Been a while since I stayed here. First time since the lobby refurbished. Still good, great business option. Rooms compact but well designed. UK plug socket a nice bonus. €5 a night available towards drinks and snacks for not getting cleaning, good eco incentive with recycling available. Hot water, coffee, iron and microwave available in the hallway.

Le seul probleme fut que le parking soit payant en plus du prix de la chambre 25€ par jour et je n’etais pas au courant on ne me l’a pas dis clairement sur le site quand j’ai fais la reservation et j’au donc du deboutser 75€ en plus du prix ! Ils m’in offert un petit dejeuner a 18€ … sinon bon hotel

Sehr saubere Zimmer. Frühstück war sehr gut und lecker. Parken ist für 25 Euro die Nacht möglich. Die Schaukeln im Eingangsbereich sind toll für große und kleine Kinder. Ein Kino gibt es ebenfalls, welches jeden Abend einen anderen Film zeigt. Ca. 10 Autominuten zum Grote Markt entfernt.

What an excellent hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and I have never stayed in a hotel so clean throughout. Considering it is near a bus road our room was very quiet. There is a kitchenette available on each floor with a drinks machine, water fountain, fridge and microwave. Hot drinks are also freely available from the machines in the bar. The breakfast buffet has a wide range of food available in a pleasant atmosphere. Guests are asked to removed their own plates from the tables once finished. Additional hotel facilities include a garden, cinema room and gym. We visited two local restaurants during our visit: Manhattn’s burgers and Pizza la Toscana. I would recommend both. We visited in December and it is a long walk (approx 30 mins) to the Christmas market! We often walked there and got the bus/taxi back to the hotel. If guests decline the daily room service they will received a 5 euro voucher per day to spend at the bar. There are secure lockers to leave luggage on your final day.

Great Hotel, 12yr in pull out bed & good big comfortable bed, best pillows, perfect room temp,loved the access to coffee machine & microwave, friendly staff esp housekeeping. Parfait ! Hôtel très bien situé, dans un quartier très sympa avec plein d’options de bars, restaurants … tout en ayant des chambres très calmes ! Juste dommage on ne m’a pas prévenu que les boissons chaudes étaient gratuites et qu’une machine était disponible à chaque étage, je l’ai découvert par moi même au bout de 2 jours 😅 sinon tout était parfait

Reviewing this hotel is tricky. I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years and this is the first one I’ve been unsure of returning to. Not that my stay was bad, it was fine. The first B&B chain I’ve stayed in. It has a fresh, fun, avant-garde feel to its interior design and layout which I really liked. The room was clean and neat. The staff were fantastic and helpful with my requests. Though some basic niggles need addressing. The fixtures and fittings in my room such as door handles and plug sockets were loose and unsafe. The tap handle in the bathroom is misaligned with the wall grommet it’s recessed into. The walk-in shower is purposely missing its door, a design feature(?) that only results in the floor outside getting wet no matter how carefully you try to aim the shower head. The room clearly showed signs of heavy wear on skirting boards, and black scuff marks on walls, and damaged doors. A communal galley can be found on each floor with a coffee machine, irons and ironing boards. However, the machine was broken and the ironing facilities not available on my floor. The hotel team advised I go to another galley on a different floor which I was happy to do but it meant transporting hot drinks between floors and depriving another floor of their ironing facilities. The safe had been left open but locked by the previous people who used it. Which leads me to my final point being that if the hotel took a more proactive approach many of these issues wouldn’t exist.

Prima centraal gelegen, leuke winkelstraten op loopafstand. Makkelijk bereikbaar openbaar vervoer. Parkeergarage van het hotel was vol, je moet op tijd zijn en geluk hebben. Hotelkamer was netjes, bed iets te hard maar verder prima. Wij komen graag nog een keertje terug.

Es war an sich alles super, leider Silberfische im Bad. Und bei Buchung Zimmer zu dritt war das dritte Bett (ausklappbarer Sessel) sehr unbequem. Einfach zu erreichen. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sehr moderne Einrichtung. Würde ich wieder buchen.

Lovely hotel and fantastic staff. Very easy to get to from Zuid/Midi station. Very clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious rooms with access to very good facilities. We didn’t try the food so can’t comment on that but it looked like they had a good selection at breakfast. If you like shopping, there’s plenty of high end shops nearby and easy access to public transport. One small complaint is that the room doors slam shut which can be annoying, especially at night. This isn’t great for people who have sensory issues around noise etc. Other than that, it’s an amazing hotel and we will definitely stay there again!

Buenos días. Mi familia y yo llegamos a Bruselas el día 27/8, con una reserva de habitación triple. Al día siguiente por la mañana, encontramos 3 chinches en la cama de matrimonio. Matamos dos y el otro lo bajamos a recepción para que lo vieran los empleados. La atención fue excelente por su parte, cambiándonos de habitación y reembolsaldonos el precio de esa noche. En la nueva habitación revisamos las camas bien, sin encontrar nada. Por lo demás, la estancia bien y el desayuno bueno. Esperamos que tomen las medidas de limpieza pertinentes para que esto no le vuelva a suceder a nadie, ya que nos parece del todo inadmisible en un establecimiento hotelero y más en uno de 3 estrellas.

We started with a room that had a double bed. Room was too small and had nowhere to sit apart from bed. Walls are too thin so could hear other guests at 2am. Despite having taken the mini double room as an individuel, I found it rather spacious. For 2 people it might be less spacious and practical to get in bed as one side is against the wall but still decent. On every floor there is a coffee/tea corner with a coffee machine offering several types of coffees for free. I really enjoyed the interior of this hotel. Little details making it fun. The staff is really easy going and kind. The situation is perfect, in a side street of a busy neighbourhood served by public transport. I will be back for sure.

Unfortunately, the rooms were poorly designed and cheaply built. We changed rooms due to an extremely squeaky sliding bathroom door only to land in a room with a slow shower drain, which caused the bathroom floor to flood within a minute of turning on the water. Water stains on the ceiling suggested this problem might be common in other rooms. The electrics were impossible to decipher - A reading light that could only be turned on when the overhead light was on, a bathroom mirror light with no obvious switch. And I won't get started on the ridiculous trash cans. Yikes. If you like to shop, this neighborhood might be for you but it was a poor choice for my needs. Live and learn - Don't fall for "cute" design

Great Hotel, 12yr in pull out bed & good big comfortable bed, best pillows, perfect room temp,loved the access to coffee machine & microwave, friendly staff esp housekeeping. You receive bonus €5 voucher for skipping a room clean. Nice wee incentive. We walked everywhere no need to rely on public transports, lots of great restaurants within 5-15 mins walk. Small gym enough for a wee workout. Spotless clean! Great Wifi

Durante mi estancia de tres dias,uno nos quedamos sin luz durante un buen rato,otro sin agua caliente. Tambien es verdad que alrededor de una hora se solucionaba. Lovely hotel and fantastic staff. Very easy to get to from Zuid/Midi station. Very clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious rooms with access to very good facilities. We didn’t try the food so can’t comment on that but it looked like they had a good selection at breakfast. If you like shopping, there’s plenty of high end shops nearby and easy access to public transport. One small complaint is that the room doors slam shut which can be annoying, especially at night. This isn’t great for people who have sensory issues around noise etc. Other than that, it’s an amazing hotel and we will definitely stay there again!

As usual, it was a clean, the staff was friendly, there was plenty hot water even on the top floor. Breakfast was available even during rush hour. Four stars instead of the usual five, because this time, they couldn't produce a proper invoice on checkout, which is problematic for business travel. They couldn't offer a reliable drycleaning service either. Finally , either my lock was broken, but I couldn't get it to lock from the outside. Housekeeping could, so my room wasn't open after they had been there. It is still nicely located, with plenty of shops, caffes and restaurants all around, as well as public transport in the vicinity.

What an excellent hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and I have never stayed in a hotel so clean throughout. Considering it is near a bus road our room was very quiet. There is a kitchenette available on each floor with a drinks machine, water fountain, fridge and microwave. Hot drinks are also freely available from the machines in the bar. The breakfast buffet has a wide range of food available in a pleasant atmosphere. Guests are asked to removed their own plates from the tables once finished. Additional hotel facilities include a garden, cinema room and gym. We visited two local restaurants during our visit: Manhattn’s burgers and Pizza la Toscana. I would recommend both. We visited in December and it is a long walk (approx 30 mins) to the Christmas market! We often walked there and got the bus/taxi back to the hotel. If guests decline the daily room service they will received a 5 euro voucher per day to spend at the bar. There are secure lockers to leave luggage on your final day.

Expirience with very incompetent and non-friendly front desk receptionist. I have to solve problem: There was a smell of sewer pipe in my room. I made the night and next morning asked for changing the room. Receptionist refused to change the room saying they would come fix it. The repair may have taken place and the sewer smell was replaced with a strong smell of lemon disinfectant. You definitely don't want to sleep in the smell of disinfectant. She gave me another room after insisting to change. The new room was OK. Very good breakfast. Modern and simple style of the room. Pitty for hotel for this review. It was not neccessary.

Got to check in at 2:15 in the morning, got a warm welcome from Anna, swift and efficient check-in and great stay. The room was cleaned every day, towels changed, water botlle filled. It’s a nice touch. It was my 2nd stay at B&B hotel Louise and I’ll definitely go back again

I had issues with the electricity in my room, and the air con was not working.I had to go down twice to get my room changed. My parents had to wait 20 mins to check in as they were querying if they had paid (they had). Nothing was working in their room and they also had to move rooms. Their new room smelled of sewage. Another family member who had celiac was given a mouldy piece of bread for breakfast as the gluten free option. They could be a really nice hotel but have to work on getting the basics right.

Matamos dos y el otro lo bajamos a recepción para que lo vieran los empleados. La atención fue excelente por su parte, cambiándonos de habitación y reembolsaldonos el precio de esa noche. En la nueva habitación revisamos las camas bien, sin encontrar nada. Por lo demás, la estancia bien y el desayuno bueno. Out of the downtown core but still walkable to Grand Place. The staff are nice and helpful and there's always someone at the desk. Room was good except mirror in bathroom is too high. I'm 157cm and could only see the top of my head. Breakfast was good.

A pretty hotel than has all the essentials, at a perfect location, with very friendly and professional staff. With various excellent eateries around every corner and down many streets, tourist-free. Every public transport available, and an Uber takes 2 minutes to pick you up. Good beds & towels, free water, tee and coffee on every floor

Das Personal war super zuvorkommend. Das Bett war sehr bequem. In etwa einer halben Stunde ist man fußläufig in der Stadt an den bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Flur des Hotelgangs bzw. der Teppich hat seine besten Zeiten gesehen. Es riecht ein wenig muffig.

The hotel decor was lovely great first impressions when you walk through to reception. The staff we interacted with where all welcoming and friendly. We only stayed for a few nights and opted to not have the daily clean and had two €10 vouchers to use at the bar which was nice. I wish I hadn't opted for breakfast as it wasn't the best and it was the same thing everyday, the pancakes on the last morning of our stay was a nice surprise. Having the little room on our floor with coffee facilities, a fridge, iron, water machine was handy. Would have been handy to have tea/hot chocolate available too. My only concern was the shower coming out it's bracket on the wall, I didn't want it to fall out completely. We notified reception but it wasn't looked at while there. Overall the stay was fine, we would stay again (without breakfast) due to the location. I'd recommend to family and friends.

This is a lovely hotel - unique and quirky. We loved the facilities and the area. The staff at reception were lovely and very helpful, meeting customers with a smile. Reception deserves a 5 star rating. However, breakfast was a different experience. I was advised to speak to the breakfast staff directly about my daughters' allergies. This proved quite a challenge. I explained my daughters' allergies and asked for advice on what breakfast was available to her (she can't eat from a buffet or continental style breakfast due to potential cross-contamination). I was told she could have cornflakes with soya milk - this was fine after asking for oat milk instead. I then asked about the breads to see if any of these were suitable and if some bread could be brought from the kitchen. She brought out a plate of bread that contained one of the allergens (my daughter is anaphylactic so this could have been serious). I tried to get the bread changed but it took so long to get a staff member's attention - 4 staff members were stacking sandwiches into a fridge at the same time.. We eventually got sorted but breakfast could have been so much nicer with a little customer service. For example, bacon was available. My daughter would have loved some bacon with her baguette (from the kitchen). If the breakfast staff could learn the allergens in each food and work with us. this would be an all-round 5 star rating for this hotel.

Loved the family room set up, nice and quiet, and very comfortable. The reception and breakfast area was very relaxed and just what we wanted. Would definitely look up other B&B hotels in the chain.

The staff were very kind, friendly, and welcoming. As a traveler from Japan, I really appreciated their warm and helpful service in English, and I never had any trouble communicating with them. The room was clean and comfortable, and I was very satisfied with my stay. If I had to mention one small thing, I would have liked the lighting to be a little brighter. The breakfast was wonderful! I especially enjoyed the pain au chocolat and hot chocolate every morning. So delicious — truly Belgium! I also really appreciated the complimentary coffee service. The popcorn machine was also a lovely little surprise! I had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Belgium. Thank you!

The hotel is located about 2.5 km walk from The Grand Place, but tram and bus stops are located 100 m from the hotel. Up and down Rue du Bailli, which starts 100 m from the hotel, there are plenty of good restaurants and bars located. The hotel offers parking - remember to book in advance. Otherwise, there are parking spots nearby, which the hotel can help you with. The staff at the hotel is super friendly and ready to help you out with restaurants and guide tips. The rooms were OK - nothing super fancy - but they lived up to out expectations. We got rooms with connecting doors. Breakfast is good - but with the amount of guets that stayed at the hotel during our stay is was a "fight" to get a table where our family of 4 could sit together The lack of space is the only negative thing we experienced during our two night stay. It is a great feature that free coffee (of fair quality)/tea is available to the guests on each floor.
