very loud. We slept with our fan on as white noise to help with the noisy environment. I think for the price there may be better options. But overall pretty ok. Flexible check in and great communication with staff.

The location and the facilities are great and they offer a great balance between convenience, size, and location. It’s very well connected to main transportation services and near to the Condesa and Roma areas, which are trendy and upcoming. The downsize is that communication is not great. Upon arrival the room wasn’t ready even though I was there at the time specified for check-in. In addition, you need to leave your official ID in order to get a key to the room, which I found excessive due to security and identity theft concerns. Otherwise you need to pay 500 pesos as a security deposit to get a key to the room. I believe this should be made clear in advance. Still with these downsides, I would recommend this place as they are really comfortable and well sized.

We booked a more expensive room and they put in a cheaper room. We finally got the room we asked for after one night of the cheaper room and asked for a price adjustment. They kept saying they would and the manager would get back to me but they never did. The apparently do this a lot because we were accidently texted about the same situation that was intended for another guest. The room they booked was not available and they were going to get a lower room. The also offered us another hotel but it was not in a safe neighborhood for 2 girls to stay. It was a frustrating experience. This hotel is also across the street from a bar/club that is very noisy during the weekends.

Really enjoy the apartment except the discrepancies regarding how the check in instructions would be given. Expedia says the property would email the check in instructions, whereas the property used WhatsApp.

The property was literally the same as the pictures, no surprises. The apartment was clean and ready for me to get some rest. I appreciated the kindness, professionalism and attentiveness of the staff. They made the check in and check out process really easy and hassle free. Thanks!

Estoy muy contento del hotel Mr W. Todos muy atentos, muy bien ubicado y muy limpio. Está cerca del Metrobus, del Metro y no tan lejos del centro caminando. Hay muchas opciones de muy buenos restaurantes cerca. Lo recomiendo al 100. Por eso decidí quedarme en este hotel 3 semanas.
