Great, overall experience. The room suite was modern, 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Had all necessary amenities with kitchenette. The location in Polanco is quiet, and plenty of restaurants,Coffee shops you can walk to. The only downside was that I wasn’t able to check until 3pm on the dot. Other than that the staff was great and a 24 hour security officer available. I would recommend staying here. There’s also a nice roof top to hang out, we stopped at the store before checking in and enjoyed some beers up there while we waited for our room to be available. FYI no restaurant, no room service, no bar are available at this location

Perfect for older brother/sister traveling together. Free washing machine, but there is no dryer. Beautiful upscale neighborhood with little cafes and luxury jewelry stores.

This was a great location. The bedroom was spacious and clean. The employees in the front were kind and helpful. I loved having so many options for dining and for breakfast. There’s shopping just around the corner. Very safe neighborhood would definitely recommend and stay here again. The rooftop terrace was a big plus.

The room was spacious and confortable. Otherweise, many things were bad: 1) It was cold. We asked for a heater, which was small and not sufficient. 2) We had hot water for one day only. On other days water was cold or at best luke warm. 3) On one day there was no water at all. We coould not wask ourselves, flush the toilet, etc. On other days the water pressure was very low. A horrible experience. 4) During our 5-day stay there was no cleaning service at all. Given the above, I expect at least a partial refund.

I was severely bit by bed bugs. Had to go the doctor and get hydrocortisone shots as well several other medications. They changed me to a new room but are refusing to compensate for the awful experience. They are attributing the stings to “mosquitoes”, even though I never opened the window of the room. They only covered $35 for medical expenses. I would like a full refund of my stay from Sept 24-28. As you can see in the pictures; the bites have the distinctive zig zag pattern of bed bugs. They refuse to have any communication with me unless it’s through you.

Great location & stylish furnishings, though the quality seemed a bit chintzy in person. There was a foul musty smell coming from the bathroom - most likely from the drains - that was strong and very off-putting. The security personnel were diligent in checking my credentials every time I entered, which was mildly annoying, but they’re just so nice and polite about it. They definitely take the building security seriously, which is reassuring.

Friendly and helpful staff. Superb location - Lincoln Park and surrounding shops and restaurants are the place to be. Safe and quiet. Room was comfortable - although already showing signs of wear. Fresh paint and wall repairs, and fixing towel racks would elevate the overall feel of the place.

Walls are extremely thin. I could hear the opening of the drawers of my neighbors. I couldn’t sleep well. Also, no internal locks for the door. The bed too hard. What I liked was the 24hr presence of a security guy at the entrance and their welcoming attitude.

The staff was kind and efficient, communication with ULIV was very good, the building and apartment are quite new but guests seem not to take very good care of the apartment and needs some touch up. The living area of the 2 bedroom is very small, the feel is more of a suite than an apartment, and it has no natural light and low ceilings.

Location and apartment were great, would definitely stay here again when in Mexico City. Communication with the host is great pre check in, but not great after. On our second to last day I enquired about a late check out option or what the cost would be for an extra night. The host said he’ll check for me, but never responded which was disappointing.

No heater in the room even though the AC units have capabilities the hotel does not have that turned on. The room was 50 farahuite. Too cold. Emails from hotel are not responsive and only advertisements. Phone number on walls is not answered nor text replied. Waiver of liability is excess that you have to sign. No one to help you at night or morning until after 8am.

A great bargain in arguably the best area of Mexico City. I have stayed here before and will continue to do so. Leona at the Front Desk and Oscar the manager are both incredible. They always make me feel welcome.

The hotel has a great location, but there are a few issues. Room cleaning is chargeable and not cheap, unlike many hotels that offer it for free. Nothing is replenished for your stay. I stayed five days and only received two coffee capsules. The hotel said they are only provided on the first day of check-in, and afterwards I had to buy capsules myself at the supermarket. This is a bit strange. The toilet paper was only half-rolled when I checked in. They didn't provide new toilet paper for new guests. The room's air conditioning didn't have a heating function, so the room was a bit cold during my stay. You need to ask the front desk for a heater.

I was with my brother & we had 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen ( no kettle) but there was a Nespresso machine but only 4 small coffee pods. Be better if they could provide more podas each day or sell them to us. Living room & TV & nice leafy views of trees outside. Noisy on occasions from garbage trucks etc. V conveniently located & an 8 min walk to Polanquito where all the good restaurants are. I would def stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this location. Check in & check out was smooth. Close to shops and restaurants. Only recommendation I would make is to provide enough coffee for the number of days stayed or at least sell the pods needed to make the coffee. That being said they usually have a pot of coffee in the entrance of the building which was nice. Security (Jose) was incredibly helpful, nice touch as it made our stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely be back for another visit.

This was my 4th time staying here and I love the location and rooms. I wish they gave more than 2 towels/2 coffee pods/ 2 small rolls of TP for an entire week stay. I always end up buying more coffee and TP on my own. Other than that the location is fantastic and I will continue to stay here
