We very much enjoyed the cleanliness and location of this property. It had all the conveniences we needed. Beach was right there, so the kids really enjoyed it. It had a lot of eating places within walking distances. If going back to Newport beach we would definitely stay there again.

If you don't mind the parking lot view from the balcony, you'll love this space. Great for people-watching and close to plenty of fun. Enjoyed our stay.

This is a great place for families with kids, especially teenagers. The location is perfect, the views are fantastic and so many restaurants close by. Tower 17 is absolutely amazing to work with. Anytime we had questions, they responded quickly!
