Affordable Hotel. Bar right in the lobby area that had a party going. Different vibe than a traditional experience. Staff were very nice and checking in/out was easy. Parking staff tried to rip me and charge me for supersize vehicle when I drive a Mid-size AUV MY Tesla. He was reluctant but adjusted the price. Once we got to the room, it's very small. Its similar to a studio apartment but layout is functional. Didn't feel dirty but didn't feel fresh either. House keeping good. Complementary breakfast was very basic. Nothing hot is available unless you microwave. Parties, cereal, juice, and coffee. Area its in is like a ghetto or projects. Did not feel safe outside.

We, like most of the guests, were staying over to go to Yankee Stadium. We enjoyed the breakfast, the restaurant, fitness room, and the room itself. The restaurant had great music and food, and some happy hour drinks. There's a rooftop patio, but they didn't open it because it was 101 fahrenheit. The parking situation wasn't explained well in the hotel description, but there was free on-street parking or valet for $35 a night. I would probably choose this again if I can ever forgive the Yankees for giving up 17 runs on Thursday aftenoon.

Our 5 day stay was great. We loved all of the friendly, hard-working staff who helped us with many small requests. Beds comfortable, rooms so clean, hotel very secure and safes in rooms. The indoor attached valet parking was very convenient. Breakfasts are simple, so bring your own fruit or bagel toppings if you like those things. We also enjoyed a nearby restaurant for dinner.

As a solo female traveler I felt safe and my room was clean. I loved the water dispenser by the elevators it was very convenient. The elevator could be annoying when trying to activate your key to get to your floor, it often took several tries. The breakfast was acceptable and area kept clean. Coffee was adequate. Housekeeping staff were amazing absolutely no complaints on cleanliness whatsoever.

Located near the Grand Concourse. Easy access to the subway 4/5 trains 138 St/ Grand Concourse and 6 train at 3 Ave 138 st. Arrived before check-in time and was able to check-in early. Facility is very modern and rooms are very comfortable. Key card entry required on elevator. Morning breakfast is provided with yogurt, fruit, waffles, breakfast sandwich, breads and bagels, coffee and juices. Restaurant/bar was quite busy in the evening with DJ. Facility has a gym. Staff were very helpful. Surrounding area is a bit sketchy looking but didn't encounter any problems.

The property is clean. It is close to a subway station. The staff was friendly. I would not bring a child to this hotel. There is a party going on that you have to walk through in order to get on the elevator almost every day. You have no access to ice.

It was a great stay overall. The rooms are very tight, small space so dont recommend for big families. The rooms were clean. The only issue we experienced was the halls smelled so much of marijuana. But, other then that great stay, great staff.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Beautiful lobby, restaurant, and rooms. Do not be fooled by the surroundings. Less than a minute walk to the 4/5 green subway lines. The rooms were small, but clean and neat, with nice ammenities (coffee, hairdryer, garment steamer, etc. Joseilina at the front desk was very kind and helpful. It was also very quiet! One night the hotel was sold out and you couldn't tell. The contential breakfast provided bagels, cereal, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs, and more. Would definitely stay here again!

The rooms are ridiculously small & the bathroom sink is outside the bathroom. Cancellation fee is all of 2 nights stay! U can literally hear everything that goes on in the room next door. Never again!

Starting with the hotel staff, everyone is very friendly—both at the front desk and in the buffet area. We even arrived before the check-in time and they gave us a room. The room is small but very convenient, and everything is well arranged so you can settle in comfortably. The only really bad part of the room is the shower: it’s transparent, and you can see everything. They should consider adding some kind of curtain that covers the whole area around it, since I don’t think they’ll remove the glass (that’s why I give it 4 stars). Breakfast is simple but has what you need to start the day. The hotel is basic but nice. The only unpleasant part is the streets leading to it, although I know that’s not their fault. Overall, it’s a good hotel to stay at for a few nights. The train station is just one block away, which is convenient for those of us using the subway.

The staff here is very friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Ms. Arleen went above and beyond to make sure everything was great from the beginning. Ms. Natasha was very helpful and ensured we had everything we needed for the room. The other 3 young ladies and gentleman who worked there were also pleasant when assisting us. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others! Thanks for making our stay a very special experience for my birthday!!!

I was charge $200 for a security deposit by mistake by the front desk worker ! I brought it to the hotels attention and they said it would be refunded! It hasn’t been refunded they lied !! What I was suppose to be charged was $100 cuz I only booked 1 night and stayed 1 night ! I was never refunded my $100 that was mistakenly charged to my card

Some of the staff seemed like they cared about you as a guest, some acted like you were an inconvenience. Parking is absolutely horrific, it is a public parking garage with very little space and if its full, you don't get to park there even as a guest of the hotel. We had to park on the street infront of the hotel and on the 3rd night our windows were smashed. Of course we didn't feel safe anymore so we left a night early and lost out on the money from the booking as well as now having a huge cost of the windows.

Inside, it’s beautiful. Nice friendly staff. Clean hotel and rooms. Rooms are small so don’t expect a spacious area. They were able to accommodate our early check out as well. Great customer service! The neighborhood is not in the greatest of areas though. We were told 3 times not to go outside after dark.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early, which made our trip so much easier. The location was perfect, right next to the subway station, giving us great access to the city. Everything about our experience was smooth and enjoyable. This hotel was located in a very dirty, barren area of the Bronx. I contacted the hotel days before about my accommodations, was told I was to get certain rooms that I wanted as far as location, once I arrived, that did not happen. No responsibility was taken for any of the issues I encountered, front desk was very dismissive with an attitude that they did not care. Communication between all members of the front desk and how they communicate and resolve issues amongst themselves & clients was abhorrent! I almost missed my airline flight because the valet employee fell asleep in the garage and didn’t get out my car in time!! Employees should take a course in customer service and learn how to interact with the public better. I would never stay here again, even if it was complementary!

First, let's address the elephant in the room: yes, this property is not in the nice part of town. There's graffiti on the walls across the street, lots of the buildings in the block seem abandoned, and we did see someone trying to break into a car parked on the street. That being said, we never felt in danger. The hotel itself is VERY nice. Indoor valet parking, nice (but small) rooms, a great bar/restaurant with a nice rooftop area, all of that was good. If the hotel were on 59th or something, it would be $400 per night. There is a subway station half a block away with the number 5 express train going straight downtown in like 5 stops. If you're a coward, stay somewhere else. If you like a bit of adventure, stay here and save a ton of money.

It was great that in just 30 seconds away from the hotel you can get in subway lines 4,5 or 6. Room was so clean and there was everything we needed for our stay! The only thing I improve, would be the breakfast included, only things to eat were bagels and bread! Some cheese, ham and fruits were missing!

Overall good stay at hotel. Clean room and next to metro for great connectivity to anywhere in New York . Very courteous staff and decent breakfast . Only downside is neighborhood which can be unsafe in night though several cops at metro station make you feel safe.

We stayed at this hotel for 18 nights. The neighborhood is iffy but the hotel is top notch and you can really see that the owners , managers and staff really care about their place . Rosas at Park is their In-house restaurant and everything we ate there was delicious. We loved the spinach salad with filet mignon and had it multiple times. It’s top-tier, once you get inside!

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. It has a nice bar/restaurant there, but sometimes is very noisy and you have to go through it to pass throught it to go to the room. Included breakfast was nvery limited.

Breakfast is NOT a buffet, as described in the property description. It's continental. I specifically chose this property because of this. So this was upsetting. Rooms are small. There were event parties, put on by the restaurant, where some of the patrons were rude. This was not mentioned in the description either. Staff here was exceptional. Khyrstina, Sally, and Phil were the staff I encountered consistently. They all stepped up to help with our stay. Overall our stay was ok.

The service was wonderful, the room was lovely and clean. The restaurant was a great fun! Really easy to get an uber into the city, only 20 minutes away and no traffic!
