Asma Hotel Al Barsha

Location:on a main road. 15 minute walk from Insurance Market Metro Station. Easy to get around Dubai from this station. Clean hotel, with small cafe at reception and a Mediterranean theme restaurant with opening for breakfast and lunch. Housekeeping and maintenance need to up their game here. Housekeeping: the iron in my room had a broken plug with wires exposed! Asked for a replacement, that too had a broken plug! When I pointed this out, the answer was, oh yes, customers break them!! Hello??! check before you delivery!!!!! Maintenance: the shower / sink in the room had only lukewarm water come through, the maintenance guy came and ran the water for 10 minutes and said it’s better, it was not! I was then given some rubbish about circulation of water and to just run the water for 10 minutes every time!! NOT eco friendly!! When asked if other rooms had this issue, he said only some not all! I had to leave but told them it needed fixing by the time I came back. In the evening the same issue was there and the next maintenance man gave me the same nonsense! Upon complaining, I was moved to another room. The water was hot in this one, however the shower head would not stay in its holder , as the holder was broken! Another complaint and it was fixed later in the day. These incidents spoil an otherwise reasonable hotel. Would I stay here again, yes if a bit more due care and attention is given to the general upkeep of the rooms.

Excellent choice …. Location is great not too close but walkable to metro and malls of emirates. Amenities are wonderful.

Very good value for the money. Great area with everything you need around from groceries, pharmacies, some dining and so. Loved the gym (large and well equipped) and the pool on roof.

Loved staying there and very strongly recommend this hotel, centrally located in Dubai not far from the Metro's main line.

Stayed there for more than a week, all in all it was a great option and value for the money. The amenities were great - the pool and the gym especially. Only issue is that it’s not sound proof so you can hear your neighbors when they’re noisy, so if you’re a light sleeper or get bothered by noise next door then you have to hope to have good neighbors.

Goede accomodaties. Netheid kan iets beter (soms toiletpapier vergeten, handdoek(ken) vergeten. We hadden een niet rokers kamer, maar er was wel een sigaret uitgedaan tegen de bureau en je rook het. Personeel wel heel vriendelijk. Locatie is top, vlakbij metro en mall.

Die Zimmer waren beim Betreten sehr muffig, außerdem sehr hellhörig. Housekeeping lässt Luft nach oben, Handtücher nicht vorhanden oder nicht vollständig, kein Toilettenpapier. An der Rezeption kann kein Taxi bestellt werden. Umgebung sehr gut, in wenigen Minuten in der Mall of the Emirates.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The area is very nice it's right by the mall of the Emirates.

I enjoyed my stay the rooms are a good size if you opt for the suite, well worth it. I can’t thank the staff more for making my stay as comfortable as possible and always fulfilling any requests. Fab Location for transport but not the most trendiest but it will get you anywhere in Dubai in no time

Die Unterkunft war war schön jedoch war es um 05 Uhr morgens schon sehr laut und den Fahrstuhl hat man jede Minute gehört was sehr gestört hat.

In my opinion it is not a 4 star hotel, the furniture and finishings are 3 stars at most - friendly staff

En trist attityd av de i receptionen. Inget kaffe kunde erbjudas, inga kartor, ingen stortaxi. Inget försök att hjälpa till. Takeaway frukost under all kritik. Croissant o sockerkaka frukt o vtn.

The stuff is excellent! Tahir is a champion. Asmaa and Mustapha were very nice? The check in and check out were very fast and smooth. I will go back again in shaa Allah!

I had a great stay at this hotel for ten nights. The staff provided excellent service, the room was cleaned well every day, and communication was smooth. The location is perfect—close to all major tourist attractions. I highly recommend this hotel!"

The service was very good. Tahir at reception was friendly and made our stay more comfortable. The area was easily accessible to different locations. I would recommend the hotel to anyone coming for holidays or tourist.

Good hotel in a quieter location of Dubai. 5 minutes walk to the metro and Mall of the Emirates. Also dining good options in the area. Stayed here at least four times now.

10 Minuten von der Metro entfernt. Von der Lage her, in der Mitte der Stadt, insofern ist alles gut erreichbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist in Ordnung, aber nicht unbedingt beeindruckend.

Close by to two stations and multiple bus stops in a 10-15 minute walking distance. Also clean and fresh when we walked back into the hotel and room. Would recommend staff were nice.

Everything about this hotel was basic except for breakfast... THE BREAKFAST WAS BOMB 😍. Very delicious and multi coloured menu.
