Four Points by Sheraton College Park Atlanta Airport

The property was going through remodel but the room was clean and comfortable and everyone was very friendly, loved the fact that we could store our car and be shuttled to the airport

Shuttle service to airport was late and the van had no air conditioning.

Bad experience , service, not security and I have my car broken during my stay

I had a great stay. The only negative part was that my car was broken into along with 11 other cars during my stay.

Hotel undergoing construction, pool, front of the hotel under construction, not posted on website and generally seems unsafe. You have to buy soap and shampoo for use, not included. Card keys do not function, required multiple changes in order to get in out of room.

Asked for an Expedia fee and didn’t have a working elevator

This property was under renovation so when I checked in the lobby was a mess then when I checked out the night shift desk clerk was very nasty and not friendly at all the room that we had had just been renovated the carpet was patched together

The property was not available for Uber, when you put the property name or address. Apparently the property changed hands in the recent past but it was inconvenient for me as I had to wait for about 30 minutes for the hotel shuttle. The water pressure in the shower was very low. A higher pressure in the shower is always better.

Hotel was fantastic. Shuttle service ruins it for them. They drive too fast, no ac, no sign for hotel on shuttle side, doesnt open doors, waited 2 hours at airport for shuttle. Ran 3 stop signs. Terrible.

The only highlight of my stay was the shuttle to the airport. I wish the hotel disclosed they are under construction, the sound of drilling, hammering while you are trying to sleep is not nice. The rooms have a weird odor like garlic idk. The carpets they must be removed looks nasty. Overall it was okay for short notice call.

Very clean!

The room smelled terrible. Carpet was wet. We were stuck there for a layover. Couldn’t get out fast enough.

I enjoyed a quiet night at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding. I most definitely would stay again. The nightly rates was affordable and the room was spacious.

We were on the 3rd floor and it smelled of smoke/Pot. There was construction material everywhere throughout the hallway. Even motels are in better shape than this place. The furniture in the room was torn. Table was worn out with wood peeling off. The beds are not made well and there was some kind of odor in the room as well. Didn’t have a work water fountain so had to buy water bottle and they charged me $7 for a bottle of water. Don’t get fooled by the pictures that they show because it is not even close to what it looks in reality. Not worth staying in this hotel. Disappointed that Expedia will promote this hotel to customers.

First off, the place is far from the pictures and reviews read! There is no extra comforter for the sleeper sofa. Barely any towels. You walk in and the place smells funky apart from costumer service being poor. The beds are very uncomfortable and the sheets smelled bad. I wouldn’t recommend at all.! Save your time and money because they are pretty expensive!

I was having a bad day after missing my flight I stumbled on this hotel.The stay was GREAT! The front desk person was awesome and very accommodating. The room was clean and fresh. I stayed an extra day just to relax. Whenever I visit Georgia for business or pleasure I will be staying here.

Felt welcomed when I got to the hotel. Smooth check-in and the rooms and were spotless

Old television is the only negative

College Park isn’t an ideal area to be in, generally speaking, but this hotel is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the airport. Parking is free but there isn’t much of it, so if you’re out late, good luck finding a parking spot when you return to the hotel. Staff was friendly upon check-in. Room decor is a bit dated and depressing, but still served its purpose. Had an issue with the door handle preventing entry to the room despite the room key validating properly. Breakfast was fresh with a good selection of food, but the orange juice was not real. It tasted like Sunny Delight. Overall, it was a good experience.

Conveniently located next to airport. Room was spacious and clean…only needs minor updates like new outlet covers. They are currently renovating the lobby so check-in is strangely located in the hallway, awkward but efficient and quick. Location seemed safe to me but I was only there for one night to catch a flight the next morning so I don’t have much input on that.

I like this hotel except for the beds. The matress was hard and very uncomfortable

The front desk attendant was understanding and very hospitable. I didn't get his name. The room was nice and clean as well. I wasn't aware that the place recently changed hands and was under renovation to include the breakfast area. Also, the family next to me in the connecting room came in late and the kids were loud into the morning hours.

It was a nice place for the Money. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was better than most...Coffee, Juice, etc available all night. If I had a complaint, it was the TV channel selection & the TV Cable...Not good. The WIFI was spotty in that it rarely worked in my Room & at times difficult to connect/stay connected while in the Lobby. It should be much better for a Business type Hotel.

The room was clean but it was the room literally beside the elevator didnt get much sleep its pretty loud i ask for a different room . I was told they where booked

Ok for someone that need good internet it was poor not stable, the room was good aside from that. Yes they are undergoing renovations so no dining no gym so for the price it was good they food options there as well and shops are only a 15min walk away

The safety lock was not in good condition and the air conditioner was too loud, it was hard to sleep.

My stay here was amazing!! It's very clean, everyone was so friendly, professional and accommodating!! I've stayed in various Hotels over the years! This was one of my most phenomenal stays ever!! The desk attendant did an amazing job checking in all the delayed passengers at 1230am. He was a one make working machine!!!

Great front desk staff!

The front desk staff at check in was very nice and professional. The guy at the front desk the next morning was very rude. The elevator was working when I checked in, but wasn't when I left my room to check out the next day.... I had to carry my stuff down 5 flights of stairs, only to have to walk outside IN THE RAIN to get to the front desk. I told the guy at the desk that the elevator wasn't working, but he denied it, saying it was...

The staff here is outstanding. Friendly and helpful. They made our quick stay enjoyable.

At check in I was charged more than quoted. I inquired with front desk staff and was informed my total charges included the $100 deposit for my stay and it would be returned upon check out and no damages. Upon my departure, 3 days later I inquired about deposit, instead of receiving a refund I was charged an additional $100 when the supervisor attempted to complete the transaction. The supervisor wasn’t sure how to reverse the claim and I was told the GM would need to assist. Several days later the issue hadn’t been resolved, I follow up to inquire only to be told it was finally resolved and a receipt was emailed and the funds would appear 3-5 days. Again, after the waiting period the deposit hasn’t been returned. I spoke with the supervisor and she reverified the issue and said the GM would resolve for sure today. The GM followed up with me stating he resolved the issue days ago and provided with an additional $100. I explained the only transaction completed was the one done in error of the unauthorized withdrawal. Needless to say I’m still without my deposit almost a month after my departure. My stay here was out of inconvenience of the airport and shuttle service. It’s the last location to choose for comfortable stay, my sofa had a huge hole in it, the bed were extremely worn, the room appeared wiped down instead of cleaned. Overall I’m willing to pay for my stay but nothing extra, wish I didn’t have to escalate to issue to the next level but fairness is a must!!

The young lady at the front desk are extremely rude not Ms Brittany but the one that claim she just started today. The only person who was nice is the young man Mo who did my early check in when I arrived. He was extremely sweet and kind he deserves a promotion. This black lady currently who just started today that at the front desk at 1:39pm is disturbing and extremely disrespectful

Amazing customer service

We made it to the hotel and the guy at the desk gave us a key and we end up walking into someone who was already in that room, so we went back down and asked again for another room and the same thing happened, at this point we are so over it, and then we ask for another room and AGAIN someone was in that room! he kept giving us rooms with people already in it. Until the 5th room he gave us the door wouldn’t open so we had him come upstairs with us and open the door for us with the universal key, we end up not having a key ourselves.

Overall decent stay. Price was cheap as they are undergoing renovations. Close to the airport with free shuttle service which was key for my unexpected stay after weather cancellations. The place is fine, a bit outdated but clean and the rooms are large. They are starting renovations in the lobby. Only thing that really bugged me was the fee for third party booking. It’s so much more convenient to use a trusted site like Expedia.

Good relation cost vs benefit and very close to the airport, which is convenient for travelers.

Pretty much ZERO restaurants around here. Let me rephrase: there are ZERO. I had to Uber for $12 to get to a somewhat OK place. The shuttle took 1hr 35 minutes from airport, I could have WALKED faster. If the McDonalds next door is your thing then enjoy! Staff was super nice. No alcohol drinks available on premise.

It’s close to the airport which was nice. Not really close to anything else. The property is under construction so the entire hotel was dusty and the construction crew swung hammers through the day and early evening. The rooms were a little raggedy but it was better than sleeping in the airport. The staff on the first night had a ridiculous attitude but the rest of them were pleasant.

My car along with 15 other cars were broken into. When we came in to report that is happened, the lady working there nonchalantly said it could happen anywhere I am a nurse and all of my nursing equipment was stolen. And I had to pay $300 for the room $100 deposit and a $36 service fee. None of it has been refunded yet and I had to pay $300 to replace my window because I was there for another night was there to attend my husband‘s mothers funeral

A perfect nice hotel without a lot of amenities but a great place to sleep for a night. Staff was awesome and breakfast was very good!

Breakfast items were extremely limited and hotel staff would not answer phone calls from the room. We did receive a nice welcome upon arrival though!

It says grab and go breakfast but the only thing they had out was coffee. Also the airport shuttle parked on the hill before the door entrance to load and unload our bags? Everything was rolling away. Desk staff friendly.

Web site says there is onsite dinning and contental breakfast and they have not had it since the pandemic!!

Great breakfast. The shuttle to the aiport was very handy. Staff was so helpful and kind. Room was amazing.

Stay elsewhere. We were charged a property fee upon arrival that was not disclosed in the listing on Expedia, and I'm not sure what they are even charging it for. The property is under construction, looks nothing like the photos in the lobby. There's no pool, no breakfast, no coffee. The halls are covered in tarps. The room was updated but had a bunch of construction dust. You can't open the windows for some fresh air, just circulated AC. Somehow there were multiple flies trapped in the room. The staff were nice and it's not their fault, but for this price there are better options.

Room keys had to be cut twice since they did not work. Breakfast was snacks.No hot water was readily available for tea drinkers.At least boiled eggs could be added to breakfast. (Covid is over so that should not be the excuse for not providing more hot meals like sausages or bacon.)We were disappointed with the"breakfast"

First and foremost you jack up the prices due to a disaster at a time in need, then you don’t serve any breakfast and under construction, for the price not worth it!!!
