The home was very spacious for our family of 10. The view of the beach was such a treat. The various outdoor and indoor games provided hours of great fun for kids and adults alike. It was a beautiful setting for making memories!

While I didn’t have to correspond with the owner often, I did receive timely replies when I did. The home is very large and allowed our group of five to spread out! The beds were comfortable and the sheets were nice. Some of towels were somewhat worn though. The kitchen was well supplied!

The Sea Gem did not disappoint. The home and amenities were just as pictured/stated. The layout was just right with plenty of room to accommodate our family reunion. We especially loved the open concept of the kitchen, dining and lounging space that we all felt together when cooking, eating or watching football. We will keep the Sea Gem on our list to return in the future.

The home was prefect for our group of 9 friends. View from the upstairs livingroom and balcony was spectacular. This place the bedrooms were downstairs with a small kitchen and living room area. Upstairs housed all 9 of us for dinning, cooking and lounging. Such a great experience!
