Enjoyed our stay but was not pleased at the $15 per night parking fee. Also asked about checking in 1 hour early and was told there would be a $30 charge. This does nothing to foster good will. I would have reserved elsewhere had I known up front.

Perfect location for our recent visit to Manhattan. Right in the heart of Aggieville - within walking distance (2-3 minutes) of So Long Saloon, Tanner’s or Taco Lucha. If drinks are needed - plenty of options either in Aggieville or the hotel terrace. For breakfast, skip the $11.95 the hotel charges and hit Varsity Donuts literally around the corner! Check in was easy, rooms were clean and beds were extremely comfortable! Parking is on site for a small daily fee (worth it). Definitely will be returning.

The receptionist was extremely rude at check in. The room was unclean when I entered (feces in toilet, hair covering the shower floor, and random nails on the floor) I then told the receptionist the room was unclean to be told a manager would contact me, just to hear nothing back. The parking garage is nice but if you have to leave after 10PM on a weekend the one way road out of it is barricaded and blocked by hundreds of people. Close to great food and music but if you aren’t a party person seems extremely unfit. 10/10 would never book again and 3 days later have yet to hear from the manager.

We arrived to the hotel early evening and was hoping for some downtime in the restaurant/ bar. None of the tables were clean and to boot the bar was pretty much out of every wine selection on the menu, to include the beer as well. My husband and I wanted to purchase a bottle to celebrate but there were no whites to purchase. To boot when we finally found a wine bottle with enough wine to fill 2 glasses NONE of the wine glasses were clean. The staff pointed to 2 dirty wine glasses and said that all they could offer us was a champagne glass in lieu of a traditional wine glass. How is a hotel at completely out of wine glasses? And why wouldn’t the staff wash the dirty glasses to accommodate a customer’s request or to support a sale? The young gal at the front desk (wHi was great and very helpful and sweet!) stepped in and coached the 2 individuals behind the bar to go ahead and wash the glasses. She deserves a raise and some recognition for her great customer service and leadership skills. We were passing through town because we had bought a fantastic new car and wanted to toast our new purchase. Your hotel would’ve had a great sale and we probably would’ve also had dinner. But because your bar was NOT stocked and the bar staff was barely willing to wash some glasses you lost a bar and dinner sale. Disappointed in the bar selection to say the least.

This is a beautiful property and convenient and walkable to restaurants, shops, campus, and the City Park. However, the rooms that face Anderson Avenue could use additional soundproofing - loud cars woke me up all night. I’ve stayed at the Bluemont across the street for years without this problem. I was surprised by the noise level at the Courtyard.

The rooms are nice and clean. Honestly, we expected more out of this hotel for the price. No continental breakfast, no housekeeping (we stayed 2 nights) and the shower pressure was awful. We also ended up up unplugging the tv because it wouldn’t turn off.

My advice would be to request a room not near the main street. Everyone has a loud motor they need to sound like street racers from 1am - 3am (guessing closing of bars). The noise was terrible.

It's in a great location. Bars and shopping within walking distance. At check in, the girl was not friendly, of all the Marriotts I have stayed this was the least friendly, from the checkin to the person at the bar. We wanted to have breakfast and a couple of meals at the hotel, but they were very un-inviting. We had to leave the hotel to eat the 4 days we were there. No water in the room and no safe. I don't know if we were supposed to request it but that information was not given to us. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom fairly clean.

Staff was amazing. I had to move from a different hotel because the air conditioning broke in my room. I was in quite a state when I got here to the Marriott and the staff was wonderful and they helped me get my stuff to the room. Cannot say enough wonderful things about them. Will definitely make this the only place I stay in Manhattan.

We were passing through town because we had bought a fantastic new car and wanted to toast our new purchase. Your hotel would’ve had a great sale and we probably would’ve also had dinner. Very nice hotel in a great location for campus events and Aggieville fun. The rooms are spacious and clean, and staff was friendly. There is not a free breakfast. They do have a Bistro where you can order, but service was really slow.

Perfect location for our recent visit to Manhattan. Right in the heart of Aggieville - within walking distance (2-3 minutes) of So Long Saloon, Tanner’s or Taco Lucha. If drinks are needed - plenty of options either in Aggieville or the hotel terrace. For breakfast, skip the $11.95 the hotel charges and hit Varsity Donuts literally around the corner! Check in was easy, rooms were clean and beds were extremely comfortable! Parking is on site for a small daily fee (worth it). Definitely will be returning.

The staff was incredible very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. But the hotel location is near college parties and you will hear music drinking and screaming until 2 AM. Don’t expect to get any sleep on a weekend.

This is a beautiful property and convenient and walkable to restaurants, shops, campus, and the City Park. However, the rooms that face Anderson Avenue could use additional soundproofing - loud cars woke me up all night. I’ve stayed at the Bluemont across the street for years without this problem. I was surprised by the noise level at the Courtyard.

Nice hotel. Only thing negative was all the extra stuff that cost $$. Having to pay $16 for parking, drinks at the bar $13 for a small drink. We went down because the sign on the elevator said there was a cocktail hour at the restaurant but there wasn’t anything. No continental breakfast. For the price & all the extra fees not sure I would stay again but very nice hotel if $$ isn’t a concern

We arrived to the hotel early evening and was hoping for some downtime in the restaurant/ bar. None of the tables were clean and to boot the bar was pretty much out of every wine selection on the menu, to include the beer as well. My husband and I wanted to purchase a bottle to celebrate but there were no whites to purchase. To boot when we finally found a wine bottle with enough wine to fill 2 glasses NONE of the wine glasses were clean. The staff pointed to 2 dirty wine glasses and said that all they could offer us was a champagne glass in lieu of a traditional wine glass. How is a hotel at completely out of wine glasses? And why wouldn’t the staff wash the dirty glasses to accommodate a customer’s request or to support a sale? The young gal at the front desk (wHi was great and very helpful and sweet!) stepped in and coached the 2 individuals behind the bar to go ahead and wash the glasses. She deserves a raise and some recognition for her great customer service and leadership skills. Nice location. We purchased breakfast with our room and when we asked at the front desk, she said breakfast was not part of our reservation. :( So breakfast cost us an additional $40.00 on top of the $330.00 for the room. Rooms were nice and modern. Location is right by campus and Aggieville!

I think this hotel is designed so well in regards to ample parking (although a trick in a 3/4-1 ton pickup, if that fits--1/2 ton fits fine). Also, I like the design of the bathroom and room. Beds are comfortable, staff is very efficient and friendly. It is sad that they cannot get the KSU on the TV in Manhattan because they do not have ESPN. We wanted to watch it on one of the TVs at the bar. The bar staff made up a couple of purple drinks for the season, and I tried the martini, which was delicious. Room was clean, bathroom was clean, hallways, etc. were clean. I enjoy staying here because it is so easy to visit Aggieville.

Facilities are nice, but the water pressure was very low and they don’t have coffee out before 7am. Adequate water pressure and hot coffee would have made the visit much better.
