Very nice house, had everything we needed. Very close to everything which was nice, the only ding was the outdoor furniture was dirty, had to wipe the cushions off.

We enjoyed our time here. The property was clean, there was plenty of space, the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook with and the decoration of the house created a very relaxed vibe. We were there for July 4th and were able to walk home from the fireworks in the historic district. I would definitely stay here again.

We were very pleased with the accommodations. All 3 of us were Senior citizens. The illumination on the front porch with unlocking the door was very poor especially since there were stairs also..

The house has a lovely interior. Nice modern bathrooms and kitchen. Lots of towels. Soap, bath wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers (nice and eco-friendly). Cute front porch. Lots of parking. Big back yard that was great for our dogs. If you do bring a dog, make sure you have a leash to get them to the backyard (no direct access from inside the house). Near a marina with food truck area and close to downtown. Overall a great experience.

This is a really nice place to stay, very comfortable, close to downtown St Augustine but quiet even during a busy holiday. The neighborhood is wonderful, and the house has all that we needed. We particularly loved the back porch, even after the cold front came through!

We loved staying at the property with 6 adults, a toddler and a dog. The layout of the home is very well designed and comfortable to stay in. Loved having access to a fenced back yard d for our dog. The kitchen and living space were big enough for everyone to use. Really appreciated the pack and play, stroller and high chair for our one yea old. Very close drive to town, only took about 5 minutes. The host was very responsive when we had a question. I highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for something just outside of town.

Me and my family had the most wonderful weekend in this home. it was so cute and cozy! it came with everything we needed to have a great weekend! there was also everything you need for an infant, which helps so much when traveling. The owners made sure to check-in in case we needed anything! they were more than great, and the house was perfect for a little getaway.!

We had a wonderful stay. The onsite photos reflected the property and the furnishings exactly as we found them to be. It was clean and the owners gave a lot of thought to the amenities for the people who booked the property. There were even dog bowls and a mat for your pet. The master bathroom was very upscale. The kitchen was large and very functional. It had a very young feel to it. The owner instructions were very helpful, and we appreciated the food recommendations. The Urban Back 40 suggested was a great food place right across the street. We had one of our best lunches there. While not sure initially how to get downtown, it became very easy and not very long to get to the heart of St. Augustine. We would not hesitate to re-book.

This was our first time visiting St. Augustine. The home was just as pictured, very clean and we loved the location. The beds were comfy, we loved the front and back porch but our one and only complaint (which isn’t a real breaker) is that we wish the bedrooms had TVs so multiple people could watch TV in the evening if needed. The neighborhood is quiet and we had a chance to eat at Back 40 Urban Cafe which is just across the street to walk to. It was just a mile drive to the historic district and very convenient. The owners communicated quickly when needed. We will be back for sure.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was super clean when we arrived and had all the amenities and rooms as advertised. The kitchen was very well equipped. The house overall is very new and in excellent working condition. Downtown is a short drive away. We would gladly go back.

This cottage was immaculate and decorated very nicely. Plenty of room for 3 adults and our little dog. We LOVED the location, it was close to everything we wanted to do. Neighborhood was quiet and the sidewalks were nice for walking our dog. Our host was very nice and communicated with us well. Five stars!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Owl's Nest! It was very clean with lovely decor. We loved being able to bring our little fur baby too. There were even doggie dishes for her. The beds were extremely comfortable and the street was quiet. The only negative for us personally was not having tv's in the bedrooms, however the tv in the living room was extra nice!

The house was great. Very clean and organized. Bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. Huge TV and good appliances. My only issue was that there was literally no grass in the backyard so we did not allow our dog to run around.

Drove down for our daughter's wedding. The venue was 10-15min away, so it was perfect. We were far enough away where we could have some time to ourselves but close enough to help as needed. The house was quiet and looked as though newly renovated. A sheriff lives across the street, so we definitely felt safe especially not knowing the area at all.

We had a great stay the Owls Nest. We were less than 6 minutes from Flagler College for morning camp drop off. The home is super close to St. Augustine Distillery, San Sebastian Winery, and Historic St. Augustine. The house was clean, was just as described, and communication with owners was great. My family would have no problem staying here again.

The Owl’s Nest was a perfect place for us to stay and visit with family in St Augustine. The house was just like the description in the listing only better in my opinion. My family enjoyed our stay. The owners were very accommodating and checked in to ensure we were enjoying our stay and to see if we needed anything. The house was very clean and well stocked. Loved this house! It was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for 2 teenagers and our aussie. Great neighbors/neighborhood for walking the dog as well. Very clean. Even had separate towels for any pet accidents so you arent mixing towels. Very close to St. George St. Not walkint distance but less than a 5 min drive. Highly recommend this house!

This rental was just perfect for our trip. It was conveniently located to the beach and restaurants. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and had everything that you would need. We would definitely stay again, and highly recommend!

We had a great stay the Owls Nest. We were less than 6 minutes from Flagler College for morning camp drop off. The home is super close to St. Augustine Distillery, San Sebastian Winery, and Historic St. Augustine. The house was clean, was just as described, and communication with owners was great. My family would have no problem staying here again.

Beautiful clean roomy home. All the comforts of home. Uber ride to downtown is about 8 minutes. We all had a great time and would rent again.

This home is only a few minutes from the heart of town. It is exceptionally clean and has everything you will need for your stay. We loved our time there and will definitely stay here again should we be in St Augustine.

This cottage was immaculate and decorated very nicely. Plenty of room for 3 adults and our little dog. We LOVED the location, it was close to everything we wanted to do. Neighborhood was quiet and the sidewalks were nice for walking our dog. Our host was very nice and communicated with us well. Five stars!

Was close to all my excursions. Bunkroom was not as described. Had a double bunk instead of 2 singles. This was a small problem as we all all seniors and could not use upper bunk. Overall very nice and clean.

The property was immaculate, the decor modern chic. Everything we needed for cooking and relaxing was provided. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the afternoon and relaxing on the covered back deck at night. The house was convenient to all the sights and restaurants. We are looking forward to vacationing there again.
