We had a nice studio apartment, perfect for our few days in London. The staff was friendly, the place was clean and we had everything we could possible need. My only complaint were slamming doors. Really, it was un-necessarily loud, especially if the neighbors come and go often at all times of day and night. And, this could be easily fixed with the correct door hinges!

Attractive, quiet, well-managed accommodation. Much better value than a hotel, given kitchen facilities, washer/dryer, more space. Staff were exceptionally helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was lovely and had everything we needed. With the tube right outside it made our stay really easy and enjoyable.
