Close to shopping and restaurants. Nice exercise room. Quite a few light bulbs weren't working in the room. There is no room safe. They don't provide lotion. They should provide lotion and liquid hand soap on a wall dispenser like they do with the shampoo conditioner and bath gel in the shower. Breakfast on the weekdays was better than the weekends. I think the weekend staff is not as experienced with the breakfast prep so some of the items were overcooked. It was nice that they had fresh cut fruit instead of just whole oranges and apples that other chains provide. The whipped cream and berry compote were also nice touches for the waffles. They don't tell you when you check in that house camping services occur every other day, but I figured it out after a few days. One day housekeeping took all of my used bath towels and didn't replace it with new bath towels or bath mat. Room was spacious; filtered water was provided in the gym area, it would be nice to have a water filter in the lobby as well for filling water bottles. The front desk staff was very accommodating and they accepted all of my delivery packages I was expecting.

When I booked the room because it stated that the eae pool will be available for my kid. When we check-in, the lady seemed not very friendly attitude told us that the pool is not available.

Great location, within walking of distance of so much shopping, movies etc. the full kitchen was very helpful. Spacious room. Comfy pillows and beds. , good water pressure in the shower. Excellent gym! Only wish was a hot tub.

This property has turned into our second home to invite family and friends over. Very generous social space for gatherings indoors and outdoors. We had our wedding party here and a family/work reunion. Dog friendly. The staff....WOW!!! What exceptional customer service and support system in place. Thank you!!! :)

Great property, lovely staff, great breakfast, easy parking (and plentiful EV parking at no extra cost!). Room was large, had everything I needed, and wifi worked well and fast. Location was next to a mall, so dining was easy. Conveniently located next to a highway exit. Relatively expensive for the area, but worth the price for a higher quality hotel. About an hour to Palm Springs, and another 90 mins to Downtown LA.

Spent the weekend to enjoy a concert nearby. Really liked the property and the service was great. Given the heat, the pool was a welcoming amenity. My only thing that was less than desirable was the comp breakfast didn't have alot of options in terms of pastries. Love my sweets.

I got out 2 plates from the cabinet in the kitchen area. They were stuck together. The bottom plate had never been cleaned and had food and mold on it. When we went to bed I got out the extra comforter, it appeared to have pee or bile on it. Bottom line it was disgusting. In both instances the management took care of the issue providing new plates and comforter.

The walls are paper thin, you can hear people talking as if they were in the room with you. The fridge and bath fan sounded like idled cars in the room. I did not get any sleep. If expect a quite space this is not your place. keep looking.

Gorgeous, like new property. The suite was huge with a full kitchen and a large living room with a desk facing out the window. The bed was partitioned off from the living room and kitchen via a divider that the TV sat on. The TV rotated 180 in either direction to either watch from the living room or from the bed. The bathroom was huge and spotless. I appreciated the eco-friendliness of having to leave a key in the wall to activate all lights. Breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, breakfast burritos, cereal, bagels, oatmeal, etc. The one thing I wished they had was a waffle maker. All in all, very nice hotel in a convenient location.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Our room was directly across from a construction site, and the constant noise made it impossible to relax or enjoy our vacation. Starting at 7 AM every morning, we were abruptly woken by loud construction sounds that continued throughout the day. The noise was relentless, and it felt like there was no escape from it. This completely ruined the peaceful getaway we had hoped for. I cannot understand why the hotel would place guests in rooms so close to such heavy construction. It’s unacceptable, and I believe these rooms should not be available for booking until the construction is finished. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing stay, I would strongly advise choosing another hotel or confirming there is no construction nearby before booking.

Room did not have a working air conditioner. We beleived it was one that would take time to start so "turned it on" and left for hours returning very late after midnight to a warm room. It was very uncomfortable but we were able to crack the bedroom window open 2 inches (had a stopper) to get a breeze. Great room, very clean and spacious, but that was the probelm with our stay. We also didnt like that when we checked in we were told we only have 1 room when we had 2. Online in booking with Expedia it prompted to list each room under a name and 2 diffetent names were used. For whatever reason upon checkin had to give both names. Initially we did not knkw so kept insisting there were 2 rooms and were denied saying we only have 1 room without offering possible option. We figured it out and asked to sear h under the other name and it was found. This issue was blamed on 3rd party vendor (usually happens with hotels).

Had a rather rude intro at first when trying to confirm our reservation at the desk, rudly informed the room wasnt reserved even though i had a receipt for payment and a reservation number, then told they did not have a room for and we could not have a room until after 4pm. I was aware of check in time but wanted to be sure we had a confirmation. Once that person left for lunch or the day and we dealt with a different person later, they were very nice and professional

Great as always. Newer built hotel and very clean. They allowed me to check in about 2hrs early which was greatly appreciated. Only hiccup I didn’t get the room I’d booked and was expecting / that I’d booked before with bigger kitchen.

The property was away from the freeway and very quiet. I understand that the rooms are not made up daily. I feel there needs to be a better system to replenish items in the room daily if needed. I went to the front desk to request more coffee for the room. They said they would bring some up to the room. Unfortunately that didn’t happen.

I reserved a studio room with a king bed. Upon check-in, I got a studio room with 2 queen beds instead. I had to return to the front desk after getting to the room, and discovering that it wasn't what I had reserved, instead of being told upfront. I was told that they had run out of the room I had booked. Reserving a particular room type means that... it should be held in reserve. It is inexcusable to run out of a type of room if it was reserved, save for some unforeseeable circumstance, which I think is highly unlikely to have happened here. I booked the room one or two days ahead of time, I find it unlikely that between my booking of it and checking in, that something unforeseen happened to the room that made it unavailable. It is much more likely that this property has an issue with its reservation process, for whatever reason, that needs to be fixed. Or they incorrectly chose to give the reserved room away to someone else to resolve a complaint, which is an employee training issue. Furthermore, no concession of any kind was offered to me, despite not being able to give me the room I had reserved. I understand the prices of these two room types are nearly identical, but there's a reason that hotels give customers a choice between queen and king beds, they aren't equivalent.

Loved the cleanliness of facilities and staffs It’s looks brand new building But I felt unsafe in around that area. I saw lots of homeless peoples and was an incident happened over night someone broken into the car and stole some items.

Our room was very clean and comfortable, we didn’t use, but had a fully functional kitchen area with electric stove and full sized fridge! Super close to a lot of really good food as well as a movie theater all within a two minute walk from hotel! Only downside is the area is a little shady after ninth time.

WOW…this has been one of our top stays. The amenities provided in the hotel are top notch for the price. There are several eateries in the surrounding area. Equally important, they serve complimentary breakfast. Other hotels have done away with that which is sad. We will DEFINITELY be back soon!
