If you are after a luxury hotel then this one delivers. Beautifully appointed room, excellent staff and ideal location for activity in the Harrods/Royal Albert Hall area of London

Great hotel in a fantastic location with very helpful and friendly staff. The only downside was the air conditioning did not work. Target temperature was 15c but the room temperature was. 27c. They did provide a Dyson fan which helped, but the hotel should not be advertised as having air conditioning.

Plenty of shops within walking distance. Rooms and property were very clean. Entire staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Excellent service. Concierge was incredibly helpful. She gave great recommendations for breakfast and Sunday roast. Room service was quick and their coffee was amazing.
