The elevators were slow and one not working at all. Adam at the front desk was nice and helpful. Our room was pleasant and clean. It was close to 4:00 when we got in and we were having a dinner and seeing a play. We only had a short time to get ready. We were impressed with our room . Very relaxing.

The junior executive suite was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Good location in midtown. The room needed a facelift -- including the furniture, carpet and bathroom. It took considerable time -- too long -- for the hot water to arrive in the shower and sink during my final two days of a 6-night stay. The elevators were occasionally slow, apparently due to one being out of commission pending the hotel's current elevator upgrade project.

Elevators were being serviced- a major hassle. Breakfast is a bit weird. $35 if you sit in the breakfast room. $22 for same continental breakfast if you “Grab n Go”. Weirdness. Nice pastries and fruit. Room was great size, exceptionally clean and with lovely windows. 2 closets made for nice hanging for his and hers. But missing a chest. Used small drawers in nightstand which was adequate for 3 day stay. Fridge, microwave, real dishes were a plus and coffee maker. Wish this hotel (and all hotels) would stop the expresso kick. Folks just want real coffee.
