We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, and the bathrooms were nicely done with nice amenities. The kitchen was well stocked. My only suggestion is that if they added a washer and dryer, it would be a perfect place to stay for a longer period of time.We had no problems. The location was perfect.

This rental is very well located in a true neighborhood. Parking easily fit two cars. We walked in the mornings—very safe. The amenities were just enough. Good pillows. The backyard is lovely with a table and a grassy area. Five star!

We stayed for 5 days while we toured around the Northern Arizona sites and monuments. The house is in a great location and it was great to come back at the end of the day to a nice spacious home. It is an older home, but very well kept. Plenty of towels and linens. If you don't like big fluffy pillows to sleep on though, I would recommend bringing what you are used to sleeping on because ALL the pillows are very fluffy. Beds are very comfy. It would have been nice to have access to the washer and dryer, but not a deal breaker. Also, for the ladies, there is no full length mirror anywhere to check if you will like your outfit for the day. I improvised and stepped outside the sliding glass door each morning to see the reflection from the glass... : D ...Maybe the owner will put one on the back of one of the bedroom doors or somewhere else...hint, hint. ;-) Other than those few things, WE LOVED IT.

We spent 3 days here while visiting Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon (just over an hour drive). The home was just outside downtown, but walkable (10 minutes) to the central area. It served as a mid-way point between our stops from Phoenix to Page, yet close to Sedona (45 minutes to an hour). The owner was super responsive. The house accommodated our group of 4 adults well- we walked to town every day, and especially enjoyed the back patio space for a beer or coffee while we readied or unwound from the day.
We spent 3 days here while visiting Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon (just over an hour drive). The home was just outside downtown, but walkable (10 minutes) to the central area. It served as a mid-way point between our stops from Phoenix to Page, yet close to Sedona (45 minutes to an hour). The owner was super responsive. The house accommodated our group of 4 adults well- we walked to town every day, and especially enjoyed the back patio space for a beer or coffee while we readied or unwound from the day.

All was good. For safety of children, a closed in backyard (adding a gate) would most certainly enhance safety, especially when a home is located on the corner where two streets cross.

Very cute place. It is a short walk to down town, but that walk requires going up and down a pretty steep hill. Fine for able bodied persons. Not so much if you are not able bodied. The backyard is not completely fenced in. The beds are really low to the ground. I was fine with that, but again the non-able bodied people struggled with it. Mattress and pillows were on the firm side, which I personally prefer. My only personal complaint was that we did not have access to the washer and dryer. I guess I always expect to have access since we choose to stay in homes when we visit flagstaff, so I was surprised when we needed to use it and it wasn’t available to use. Clean place though and cute and a good neighborhood. I would stay again.

This is our second time staying in this house and won’t be our last. It is clean, comfortable, and has upgraded amenities like bath products, soft and cozy bed linens and towels, a large living room with board games and a large tv and more. The backyard has a table and chairs for outdoor dining and a BBQ and is quite spacious. The location is in a quiet neighborhood away from the noise of the train tracks yet is only a quick few minutes drive to all the fun of downtown Flagstaff. Look forward to my return soon. Thanks Ian!

Property was in a great part of town and easily accessible. The only complaint was dirty floors, and area rug that turned the bottom of our socks brown. If you plan on cooking, there is plenty of supplies although several measuring cups and teaspoons in various sizes were missing and very unorganized

This is a great older house in a quiet neighborhood. Literally 5 min from every soccer field we had to play on over the weekend (two at NAU). If we were used to the elevation we would have walked downtown...it's that close. The house does creak (floors)...but i found it charming. If you like hard pillows bring your own (my kids thought they were clouds lol). The bathrooms are very nicely updated and comfortable. Thanks for letting us stay Ian!

I HIGHLY recommend this property! This is one of the best rentals we have stayed at. It is sparkling clean, great location and space. Our family with adult child went on ski trip up to Snowbowl. Perfect location for easy access to ski rental shop, road to ski hill (avoiding most traffic) and super close to downtown Flagstaff for easy access to restaurants. This one-story house was perfect for 2 senior couples who travel together occasionally. It was nicely furnished and had everything a traveler needs. The beds offered dreamy comfort with high-quality linens. We appreciated the coffee, the charging pad, and the good communication about check-in. The lovely neighborhood is close to downtown and while we didn't walk to town, we could have, but with iffy hips we decided to save our walking for the Grand Canyon. We enjoyed driving around the neighborhood and discovered a home with colorful folk art in the front yard, which was a fun surprise. (It would be nice to have night lights in the hall and baths, and we made notes to ourselves to take our own the next time we travel. since this is not really the owner's responsibility.) We can't recommend this house and Ian highly enough. Don't know when we'll be back in Flagstaff but would definitely love to stay here again.

This is a wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood. It is centrally located for most Northern Arizona attractions. It was everything we expected and more. My kids said they would like to come back and stay here and that's saying something. We would definitely stay here again.

We spent 3 days here while visiting Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon (just over an hour drive). The home was just outside downtown, but walkable (10 minutes) to the central area. It served as a mid-way point between our stops from Phoenix to Page, yet close to Sedona (45 minutes to an hour). The owner was super responsive. The house accommodated our group of 4 adults well- we walked to town every day, and especially enjoyed the back patio space for a beer or coffee while we readied or unwound from the day.

This was our second time staying here for family ski trip. Easy drive to Snowbowl ski area, if weather nice can walk to downtown area shops and restaurants or super short drive/Uber. Home is clean, well set up, high quality linens and towels. Response owner, overall lovely stay!

This is our second time staying in this house and won’t be our last. It is clean, comfortable, and has upgraded amenities like bath products, soft and cozy bed linens and towels, a large living room with board games and a large tv and more. The backyard has a table and chairs for outdoor dining and a BBQ and is quite spacious. The location is in a quiet neighborhood away from the noise of the train tracks yet is only a quick few minutes drive to all the fun of downtown Flagstaff. Look forward to my return soon. Thanks Ian!

Stayed here in April as a base to drive up to the Grand Canyon. The location is excellent, being a short walk into Flagstaff Center with plenty of restaurants etc. The property was clean with everything provided, could not find fault, I think the lounge is actually bigger than it looked in the photos. All 3 bedrooms are well furnished and clean. Contact with the owner was always met with quick, helpful responses and check-in was easy. Will be recommending this property to other friends from the UK who are visiting in the summer.

Our family with adult child went on ski trip up to Snowbowl. Perfect location for easy access to ski rental shop, road to ski hill (avoiding most traffic) and super close to downtown Flagstaff for easy access to restaurants. Home was clean, cozy, well organized, easy check in, high quality linens and towels. Easy and quick communication with host. Definitely a keeper for next trip! Thanks for a great stay!

The home was a wonderful retreat. We were in town to move our kid into their school accomodations and came across this property. The check-in/check-out instructions were clear. The property was a lovely upgraded home decorated in calming beige, greys, and blues. Cozy lap blankets were provided so we could gather on the couch and catch a movie. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, hand soap, and lotion. We didn't get to use the kitchen, but were happy to enjoy our complimentary coffee each morning. We will stay here again and look forward to using more of the amenities, like the grill in the backyard. Excellent experience.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, and the bathrooms were nicely done with nice amenities. The kitchen was well stocked. My only suggestion is that if they added a washer and dryer, it would be a perfect place to stay for a longer period of time.We had no problems. The location was perfect.

The house was perfect for our family trip to Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 teenagers. House was clean and well stocked with supplies. Ian was a great host - very responsive and helpful.

It's a beautiful, spacious home with everything you need (and more!) to make your stay enjoyable. I would have stayed forever, if I could! It felt like home as soon as I walked in. The attention to detail was apparent. There plenty of towels and there was shampoo, conditioner, etc. available to use in the bathrooms. There was plenty of tea and coffee to choose from in the kitchen, board games and throw blankets in the living room, the outside patio was peaceful and serene. It was just a great experience. By far, the best place we've stayed at yet!

The house was just as advertised. It was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. Check in was very easy and Ian was quick to answer questions. We would definitely stay again when we come back to the area. Overall a great experience and we highly recommend this property!

We loved this vrbo. It was very clean, spacious, and updated. There were 4 of us, but this house could accommodate 6-8 people. The neighborhood was nice and we loved being able to walk down into downtown for restaurants and coffee shops. We loved the good quality shower products. The kitchen was well outfitted and the patio and yard were nice. We cooked out on the grill. Would definitely stay here again!
