Big fat security lady keep letting people who were not paid guests get in the elevator be me ever though I was a paying guest and in the guest line. She did it on numerous occasions even after I brought it to her attention. I did spoke with the manager. I felt terrible! All the other staff were great!

Overall good, would suggest flexibility on sporting events , could only 1 game , same game on all 5 tv’s, ordered from the gameday menu at the bar, food was just average, got hamburger and fries, need better selection of snacks , breakfast buffet was average, could be better especially for a 19.99 price tag, room was comfortable, but noisy from rooftop club but that was to be expected, overall good stay and convenient to downtown activities

Everything was great and such a vibe. The only thing that I didn’t like was, someone had flooded their room about floor above us, when we woke up the next day, everything was wet, our luggage, clothes, and the carpet of course. Around 4 or 5 that morning, they were trying to vacuum up the water which was a disturbance to my sleep because it was so loud. I understand that things happen but when I made a complaint, because literally everything in our room got wet, nothing was done about it. Just a I’m sorry. I felt like we could have at least gotten a discount on our next stay. You know? Make me want to come back. Maybe that’s just me though. Other than that, I had a good time .

Room was good and the staff was friendly but the food and the drinks at the bar in the lobby were outrageously priced. We were charged over $50 for two mixed drinks.
