Imperial Apartment! Just 5 min from the beach!

It was fine for my stay and clean. I had no issues with my stay.

The stay was ok but no tv in the bedroom and the location description was not exactly accurate but it was still fairly close to things

Great for the concert and easy to communicate to Host with a very accurate listing. Would hope to repeat this.

- Fridge was very noisy. - Coffee maker did not work (but close to Dunkin Donuts). - Must be there ahead of spring cleaning, but a few wipes made the light switches white again and handles non-sticky. - No smoke detector. - Musty smell, but opening windows (the ones with screens) helped. - No extra blanket (but borrowed one). Plenty of kitchen utensils. Plenty of toiletry items if you forgot to pack

If your heading to downtown clearwater for a night and need a cheap spot that's close enough to uber around, this is it. No issues- I'd rent it again.
