Overall it was a decent stay for the weekend. The beds are sooooo comfy! The room was clean, some upgrades are evident, like USB outlets on the outlets. The instant hot water in the shower was nice to have. Downsides: The WiFi is TERRIBLE. No point in giving you a password, because you don’t need one. And when you do connect, it is much too slow. I used my hotspot instead in order to use my laptop. The room lighting was really bad. No light in the entryway, there are only lamps in the room by the beds. The lighting in the bathroom is horrendous. They have a backlit mirror and that’s it. I had to move the floor lamp into the bathroom so I could do my makeup. They advertise brightly lit bathrooms… that’s a lie. And be warned - there is no elevator!

We were excited to find an available room last minute for parents weekend at the local university but ended up paying $200 for a room that had a gross smell. The floor had wet spots all over it and red stains all over the carpet. The door to the back parking lot at the bottom of our stairwell had no lock so we felt unsafe :(

Everything went well as expected. The staff were friendly and efficient, even despite computer malfunctions! Cleanliness was outstanding. Even the exercise room was immaculate! Only the breakfast was a little disappointing. There were only a few allergen free foods and the fruit was limited and old. But at least everything was very clean!

The room smelled like mildew / mold and black mold could seen on the walls. The bathroom shower was not clean. It was a very noisy area. Would not recommend. I will never stay here again.

There was trash in the room, crushed chips, one of the beds had dirty sheets, the tub and shower curtain were filthy. The front desk staff was great and other than whoever was supposed to clean the room not cleaning it the stay was tolerable.

The staff were amazing and friendly. However, we had to change out of the first room we had because there was mold in around the bath tub and there was dried blood and holes on the comforter. I requested a different room and this one was very dusty. I wound up doing a deep cleaning of my own. At the time I didn’t have another choice of staying somewhere else. The only thing I couldn’t do was shampoo the carpet (looked like someone had dropped pasta sauce on the carpet) or get the dust bunnies off the ceiling. The room wasn’t so bad after I did such a thorough clean.

Room was disgusting with hair on the sheets a nasty stain on the pillowcase a ring around the bathtub and disgusting black dick all over the door around the door knob to the bathroom. Exterior doors have been painted in a different shade and were dented and dinged. carpet was disgusting. Light didn't work.

The cleanliness of my room upon check in needed some improvement. The bed sheets on one of the beds was either dirty or stained, there were water marks on the side table and big toenail clippings on the floor. There was also some sort of sauce on the side of the entertainment center. However the bathroom was very clean as well as the rest of the room. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well.

It wasn't completely booked and I stayed downstairs but a very active family was put in the room above me. Running, jumping is never ok in a 2nd floor room and some people are just too stupid to know that!

The room at the property had multiple issues. First, the room we were in was extremely musty and my wife and son, who are allergic to mold had issues. I believe I saw mold on the bathroom ceiling. The AC unit in our room didn't work properly and would change its own settings. Breakfast food was cold and we weren't able to select the items of interest. We settled for a waffle and pre-packaged foods. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and seemed to genuinely care about the poor experience, but no reduction in rate was offered for the sub-par experience.

Very, very over priced due to events in town that weekend. Very slow check in and when they had a system error that rejected my credit card, the attendant loudly announced to everyone, Your Card has been declined. When I told her that was not possible, she stated the system sometime has issues, manually ran it, and it was fine. Bed ok and room clean enough but tv barely worked and both the sink and shower drain barely worked. When we complained, they were not helpful. We will not stay there again.

Clerk at desk seemed to take a while to check in. He was the only one at front desk which delayed checking in and and issues. Breakfast was ok. Did have sausage links, eggs, biscuits and gravy and waffles for hot gravy. Bed wanting good. Topper was put on bed I guess to compensate bad mattress. For the price of this hotel I expected more.

Although everything about the property itself was fine, it was not disclosed beforehand that there would be an incidental charge added. I travel quite frequently to this area, and I've been trying many of the different hotels in the area. This is the only one that has applied such a fee, so needless to say I will not be back.

Although the lady putting the food out for breakfast was there, it was cold. There wasn't a microwave there to heat it up. We were just staying one night and leaving after breakfast so we didn't use any other amenities. There was a cobweb from my light on the nightstand up to the corner of the ceiling. I did not see any spiders and the cobweb was dusty.

This was a good value stay. Really the only negative was that the breakfast was lacking any juice of any kind, beverages were water, coffee and maybe tea. Food choices were ample. I would stay again.

The accommodations were excellent, no issues. The room was comfortable with a fresh smell, no lingering stale odors. However, when we went for breakfast a little after 8, the eggs were gone and didn’t get replenished. Breakfast in general was a little disappointing.
