Stayed 5 nights

My wife and I invited our 4 grandchildren (ages7-13) to join us for a “Cousins Camp” in Cocoa Beach. The location was perfect, as there was a Beach Park right across A1A, literally blocks away, with parking, showers, lifeguards and restrooms. The kids also enjoyed the large swimming pool, and they had fun fishing off the dock (caught large catfish and smaller baitfish). The house was roomy, large center counter provided ample space for eating and cooking activities. There were plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans, and silverware (could use some more teaspoons only 5 available. The view from the back of the house is gorgeous, although the master bedroom could use some curtains for nighttime and sleeping in the morning. It gets light in there pretty early with no window coverings. Easy access to shopping, grocery stores, ice cream shops, pizza and other restaurants. Although we did not use the kayaks and paddle boards (4 kids!), they would be great for this location, very pretty environment. The host was very responsive to any inquiries and provided all we needed for a wonderful 5 Days of fun and family time!

Stayed 7 nights

We are a family of 7. Two nearing retirement and five 20-something college kids. Pros: We had plenty of room to spread out and find our own space when needed. Loved the Adirondack chair indoor conversation pit with views of the Banana River and islands. We had an almost daily visitor of a great blue heron that liked to have breakfast and dinner off our dock. Loved having the kayaks and paddleboards with accessories to just jump on the water when we felt like it. Place was clean and still has a bit of that "new" construction smell. I would recommend for groups with teen or older children. Cons: Didn't realize there wasn't really an appropriate space for working. We found a table and folding chair and stuck it in the back bedroom and hubby had a "corner office with a view". It wasn't comfortable for all day, but he made due. Also, dining seating is either a hard bench on the banquette or the metal stools. When my elderly parents came for dinner it wasn't too comfortable for them. The openness and hard surfaces makes for a very echo-ey experience. Was rough on the ones with hearing issues. The pool is just steps (like 3) out the back bedroom and bathroom. It looks like the doors are set to chime when opened but it wasn't doing that during our stay. I would NOT be comfortable in this space with young children. PM was responsive to our questions and communicated well. Would stay again.

Stayed 9 nights

Upon arrival we noticed that the entire house was completely redone. From the kitchen to all bathrooms everything is new. The location is prime as the house is at the end of a cul de sac right on the water. Wake up in the morning and watch manatees and dolphins directly from the dock. Take a paddle board of a kayak and explore the surroundings. Bikes in the garage, full beach kit is also in there and the beach is a minute away. Thanks for a wonderful time!

We so enjoyed our time at this home. The beds were so comfortable, kitchen has everything you need available and clean. The view from the pool was awesome. We used the kayaks as well. Will definitely rebook this home again.
