Descuidan los detalles en ese hotel: reservé una cama King size y me dieron una habitación con 2 camas matrimoniales, encontramos un vaso sucio al entrar a la habitación, la llave del agua caliente se safa, no sale el agua lo suficientemente caliente, no tienen cortinas que obstruyan completamente la luz, el jabón de manos se terminó al poco uso, los botones de los dispensadores de shampoo y gel para baño estaban demasiado duros, el desayuno no estaba muy bueno, una persona del restaurante atendía de mala manera y con una pésima actitud y no había quién atendiera en la sala de juegos y el roof garden.

The bad: The facilities are old and very cluttered with a lot of different items, which seem they havent not been dusted in years. Towels are extremely old and have stains I dont think any wash can take off. No small or face towel is provided. There was a pipe in the bathroom which kept leaking water on top of the toilet. Yogurt in the breakfast buffet was spoiled and acid, and the eggs had a grey color to them which didnt give me confidence to consume. The windows didnt shut down entirely, and though I usually wouldnt have a problem with that, being there were ladies on the street laughing and screaming the whole night I had to turn the TV on to mitigate the noise. The Wifi signal in the room was weak and would constantly get disconnected, and was unexistant in the buffet area. The good: The staff was very nice during the stay. Wifi signal was strong in the lobby area.

Certainly seemed safe area and possible to walk to tourist attractions. 15 minute walk to a Metro station. Some decent cafés very close. Downside was the decor - over-cluttered communal areas. It was trying to be quirky, but just succeeded in being ridiculous. Didn’t help either I was on the 7th floor and one elevator was out of action some of the time. Even on the seventh floor, the street outside was a little noisy. I liked the security system.

This has been one of the worst experiences....i travel alot and this hotel has so much potential to be great but it is not. The windows are so old all the noise from the street is heard in the rooms. Like if the window was open. I had to ask for earplugs..did not sleep alot..very busy area...the room has almost no amenities...no phone. When i booked the page said they had airport shuttle...they do not... No restaurant even though it says it has it on the website page...only complementary breakfast.. There were no clean tables, the food was bad quality...it was badly presented and poorly prepared....no service at all in the breakfast area. The only good thing about this hotel is the decoration.

Property was kept fairly clean and staff were very friendly. Breakfast is very good with a large variety, and staff there are amazing. Hotel is very strict on policies which I can respect however I didn’t feel my request was very unusual. They require IDs of all guests (maximum of two). The person I checked in with was spending a few nights else where and I had another friend in the city I wanted to stay with me where there wouldn’t have been more than 2 people at a time but at first I was told that accommodation wasn’t possible, then told it would cost a bunch more when I already prepayed for the room for 2 full weeks. Also be mindful of going out at night, across the street from the hotel prostitutes and pimps line the street all night for about a kilometer but I didn’t see anything inappropriate.

I traveled with friends to MX City and we all stayed in different colonias. I stayed in San Rafael and I loved it. Every single employee at the hotel was amazing. Great customer service. Breakfast was included with my room and was yummy every moring. Room was cleaned daily, AC worked great, hotel was quiet even though I was on a low floor. I was a short Uber ride to Polanco and Zocalo. I would stay here again. At night it seems to get a little sketchy... but not scary.

Seamos sinceros, es una gran opción de hospedaje de negocios, bien ubicado, la comida estuvo super bien, el trato del personal fue fantástico, pero si se notan los años y el mantenimiento en las instalaciones, es un punto a mejorar, pero la parte mas importante a resolver, son ventanas de doble vidrio, porque escuchas absolutamente todo lo q ocurre en la calle, por lo demas, es un hotel ampliamente recomendable y su decoración es unica, no pierdan la oportunidad de conocerlo

Other hotel give you the room before the time of the check in. We ask 1.30 hr before. And for the check out other hotels trust we waste another 10 min to leave the hotel because the revising of the room, reception needs to be kindness. Beds are comfortables, and batroom. The concept of the hotel is interesting but needs more space to put everything together.

Llegamos y no tenian la habitacion que habiamos reservado, asi que nos dividieron esa primer noche. Al dia siguiente parecia que no se habian puesto de acuerdo en cual seria nuestra habitacion definitiva y subimos y bajamos con el equipaje muchas veces debido a esa desorganizacion. Property was kept fairly clean and staff were very friendly. Breakfast is very good with a large variety, and staff there are amazing. Hotel is very strict on policies which I can respect however I didn’t feel my request was very unusual. They require IDs of all guests (maximum of two). The person I checked in with was spending a few nights else where and I had another friend in the city I wanted to stay with me where there wouldn’t have been more than 2 people at a time but at first I was told that accommodation wasn’t possible, then told it would cost a bunch more when I already prepayed for the room for 2 full weeks. Also be mindful of going out at night, across the street from the hotel prostitutes and pimps line the street all night for about a kilometer but I didn’t see anything inappropriate.

Se tuvo un problema como tal en plataforma de hotel.com, ya que reserve 2 habitación, con total de 2479, y al llegar resulta que hubo un error y no se registró ambas habitaciones, al enseñar la información, se verifico con el administrador del hotel black que efectivamente la plataforma de hotel.com tiene un error por lo cual termine pagando 3025. I traveled with friends to MX City and we all stayed in different colonias. I stayed in San Rafael and I loved it. Every single employee at the hotel was amazing. Great customer service. Breakfast was included with my room and was yummy every moring. Room was cleaned daily, AC worked great, hotel was quiet even though I was on a low floor. I was a short Uber ride to Polanco and Zocalo. I would stay here again. At night it seems to get a little sketchy... but not scary.

Seamos sinceros, es una gran opción de hospedaje de negocios, bien ubicado, la comida estuvo super bien, el trato del personal fue fantástico, pero si se notan los años y el mantenimiento en las instalaciones, es un punto a mejorar, pero la parte mas importante a resolver, son ventanas de doble vidrio, porque escuchas absolutamente todo lo q ocurre en la calle, por lo demas, es un hotel ampliamente recomendable y su decoración es unica, no pierdan la oportunidad de conocerlo

Staff amable y amistoso, la ubicación es excelente para conectar con otras áreas de la ciudad, aunque si deseas salir por la noche debes ir a otras zonas ya que por los alrededores no hay mucho. El diseño es espectacular, muy original! Recomendado para viajes cortos o de negocios.

Descuidan los detalles en ese hotel: reservé una cama King size y me dieron una habitación con 2 camas matrimoniales, encontramos un vaso sucio al entrar a la habitación, la llave del agua caliente se safa, no sale el agua lo suficientemente caliente, no tienen cortinas que obstruyan completamente la luz, el jabón de manos se terminó al poco uso, los botones de los dispensadores de shampoo y gel para baño estaban demasiado duros, el desayuno no estaba muy bueno, una persona del restaurante atendía de mala manera y con una pésima actitud y no había quién atendiera en la sala de juegos y el roof garden.

The bad: The facilities are old and very cluttered with a lot of different items, which seem they havent not been dusted in years. Towels are extremely old and have stains I dont think any wash can take off. No small or face towel is provided. There was a pipe in the bathroom which kept leaking water on top of the toilet. Yogurt in the breakfast buffet was spoiled and acid, and the eggs had a grey color to them which didnt give me confidence to consume. The windows didnt shut down entirely, and though I usually wouldnt have a problem with that, being there were ladies on the street laughing and screaming the whole night I had to turn the TV on to mitigate the noise. The Wifi signal in the room was weak and would constantly get disconnected, and was unexistant in the buffet area. The good: The staff was very nice during the stay. Wifi signal was strong in the lobby area.

Like if the window was open. I had to ask for earplugs..did not sleep alot..very busy area...the room has almost no amenities...no phone. When i booked the page said they had airport shuttle...they do not... No restaurant even though it says it has it on the website page...only complementary breakfast..
