Great boutique hotel which is a good value for its close location- close to the main strip of 5th Ave but quiet enough to sleep. Clean comfortable stay with the basics covered- air conditioning, hot water and a nice pool area. I have stayed here many times before and I am always happy!

Está muy céntrico de todo y por el precio está exelente, solo que la alberca es muy profunda, pero si vas a ir a hacer tours llegas fácilmente caminando a los puntos de encuentro

Great little spot in a perfect location! The hotel is small but very clean and charming. The pool was super cute and a great place to relax after exploring. What I loved most was the location there were tons of restaurants and attractions just steps away. Perfect for anyone who wants a cozy place to stay while being close to everything. We had an issue with the shower and the AC unit leaking, they just changed our room to another and everything was fine. Really enjoyed this property.

This hotel is in a PERFECT location. You walk out the front door and you are right in the middle of everything you need in Playa Del Carmen. You won't need a taxi ever, you can just walk everywhere. The room was perfectly nice and they clean it everyday. The check in was great and they took good care of us. The property is beautiful with a jungle vibe. The pool is beautiful, but almost an "indoor" pool the way it's set up, so we never saw anyone use it. You're so close to the beach, everyone just walks to the beach. A/C worked great. Hot water worked great. Bathroom was pretty smelly at times, but in my experience traveling to Mexico a lot, that's pretty common. Just ignore it. The hotel does have some noise from the clubs on 5th Avenue, but not nearly as bad as many because it's set back a little from the craziness. Bring ear plugs though if you're a light sleeper. Starbucks is right out your front door. The hotel offered roundtrip transportation from to/from the airport and they were very punctual and trustworthy. I loved my stay at Hotel Kinbe and would definitely recommend it and will stay here again in the future. Don't hesitate to stay at this hotel, it's a great option.

The staff was very nice. The safes didn’t work in either room, and it was only one lock on the door, no chain or any other type of locking the door when you were in the room. The stairs did not have a good handrail and they were tricky to walk up and down with luggage. The water pressure was not too good and the water was not too hot. my toilet would get stuck frequently. I actually learned how to fix it myself instead of calling them. If you like to watch TV, they only had a small TV in the room. The bed was very comfortable. The sheets were clean. The towels were clean. The room was overall clean just needed some painting, and , maybe a little bit of updating but it was pretty much like the picture show. I would stay there again for the money I felt it was fair. The location was excellent. It was one block away from the beach one block away from fifth Avenue, right in the center . Very safe area very open.

Very friendly staff. Good location, surprisingly quite for being located on the strip. Pool area is a bit run down and the toilet seem to have a hard time flushing. When we arrived, on our first morning there was no running water in the bathroom until around 7am. Not bad for the price.

C'est très bien situé mais si vous avez le sommeil léger, la musique des bars aux alentours jouent jusqu'à 3h am à tous les jours. Il vous faudra des bouchons pour dormir. De plus, le quai de bois autour de la piscine est vieux, pourri et dangereux pour les pieds, certaines planches sont même défoncées. De plus, c'est difficile de sortir de la piscine, il n'y a pas de rampe pour nous aider et ne pouvant pas toucher le fond de la piscine, ça nous laisse peu de chance pour sortir sécuritairement. J'ai aussi trouvé que les escaliers pour monter au chambre étaient pas très solides. Mais mise à part ça, j'ai beaucoup aimé.

This location is great. You can walk to the beach and the strip is a block away. Parking on the street is 10 pesos or .50 an hour. Make sure you get peso coins to feed the meter or download the parking app. The rooms are small. The staff are friendly and helpful.

If you don’t mind getting a dirty room but being close to everything, this is your place. We received a room that didn’t even have a window so the smell of humidity was intense. The sheets were dirty (they changed them but those sheets should have never been used to start with). The floor wasn’t even clean and was full of sand, dirt and hairs from other people. The pool doesn’t get a ray of sun in the whole day. It says in outdoor but that’s not really true. We left before our booking ended. They said they would try to give us a refund for the last night but it was pending of Expedia. Expedia spoke with them on the phone and they refused to refund us for anything. Will never stay here. That’s for sure.

The snell of humibity was terrible, they had to chsnge our room and in tnis one the water in the toilet wouldn’t stop running when you flushed it. Thus pkace needs works. I neverwanted to cone vack from vacation do quickly until the mojent I was in this place. Terrible

A localização é espetacular! Ficamos 4 noites apenas para dormir e tomar banho, pois durante todos os dias saimos cedo para os passeios e voltavamos tarde da noite. Sempre que chegavamos a noite o quarto esta limpo e arrumado! Recomendo!

e séjour mère fille. Très propre, personnel sympathique. Petit hôtel au charme mexicain situé au cœur de l'action. Certe beaucoup de bruit mais faut s'y attendre dans ce secteur. Toutefois nos journées étant chargées on a malgré tout très bien dormi. Je recommande sans hésiter!

Review – Kindbe Not luxurious, but good enough for a simple stay. Cute hotel near the beach. We only stayed one night. It was quite noisy, but they provided earplugs by the bed. The staff is friendly. The rooms are a bit worn, and the beds are quite hard.

Cute hotel, pleasantry surprised with my room except my couch needs replacing and the fridge is tiny. Expect loud music from the clubs nearby so bring earplugs. The AC wasn’t really cold but was tolerable Staff was great and good price for the value

No hot water in the shower. I can deal with but my girlfriend wasn’t too happy. The tv remote didn’t work. Not a big deal cause there is ton of nightlife. Fairly decent view from our room on We had a private Patio over looked the street and the gardenand also can see the beach that is about 1 block away Also the beds are a little hard side other than that we love the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, steps away from 5th Ave & the beach with bars, restaurants and shops. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with housekeeping extremely efficient. Front desk staff were also great. There’s a handy breakfast café across the street which is very reasonably priced but service can be a little slow so be prepared to wait. Beware of the beach bar at the end of the road (Zenzi Beach) as they will try to overcharge you! Avoid bars with no drinks menu / price list as they'll overcharge on purpose. Because of the proximity to 5th Ave and the clubs, the noise is very loud until 3am and can affect sleep, so whilst we enjoyed the hotel itself, would choose somewhere quieter in future. Beware of garden facing rooms, especially on the lower floors because of the lack of natural light. We were originally checked in to a ground floor room which was dark and bleak, so asked to change to a higher floor room which we did and made such a difference to our stay.

My room didnt have a wondow and it was on the first floor around the front desk. I could hear people coming and going and also noise from 5th ave. I asked for a room change but i was told i needed to pay extra. I was very dissapoitned.

We booked the loft and it was great. Very spacious with a massive bed and a great view of sea! The location was very central to the town ( too although this mean that you hear the music at night) but we loved it. We had a small issue getting water on one of the days but the staff was very quick to react and it was solved in minutes. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. I was definitely recommend.

This is a really nice place 👌👌 Staff are super friendly, and the greenery was a great surprise throughout the property! You can’t help but take photos of how picturesque it is 🤗🤗 If you have a balcony unit, make sure the drain is cleared, because rain can collect and possibly leak into your room. The room was great though, and AC worked very well! It’s located right off 5th Ave, so it can get a bit noisy in the evenings — I was fine, but I know some people require absolute silence to sleep well, so just be aware of that. There’s an Oxxo 1 block south of you wanna grab some water/snacks/drinks nearby. I love the Argentinian choripan (sausage sandwich) stand just up the street off of 10th Ave (they’re open until 3am everyday!) 👍👍

If you don’t mind getting a dirty room but being close to everything, this is your place. We received a room that didn’t even have a window so the smell of humidity was intense. The sheets were dirty (they changed them but those sheets should have never been used to start with). The floor wasn’t even clean and was full of sand, dirt and hairs from other people. The pool doesn’t get a ray of sun in the whole day. It says in outdoor but that’s not really true. We left before our booking ended. They said they would try to give us a refund for the last night but it was pending of Expedia. Expedia spoke with them on the phone and they refused to refund us for anything. Will never stay here. That’s for sure.

Great little spot in a perfect location! The hotel is small but very clean and charming. The pool was super cute and a great place to relax after exploring. What I loved most was the location there were tons of restaurants and attractions just steps away. Perfect for anyone who wants a cozy place to stay while being close to everything. We had an issue with the shower and the AC unit leaking, they just changed our room to another and everything was fine. Really enjoyed this property.

The A/C was so loud and for some reason it is installed below the loft level where the bedroom is located. Since cool air travels down and hot air goes up. The bedroom temperature is quite uncomfortable. The hotel also offers transportation with premium charge between the hotel and Cancun airport but the driver was about 30 mins late picking me up at the airport. The room is not sound proof so be prepared to hear the street noise until 4 am.

Convenient location near 5th Avenue and 2 blocks away from Zenzi Beach Club…great value and a nice oasis close to the action…just make sure you bring good ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper because you could hear the bass of nightclub up the block…

The hotel is in a great location, steps away from 5th Ave & the beach with bars, restaurants and shops. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with housekeeping extremely efficient. Front desk staff were also great. There’s a handy breakfast café across the street which is very reasonably priced but service can be a little slow so be prepared to wait. Beware of the beach bar at the end of the road (Zenzi Beach) as they will try to overcharge you! Avoid bars with no drinks menu / price list as they'll overcharge on purpose. Because of the proximity to 5th Ave and the clubs, the noise is very loud until 3am and can affect sleep, so whilst we enjoyed the hotel itself, would choose somewhere quieter in future. Beware of garden facing rooms, especially on the lower floors because of the lack of natural light. We were originally checked in to a ground floor room which was dark and bleak, so asked to change to a higher floor room which we did and made such a difference to our stay.

This hotel is in a PERFECT location. You walk out the front door and you are right in the middle of everything you need in Playa Del Carmen. You won't need a taxi ever, you can just walk everywhere. The room was perfectly nice and they clean it everyday. The check in was great and they took good care of us. The property is beautiful with a jungle vibe. The pool is beautiful, but almost an "indoor" pool the way it's set up, so we never saw anyone use it. You're so close to the beach, everyone just walks to the beach. A/C worked great. Hot water worked great. Bathroom was pretty smelly at times, but in my experience traveling to Mexico a lot, that's pretty common. Just ignore it. The hotel does have some noise from the clubs on 5th Avenue, but not nearly as bad as many because it's set back a little from the craziness. Bring ear plugs though if you're a light sleeper. Starbucks is right out your front door. The hotel offered roundtrip transportation from to/from the airport and they were very punctual and trustworthy. It was the nicest staff I’ve ever encountered. They became our friends. And the placing of the hotell couldn’t not be more perfect, it was 1 min walk to the beach and 1 min walk to 5th Avenida. The hotel room was super fresh and the hotell had a djungel vibe which we loved.

This location is great. You can walk to the beach and the strip is a block away. Parking on the street is 10 pesos or .50 an hour. Make sure you get peso coins to feed the meter or download the parking app. The rooms are small. The staff are friendly and helpful.

If you are looking for a bare bones property ( think almost nothing but a bed and small bathroom) but a great location this is it. I thought the other reviews that mentioned the night club were exaggerated- they weren’t. Also, curtains don’t close and very bright all night. The location is good- delicious sandwich shop (very affordable!) right across the street and walkable to shops, restaurants, beach and marina.

Loved this hotel. It was very clean, the AC worked perfectly, and there was always plenty of hot water. They even provide organic shampoo. The hotel has a lovely tropical feel, almost like staying in a little jungle. The location is excellent, right in the middle of Quinta Avenida, with Starbucks next door. The ADO station is only about a 6–7 minute walk away, and Walmart is also just a few minutes away. The Wi-Fi was very good, and they gave me the safe key without charging extra. There is some noise from the nearby bars, but it did not bother me, and the hotel provides earplugs. Mary and Micaela at reception were both very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would happily bring my family next time.

We had the room with the loft which was a lot of fun. The access to the beach was easy to get to,the only problem was the seaweed that was prevalent throughout the area. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. My only complaint would be the pool area which only had sunshine from9:30- 13:30, as it was in the middle of the hotel.

I loved the greenery, the jungle feel was very beautiful, stepping outside of my bedroom straight into the jungle was the best part ever! I also really love the surrounding areas, being able to walk on the streets, live music, food and everything all around is so beautiful.
