長期滞在者用のお部屋をご用意下さいました。掃除機　大き目の冷蔵庫　洗濯機　ミニキッチン　レンジ等々付いてました。私は1泊しかしなかったので　使いませんでしたが、掃除機は使って掃除しました。が、ゴミが満杯のマークが付き少ししか使えませんでした。が、1泊寝るだけなので十分でした。駅からもJRからそんなに遠くなく　地下鉄だともっと近かったです。お隣の中華屋さんはとても美味しかったです

犬も一緒に泊まれて、設備も綺麗で良かった。ただ、ホテルでの犬の取り扱い。例えば廊下やエレベーターを歩かせていいのか、抱っこすべきか犬のアメニティが無料で借りられることや、周辺の駐車場情報、犬連れが来てるので、犬同伴で行けるカフェの案内などスタッフが情報を提供してもらえると非常に助かった。

I was there for just a little less than a week but out of the 3 hotels i stayed in while in japan this was my personal favorite that fit my needs the most. The room was spacious, (travelled alone) and my favorite parts was propably The fact that i had a bathtub and microwave in the hotel room so i could relax properly and heat up food without having to leave my room in the early morning. The personell was also excellent, some of them were even proficient in english. The location was also great for my activities while in kyoto, as i could visit i.e. arashiyama and nishiki easily through train and bus. Would definetly revisit if i went back to kyoto

今回は我が家の犬も一緒の家族旅行でした。部屋は十分に広く清潔で、散歩に行くにも移動距離が少なくて済みました。また、道路を挟んで二条公園もあり、人にも犬にも優しい環境が整っていました。少し歩けば、地元の人が日常使う商店街もあり、いつもとは違った京都を満喫できました。

Quarto sujo, não lavavam banheiro nem vaso sanitário.Quarto cheio de pò, nunca aspiraran ou tiravam po em 10 dias que fiquei la. Corredores com carpetes imundos que cheiravam mal. Tinha potes de sílica cheios de água em todo o corredor por causa de umidade. Hotel mais sujo que já vi.

The Hotel room was clean, good and comfortable but the carpet on the coridors were very dirty and stainy. The problem for me was the Japanese receptionists were not speaking English and not helpful at all. There was also not even one English channel on TV. So I just had to watch something on my mobile phone which is not comfortable and healthy for your eyes. The Area of the Hotel was good and near everything you needed.

コップが汚くて使えない。加湿器のタンクの蓋が黒カビでさわれない。コップが汚れていると報告して卓上に出しておいたのに、チェックアウト後庫内のコップが足りない、持って帰っていないかと電話あり不快！フロントの引き継ぎができていない。京都は年に何回も行くが、二度と泊まらない。

The staff were unhelpful and didn’t care that we had been rained on and soaking wet to let us check in early so we sat for 2hrs in wet clothes while they held our luggage. The power points were all over the room except for next to the beds where you would expect. Also the entire hotel smelt of cigarettes with no amenities. Would not stay again!

Wanted to extend our stay another night so guy at front desk told us to do it online, the next day they made us check out at 10 and we’re not able to check back in til 3 even though we followed the instructions to do it online. If we knew the inconvenience it would cause we would have had the guy just extend it for us but it wasn’t relayed to us that we would have to check out. Lady as the desk was not friendly or helpful or understanding of the situation. Customer service and communication sucks. On top of that we had to pay extra so we could have a later check out on the day that we extended. Take your money somewhere else where the business cares about helping rectifying issues that the staff themselves caused.

Waited 10 mins Considering the cost, it amazes me that there is no breakfast options There is no recycling bin in the room Finally, the location on the Expedia map is wrong. It is a 30 minute walk to the Imperial palace, not 10 like the advert states. It is 1.5km from the location provided by Expedia Overall, very unimpressed

夜22:30頃に突然5階から火災発生との放送が流れとっさに非常階段から降りて逃げました。他の宿泊者もパニックになりホテル前の道は狭いのに人で溢れかえりました。何分たってもホテル従業員の姿が見えず、何の説明や案内がなく、ただただ外で逃げて待つという恐怖の時間を味わいました。 20分ほどしてセコム？セキュリティーのおじさんが一人やってきてそこにフロントらしき若いスタッフさんを発見。必死に慌しく走り回る様子が見受けられました。どうやらホテルスタッフはたったの一人だけ。その後警察や消防士がやってきて誤報なのだという声が聞こえました。がエレベーターは止まったまま。警報器も鳴り止まず。安心できない時間が30分以上もありました。宿泊費が安い理由がよくわかりました。夜は従業員一人のみで人件費を削減しているのでしょう。泊まった部屋は広く、掃除もしっかりされていましたが運営に問題あり。

たまたま、宿泊したらホテルのすぐ近くにバス停があって出町柳駅までバスで行けて叡山電車に乗り換えて鞍馬駅までアクセスがよくて助かりました。ホテルの地下にセブンイレブンもあって便利京都駅からホテルまでバスで15〜20分あるけど運賃は一律230円だから問題なしホテルのスタッフもいい感じでした

たまたま、宿泊したらホテルのすぐ近くにバス停があって出町柳駅までバスで行けて叡山電車に乗り換えて鞍馬駅までアクセスがよくて助かりました。ホテルの地下にセブンイレブンもあって便利京都駅からホテルまでバスで15〜20分あるけど運賃は一律230円だから問題なしホテルのスタッフもいい感じでした
