House for 15 with Firepit near The Village

It was so wonderful to spend a week with our kids and grandkids in June 2024. There were a total of 10 of us who stayed at the house. For the evening meal, 8 more family members joined us. The dining room table plus the outdoor patio table were adequate to include everyone. When planning to use the fire pit, be sure to bring your own kindling and matches. While the owner indicated she doesn’t maintain the grill, we found it wasn’t usable and recommend throwing it away. The entire house was immaculate w/no unusual smells. The ac worked well. Both televisions worked well. The three bathrooms were functional and clean. The downstairs commode intermittently ran then filled up fine. In the bathrooms, we needed more than the provided black “makeup” washcloths so picked up more wash cloths at Walmart. The kitchen is large enough for several people to prep a meal. It would have benefited by full sets of measuring cups and spoons. The knives are good and sharp.The conduction stove was new to me and worked fine. The large top fridge and bottom freezer is perfect & had no weird smells or stains. The laundry area includes a front loading washer and dryer as well as detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets. The appliance directions were easy to follow. The owner requested no shoes be worn upstairs, but many of us kicked off our shoes no matter whether we went upstairs or not. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, would stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

Our family loved staying here. Lots of bedrooms and pull-out sofas, plentiful linens and towels, well-stocked kitchen, roomy dining space and plenty of seating when family members visited for dinner. Nice backyard with a firepit, complete with wood and sticks for making smores. Both adults and children were happy with the property and would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for a little cousin retreat and I must say it was perfect! The house was so clean, spacious, and perfect for making connections. Our family used the open kitchen for games and gathering, and the kids used the front room for movies. (Both rooms are close, but noise cross-over wasn't a problem.) There's a TV in the kitchen/family area too, so next time, we can shake it up with some jackbox party games! We loved the firepit and patio, and spent time chatting both in the morning and at night. The bedrooms are beautiful and comfy with plenty of bedding, pillows, etc. The kitchen is gorgeous, roomy, and well-stocked. There's a park across the street and its close to shopping. Honestly, it had everything we needed! Were planning for another visit. We had 6 adults and 8 kids in our group and we had plenty of beds. We'll be back!

The property was exactly as advertised and great for accomodating our large group. The kitchen was very well stocked.

Nice place to enjoy family weekend close to Eagle. Lots of room for 9 to sleep plus 3 more to visit. Park within walking distance to run the little ones around. Fire pit bonus for making s’mores.

The house was great. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, utensils, and even a rice cooker. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The fire pit outside was tempting, but the weather impeded us from enjoying it. The host was regularly available for questions and insights. We really appreciated how quick and helpful the host was. We had easy access to the capitol every day (about 20 minutes in traffic). This place worked very well for our group of 15.

Things we liked most: very quiet neighborhood, fireplace was cozy on the rainy days, spacious for our group of 5, very close to shopping & restaurants, grocery store was 5 min away, the firepit was fun. We roasted marshmallows too! The mattresses were very comfortable - I think I got the best night's sleep in a year! Sam was a great hostess. We went to the Birds of Prey center - one of her suggestions - quite a highlight of our visit!

Sam’s property was very comfortable for our group of 8. House was tidy and clean. We loved the location, Trader Joe’s was close! The neighborhood was quiet. Backyard was nice - didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit or cornhole - too cold outside.

Perfect for our family's stay in the Boise area to celebrate medical school graduation. We loved the backyard barbeque, the number of bedrooms/beds, and the ability to gather inside or outside for games and meals. Really close to grocery stores and other amenities.

We had a great stay here with extended family in Boise. Exceptionally clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend and would rent again if we return to Boise!

Our group was made up of eight people attending a student workshop in town for three days. Our time with this property was about as perfect as could be hoped for -- check-in was simple and hassle-free, the facilities were clean and as advertised, and all-in-all our experience was quite positive. Unfortunately our schedule meant that we couldn't explore the area much, or even spend much time in the house, but it worked great as a home base, and would have been fun to hang out in more. One mild heads up is that for any group larger than our eight, you'll want to make sure that you're comfortable sharing beds, so definitely great for families or any group that knows each other well. Highly recommended.

My friends from around the country came to Boise to visit. This house worked as a wonderful place for four couples to gather, be together, but have separate rooms in the same house. Itworked out wonderfully

This home was perfect for our holiday stay. There were 8 of us and I was initially concerned that 1700 square feet may seem too small, but it was laid out very well. There was plenty of sleeping area and the back yard was lovely. The neighborhood was great and very quiet. Directions for use and checkout were great. Was a wonderful experience.

We had a great stay at this house in Boise for a weekend baseball tournament. Centrally located and plenty of options for dining out. The boys had a great time at Top Golf. Communication with the owner was great. We will stay here again the next time we’re in the area.

Over the last few years our group has stayed at 7-8 VRBO or similar properties as we travel all over the US for Baseball. The communication with the host was OUTSTANDING. We were able to communicate and early arrival which was awesome. There was a minor issue with the AC to which the host had repairmen onsite within hours and they stayed until late at night to fix the issue. As an Idaho contractor I have never seen an HVAC company respond so fast and be willing to work late to fix the issue. We would be honored to stay at this property again.

I visited Boise with family to visit other family and our stay in this home was great. Very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Just about everything we needed was nearby. Easy access to all locations. Neighborhood was quiet. Communication with the owner/manager was quick and easy. She made our stay worryfree. I would highly recommend this rental and would definitely reserve in the future when we return.

This was an excellent central location for us during our family reunion. Sam was easy to work with and answered questions in a timely way. The fenced back yard is a plus and the house was very comfortable.

It was a great place for our 26th annual girls' trip. We especially enjoyed spending time in the backyard in the early mornings and evenings. Great location near The Village in Meridian!

It is a great location, easy to travel to multiple points of interest. There is great shopping nearby, and there are outstanding restaurants in the area.
