In september een eerste keer naar dit hotel geweest. Door een topervaring nogmaals bij dit hotel geboekt. Moderne kamers, die goed onderhouden zijn! We hadden een heel mooi uitzicht. Ontbijt en service was top! Deftige en goed beveiligde parking.

Relatively new hotel with modern facilities. The room is good size with a kitchenette. It is not far from the airport but has no shuttle service. There is a bus R26 outside the hotel to go to the city or the airport. Life is easier if you figure out how to find the bus when you arrive at the airport. The main issue during my stay is dinning. The hotel offers nice and complimentary breakfast but there is no reliable food service for the rest of the day. There is literally no restaurant or food stores nearby except a restaurant at Holiday Inn (within walking distance). Even though there is a kitchenette in the room you won't be able to get anything to cook unless you come with a car.

Excelente todo pero no me gustó que llegando 1 am ( amanecer o sea un día después me cobraron la noche de parqueadero 22 euros , que además fue en la calle . Pedí que no me la cobraran x que ya era un nuevo día y a pesar de eso me la cobraron . Ósea pagué 3 noches cada una 22 cuando solo debió de ser 2 noches . Eso me dejó muy triste . El resto estuvo bien . Si se puede deberían considerar reintegrarme los 22 euros cobrados por un servicio que no se pretina

Nice place, staff was friendly and room was comfy. If you’re driving check in before you try to park in the garage, it’s fine but you need the room key, easier that way though elevators are there so you can park and go to room.

Arrived early and asked for early check in, the receptionist didn’t even check on her computer to see if there would be any rooms available and told us to come back by the scheduled check in time. We were willing to pay for early check in, but were not offered that. Something that would be nice to offer to guests who arrive early due to a red eye flight. Apart from that - the rooms were very nice! The floors could have been cleaned a little better, and there was some dust on the nightstands, but apart from that, very nice rooms. Enjoyed the spacious and clean kitchen and the good sized fridge. Breakfast was good, not too many options, but it was fresh and they kept it stocked at all times. Very nice for a couple to stay for a weekend in Brussels. Easy access to bus and tram that takes you into the city for only €2.50 per ride. Would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

Appartement propre et ménage fait tous les jours de façon parfaite. La liaison avec le centre se fait en 30mns par bus dont l’arrêt se trouve au pied de l’hôtel (bus toutes les 10mns le matin en semaine) Je recommande très fortement

The hotel was very clean and modern. It was a mini apartment, it even had a dishwasher. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast exceeded our expectations! They have hot and cold options! The restaurant on site only have a chef from Sunday to Thursday so if you are there for the weekend, you can take a short walk to the Holiday Inn next door and they have a full restaurant available. Check in and check out was a breeze! I definitely would recommend!

Wir waren mit Kind unterwegs und haben ein Studio gebucht. Sehr geräumig, praktisch der separate Schlafraum und die Küchenzeile mit Esstisch. Das Frühstück war vielfältig. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war für uns in Ordnung. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.

Over the years I have been in hundreds of hotels but the friendliness of the staff at this hotel stands out. Effective, attentive and all with a contagious smile and kind word. The hotel is fine, perfectly clean with spacious rooms. The queen size bed was most comfortable. Breakfast was one notch above the average. The location may not work for a tourist to Brussels, but it is located close to the airport and in a business area. If this location works for you, it would be a solid recommendation.

The staff are extremely helpful. Our flight was early and we may not be able to get the breakfast on time, they arranged the breakfast to be ready earlier for us so we can at least get breakfast before going to the airport

Location near the airport, clean and quiet hotel, very spacious rooms. Friendly staff, nice breakfast. The only disadvantage I noticed is the inconsistency of public transportation namely busses (only 1 line actually serves the connection between the hotel and the airport/ city centre) so it gets difficult to roam to the city.

We stayed 2 nights for a family event. It was great as we could cook and eat in the room That was spacious. You can reach the hotel easily from the airport via bus 272. However a car may give you more flexibility to visit places in Bruxelles

This was a very good place to stay in so many respects. It was close to a train station (walkable).which allowed be to use the remaining time I had in Belgium to travel back to Brussels. It also enabled me to take the train to the airport. I at the the hotel and found the food to be of very good quality. The buffet breakfast was first class. My room was one of those ones with an area where I could have prepared my own meals. It was a very comfortable room to be in. This is definitely a place I would stay at again and would strongly recommend to other travelers.

The hotel was very clean and modern. It was a mini apartment, it even had a dishwasher. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast exceeded our expectations! They have hot and cold options! The restaurant on site only have a chef from Sunday to Thursday so if you are there for the weekend, you can take a short walk to the Holiday Inn next door and they have a full restaurant available. Check in and check out was a breeze! I definitely would recommend!

Wir waren mit Kind unterwegs und haben ein Studio gebucht. Sehr geräumig, praktisch der separate Schlafraum und die Küchenzeile mit Esstisch. Das Frühstück war vielfältig. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war für uns in Ordnung. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.

The hotel was easy to find and we arrived when it was dark. It was impossible to see the parking in the front of the hotel since none of the lights were on. In addition, the lights on the street and in the area were not on and it makes it difficult to drive at night. The breakfast hot food was cold, not even lukewarm which makes it very unappetizing.

Gutes modernes Hotel , bequeme Betten und gut eingerichtete Zimmer , Personal nett und hilfsbereit , einzigster Minuspunkt ist das der Speisesaal beim Frühstück recht überfüllt weil gefühlt zu wenige Tische da waren und man ca 15 Minuten warten musste bis was frei wurde , ansonsten alles top und würde wieder kommen
