Très bel hôtel situé dans le quartier d’affaires de Dubaï à proximité pied du Dubaï Mall et de la Burj Khalifa. L’hôtel est très luxueux avec un service de conciergerie, une salle dédiée aux amateurs de cigare, plusieurs restaurants hair-de-gamme et une piscine en roof top. Notre chambre était très grande et le service en chambre était de tres bonne facture. Le seul petit bémol était peut être le service au restaurant qui était parfois un peu long.

The establishment was really beautiful and clean. The staff was amazing and friendly. They were so helpful and assisted with transportation. I wish I knew the names of the staff members that were of assistance. But everyone was welcoming and the individuals that cleaned the room were so nice. The hotel also greeted us upon our arrival and had my mom's room decorated for her birthday and each guest had a welcome cake and dates and fruits in the room.

Absolutely the best I’ve stayed in for the room , the restaurant’s and over all staff service , however I booked a corner skyline corner room and they gave me an upgrade to a slightly larger room but I was low down and had a view of a large roof area upon asking for the room i asked for they had no availability but none the less it was beautiful

The rooms are nicely furnished/set up and all of the staff were outstanding and made us feel at home and welcome. A special shout out goes to the staff working the entrance. Things I didn't like were the odor from the cigar bar that constantly permeated reception. I understand that some of the clientele demand a spot to have a good smoke but it would be great to improve isolation of the airflow from the cigar bar into the reception area. Location is OK, but as with most places in Dubai, you'll need to hop in a taxi to get anywhere.

Let me just say that the hotel is exceptional. I am a frequent traveler on business and otherwise and the Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre is one of the best I have experienced. The beauty of the hotel, amenities and the wonderful staff are extraordinary. Just an example is the very friendly any caring service we have received from Mr. Mohamed Mortada, the Sous Chef at Bull and Bear.
