Hotel Etoile Saint Ferdinand by Happyculture

J’ai trouvé assez malhonnête que l’hôtel n’a rien dit sur les travaux qu’ils font sur la façade en ce moment. Je me suis réveillé ce matin avec deux hommes sur ma fenêtre qui ont commencé à frapper fort sur le mûr en train de travailler sur la façade. Par ailleurs, le personnel est formidable, très efficace et agréable.

Key card that works maybe half the time, so often you have to walk up 5 flights of stairs, go back down, then back up, just to get in your room. They were very unapologetic and acted as if that was normal. The area is nice, the house cleaning is terrible and the view of the window is the side of a building, there is also a terrible loud boom from the pipes nearby that gos off about every 2 minutes.

Wieso steht bei der Buchung,Parkplatz wäre verfügbar? Obwohl es nicht der Fall war ! Die Rezeption hat und zu einem Parkhaus geschickt wo man für 24 Std. 100€ zahlen soll 😵\u200d💫

Great location! Freshly painted and new carpets..breakfast was good and close to a bakery too! The room was on the small side, as are many in this area. We would recommend 👍

From the friendly and cheerful staff to the yummy pastries and coffee left at the from to snack on. The hotel is centrally located and walking distance to so many things. Highly recommend for anyone visiting.

Le personnel est super sympa et disponible. Ils ont été vraiment au top pour tout. Emplacement au top, literie confortable. Petit déjeuner sympa. En revanche c’est pas un hôtel pour un couple avec enfant ou plusieurs enfants. Et pour moi, ce n’est pas un 4 étoiles mais un 3 étoiles, Hôtel très très exigu, chambre minuscule, ascenseur minuscule. Pas de mini frigo, pas de machine à café dans la chambre, pas de chausson et beaucoup de bruit à l’extérieur (nous avions une chambre qui donne sur la rue), pas de salle de sport. Si vous êtes handicapé, vous aurez pas d’accès ( des marches de partout ) La baignoire était très abimé avec le revêtement arraché. Bref, pour moi c’est le personnel qu’il faut souligner car très sympa. La direction doit s’accrocher à ça car cela a pesé dans la balance. Pour un couple sans enfant ça reste pas mal ( encore une fois, c’est pas un 4 étoiles ) mais pas avec un enfant. Je reste vraiment sur ma faim… Avis partagé par ma femme.

Det var et yderst velbeliggende hotel tæt på Palais des Congres og Port Maillot. Værelserne var nyrenoverede og velholdte. Betjeningen yderst venlig. Morgenmadsrestauranten lidt snæver men udvalget ok. Hotellet kan anbefales.

Highly recommend the Hotel Étoile Saint Ferdinand!!! Check-in with Sylvia was fantastic - a very warm and friendly welcome, and kind, helpful advice and recommendations. Hotel was smallish but beautiful, good amenities including unlimited free water, tea & coffee. Rooms beautiful and location fantastic. Breakfast buffet consisted of hot & cold items and was delicious! Don’t hesitate to book this hotel.

Confirm first if they are open! This is under renovation we book to this hotel upon check in they transfer us to different hotel that is far. Disappointed on this. They did not bother to inform us of the situation.

Taille de la chambre convenable, service accueil sympathique, petit dejeuner également mais propreté e la salle de bains tres douteuse. Dommage.

il faut signaler un probleme en début de séjour (sur plusieurs jours tout de meme) avec une chambre bruyante la nuit et le fait que la chambre n'a pas été nettoyée sur 1 jour en plus apres de multiples echanges avec la reception, et 2 changements de chambre, a terme la fin du sejour a pu se derouler sans probleme notable il est à noter qu'apres de multiples solliciations un geste commercial partiel a été effectué par la direction

The Manager was so nice and accommodating. The front desk was always so nice and professional. The room was always super clean and breakfast was amazing. I was so happy with my stay and experience. 10/10

The hotel itself is fabulous and everyone who works there was so kind and willing to offer help with anything it was truly a lovely experience. For that reason I give them wonderful reviews but the pillows are very thin and hard and the TV had an option to cast to but didn’t work which would’ve been nice since I don’t speak French and I would’ve just watched my cast to the TV. Something with the wifi wouldn’t adapt. The bed was very hard as well and I had a hard time sleeping but the linens were very nice and fresh. So I’m torn on my review and want to be honest but also do not want to diminish anyone who works there because the staff was just wonderful in every way. It’s very close to public transportation, nice shopping, good restaurants, and super easy to get Ubers and taxis. If you like a firm bed then you’ll love it all.

On June 18, 2023, my cousin and I arrived at this hotel after an exhausting trip hoping to be well received and rest properly. After checking in the front desk, we went to the room, which was very tidy and clean, but when we turned on the air conditioning, we noticed that it was not cooling, so we called the man who was in charge of the hotel that night. The man told us that he did not guarantee the air conditioning would work. I explained to him that without air I could not sleep since I suffer from bronchial asthma. The man told me he was sorry but he couldn't help me. I asked him to change my room and he told me that the hotel was full. I checked the hotel's capacity on the web and there was one room available, but he insisted on not changing our room. So I decided to contact the Expedia company to talk to this man and convince him to help us. All this happened between 12:00 am and 1:30 am. The man was so rude that I couldn't talk to him anymore. The man never went to check if the air in the room worked and he lied to the company saying that the air did work. In the end, no agreement could be reached with the gentleman and the gentleman recommended canceling the reservation. At 1.30 am we had to pack our things and leave for another Hotel that, thanks to the Management of the Expedia representative, we were able to move at no additional cost. This gentleman's attention was horrible. A tremendous lack of education and empathy.

Small nice hotel with great location. Friendly and very helpful staff. Rooms were small but nice and clean. Walking distance to Arc the Triumph and metro stations. Downside - it's quite noisy in rooms facing the street outside.

The stay was nice. The reception staff was very friendly, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean overall. It is well located next to a nice bistro and close to a nice cocktail club. The downsides are that the shower I got was very small in the corner of the bathroom and you have very little perks in the room (no fridge, no water or tea, no sleepers, no international plugs)

Kamer was vies, airco in de kamer deed het niet, verwarming in de douche ook niet. Verder was er nieteens een minibar. Ik begrijp echt niet waar die 4 sterren vandaan komen.

Staff very courteous and helpful. Rooms rather small, without wash cloth provided and hair driers that blew little air . Breakfast very good , self service but well provided with good coffee

Outstanding, personal service from staff. Arrived exhausted from overnight flight. Check-in staff got us coffee and a plate of croissants, as well as getting room ready early. Comfy bed and nice sized bathroom. Thorough daily cleaning. Lovely, cute neighborhood with a very short walk to best subway line in Paris. Walking distance to Arc de Triomphe. Elegant breakfast. Car rental located across the square.

Accueil extrêmement serviable

Hotel itself was fine. Would stay in this area again. Check out was a joke though. Checkout in my confirmation was 12pm. I got an angry call from downstairs at 11am disputing this with me and I said I could show them my confirmation of 12pm check out. When I did they told me to speak to Expedia and get it changed on their website rather than them having the conversation with Expedia - it was ridiculous.

My sister and I loves the hotel location, near the Champs Elysees with easy access to shopping, restaurants, sightseeing buses, and Arc de Triomphe that we love. The neighborhood itself is full of restaurants. It is also close to public transfortation and other major streets and parks. The hotel itself is very cozy. Everone at the front desk was very friendly and helpful whether in giving directions or calling a taxi, etc. Breakfast was fabulous, with varried items that would tempt any palate. We met Alomise, in charge of breakfast, who must be the friendliest person we have ever met. She made us feel so welcome. She made sure that all our needs were met. Thank you Alomise. You are an asset to the hotel.

The stuff working there are the hi-light of the place, very very nice , smiling, helpful, welcoming etc… it was super safe and enjoyable for me and my daughter. Though that we were alone the area and the hotel were safe! walkable to many beautiful restaurants and monuments. I ll choose that hotel over and over again

Très bien placé, métro RER et Tram à proximité, quartier calme, stationnement facile à trouver, chambre spacieuse et propre. Belle salle de bain. Attention malgré la baignoire, impossible d'y prendre un bain pour des raisons écologiques :(
