Loved the retro look of the accommodations. Very clean . The only down the oven did not work. Was wanting to do breakfast on the lovely front porch . The only other was I had to leave early due to a death in the family. Will definitely be back to complete our stay . Hate we had to leave halfway through

Property is clean and exactly as described. If you are looking for somewhere to stay while exploring Hot Springs and don’t plan to spend a ton of time in your room this spot is great - bed, kitchenette, and bathroom and small table. No couch or soft seating which was not an issue for us given we were out and about except to sleep and get ready for our adventures. Great value for quality of room!

At first I was kinda concerned,but it turned out good.

It was very clean, nice size room, the air condition was a little bit complicated. Host responded quickly to any of my request. He did help with air condition.
