AC unit was very loud couldn’t sleep until I turned it off and slept in the heat. Hot water ran out in the shower after three minutes.

Lovely hotel, great food and drink. Staff were lovely. Would definitely recommend and I would certainly stay again if I ever travelled to Santa Barbara again.

Love this hotel. Everyone super nice and the property is beautiful. Would just make sure to request a room not facing the highway as it is a bit loud.

First thing, this hotel has something others don't in Goleta, centralized air that keeps the room cool. So many hotels in Goleta have one wall air conditioning unit located closest to one bed-that person freezes and the others boil. This room was a great temperature all night. The bed was super comfy, bathroom and shower large, sink outside the bathroom so more than one person can get ready at a time. The bartender was friendly and made good drinks, the front desk staff was friendly, helpful and full of interesting info about the historic house on property. Decor in the rooms is super cute and requested items/help arrived quickly. The property and pool area are really cute. No free breakfast, but it's not really that kind of hotel. Only downside is the pull out bed was really uncomfortable- our teenager could feel every spring. Nice separation between "the bedroom" and "living room".
