Outstanding hotel. Appearance, facilities, lobby bar, restaurants and fitness facility were outstanding. Best in New Orleans by far.

Even in October the pool area was a vibe…

Hotel employees are very respectful and attentive, I must say this a hotel is a must stay , there are some things we didn't like though , no pool drink service at the pool area had to walk in into restaurant all wet to get a drink .

Great hotel, location was great as well. There was only one option for parking for valet @ $75 a day or you had to find your own parking.

Really nice hotel on the water front , good facilities , nice and friendly staff. Only downside is prices are a little high but you get what you pay for. The bar is great and the cocktails are amazing.

Beautiful and comfortable room, attentive staff, workout area clean and available 24/7, great location, close to shopping, transportation readily available.

Even for a Four Seasons hotel, which are always excellent, this one stands out. Stellar in every way, and the spa is spectacular. Recommend in the highest possible terms.

Beautiful Hotel & Spa on the Riverwalk, however, when we arrived, we had to wait 3 hours for our room. Hotel offered us dinner on them while we waited. Staff was friendly & polite. Room was clean & updated with a nice view of the river. Prior to leaving, I had a great massage! Loved the spa! We were so looking forward to a swim & hot tub to end our trip on a great note! We were told the pool are was closed for a photo shoot without any advance notice. On a Saturday, no less. We specifically booked this hotel for the heated outdoor pool & hot tub. If something had happened haphazardly, we could understand. For something that is booked well advance, it was inconsiderate & unacceptable to not inform the guests. I called the hotel directly to specifically ask about the pool before booking the trip. When I booked my massage a few days prior to leaving, no one mentioned that the pool wouldn’t be available on that day. If I had the courtesy, of being informed, I would adjusted our plans accordingly.

Love the Four seasons New Orleans. It’s close to everything but enough away from all the bustle. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Comfortable rooms. Delicious restaurants. Great service every time!

At a luxury hotel you would expect your room to be cleaned.. unfortunately there was no maid service available…

This property is centrally located with downtown New Orleans, Canal Street, and the French Quarter. Everything is within walking distance or very short Uber. Property is immaculate.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and love it.The staff is always so attentive and friendly. But this last visit was a bit disappointing. There was a large clump of hair stuck to the shower wall that we noticed on the first day. It was still there at the end of our stay. The cleaning thoroughness was not up to the usual standards. Additionally there were what sounded like motorcycle races up and down the street going on until the early morning both nights we were there. It started around sundown and was still going on at 1am. I took a sleeping pill at that point so I can’t say if it continued beyond that time. I’m sure there’s a noise ordinance that should be enforced by the police at a minimum, but the hotel didn’t seem to be able to do anything.

Always a pleasure to stay at this property. Clean, quiet, helpful and attentive staff.

The rooms bedding & linens were dirty. The overall room and staff were great very attentive and helpful.

Absolutely fabulous stay. Large modern rooms with a huge bathroom. Extremely comfortable bed. Quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved the chandelier bar and the Chemin a le mer was superb.

Our stay at The Four Seasons was amazing from start to finish! The room was so comfortable, the bathroom and shower was amazing. We ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as room service and all of the food was fantastic!! The location is great with walking distance to the French Quarter and an outlet shopping mall right next door. The only negative was the Caesar's construction going on in front of the hotel which was more of an eye sore than a noise issue for us. Some people we met complained about the noise from the train that goes right past the hotel but we didn't notice any noise at all. We were on the 16th floor. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Attention to detail is apparent throughout. Rooms are quiet, quality of materials makes everything feel better when using. Very good experience. Would definitely stay there again. Location is close enough to everything to walk but just off thr busies area enough as not to be bothered by the masses.

Our room was on low floors , no views

Beautiful hotel. Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. But they missed the mark in a few areas. For a five star hotel, they should offer slippers in the guest rooms and I wasn’t impressed with the hair care products. The room itself was very quiet, but beware: freight trains use tracks the run right along the hotel (and even under a hotel overhang) several times each night and they really lay on the horns. Unless you sleep like the dead, you won’t get an uninterrupted night’s. Also, service is the lobby bar was hit or miss. When I was with my husband it was very good. But when I went in by myself, I was blatantly ignored by servers. Overall, it’s a wonderful hotel, but I’m not sure we’d stay there again.

Wonderful hotel and staff. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are comfortable, and the location is perfect. The only drawback is that its located next to train tracks where there are active trains (that blow their horns!)

We stayed here for three nights between Christmas and New Year’s. Definitely had a few issues with the hotel staff. They told us that everything in the room should be operated from the iPad on our nightstand. Including housekeeping request, in room dining, etc. I tried it right away and found that the battery was dead. Called down and let them know and they said they would send another one right up. A couple of hours went by and we were ready to leave. I called down and just told them to drop it off while we were gone. We came back and the iPad was gone but no replacement. I let them know at the front desk. They finally bought a replacement one the next day. I decided to get on it the last night there to see if I could use it to shut the drapes. It said it couldn’t be connected to the Internet. So pretty much a fail all the way around on that. The room had a great system for housekeeping and do not disturb. Buttons inside the door. When we would get ready to go out at night we would press the housekeeping button to let them know we were ready for turn down service while we were gone. It worked great the first night. The second night we got no turn down service. We called the front desk and told them we needed water and they sent them by. The second night no turn down service. We called down and told them we were going to need toilet paper and water. It finally arrived almost an hour later. That was around seven. At 9 o’clock that night they rang our doorbell again. Sigh

Checkin was a 90 minute wait. We ended up staying in a room without the requested king bed. We did not receive the coveted 1424 as initially agreed upon with the King sized bed. There was no caviar at the chandelier bar where we were advised drinks However we were able to cross the street and find caviar at Nobu at Caesar’s.

I especially enjoyed the engagement of the staff from the valet and bell hops to the front desk to the chandelier bartenders and also the room attendant. Everyone not only greeted me, but also engaged in meaningful conversation to ensure my stay was 5-Star!

Our room wasnt clean when we arrived. The mini bar was missing items and had half dranken rose bottle which we reported two days in a row. Friday we didnt have fresh towels or room service and had to ask for it Saturday. The bar tender downstairs in lobby refused to acknowledge us and when he did he told us he couldnt make the drink we had had the night before and walked away. we had to go into the restaurant to get our drink ourselves. The service is not up to par with four seasons. We were told our vehicle was too big to valet and when we told them we needed a refund so we could go somewhere else that could park our vehicle the valet guy told us to go inside and handle it ourself. my husband said no you go handle it...you are the one who is saying you cant park our car. they quickly figured it out. it was just a negative experience and the second weekend in a row I stayed at this hotel and had issues. the weekend before we ordered room service at 10:45pm and it came at 2am after we fell asleep waiting for it. poor service.

Four Seasons was worth all the hype! When we arrived to the hotel in our taxi, the hotel staff was already opening up the door to our taxi and handling our luggage. We were given complimentary water at check-in and was given some restaurant recommendations. We were impressed with our room so much that we didn’t want to leave. All I can say is wow! The hotel had actually contacted me prior to arrival to ask about our preferences on what time would we prefer housekeeping to check me and what time in the evening would we like turndown service. They really consider everything to make your stay comfortable. I would definitely stay at Four Seasons New Orleans again!

am a loyal client of the Four Seasons and if you are looking for luxury and great service at their NOLA location try maybe the Ritz. The service is on par with a Motel 8 probably worst. The staff desperately need training. I went to check out in the morning I was told by the Director of Rooms the system was down, I then said I’ll go on my tour leave my bags and when I return I’ll check out no worries. I returned and was served by the front desk clerk a female omg the most condescending arrogant flippant woman I’ve met at a front desk. As I was going over the charges my daughter asked if she could collect my bags as I perused my bill then the front desk clerk said no she can’t give us our bags until we have settled the bill as per the instructions of the director of rooms. I was surprised because yes there is a cc on file as is required upon check in so to be honest I could’ve just left and the hotel would’ve been able to get whatever funds I had for them. This was so unsettling for me and the height of unprofessional who can rob the four seasons who has ALL my info and who I’ve stayed with for years. I rarely do reviews but this one was needed I’ll be contacting corporate as well so that this isn’t done to another family and yes I feel it was intentional

Staff members were very professional and very helpful service was top notch and accommodating. Hotel is very walkable and right on waterfront. Bathroom and beds were comfortable. A must stay when visiting New Orleans

This property is convenient for conference attendance. The service provided by the employees was stellar.

We love staying at the 4 season hotel just wish the surrounding areas were safer

There is a train beside the hotel that blows its horn theoughout the night. The hotel windows arent sufficiently insulated so you constantly get woken up

I must say this hotel was the most accommodating. Our room was not ready upon arrival, however staff immediately made us comfortable. Our room was pristine. We were dined for lunch at Chemin A La Mer. Staff was pleasant and there was a beautiful view of the River. I love signature cocktails so the chandelier bar is perfect for that. Very unique cocktail menu and full service bar. We took a carriage but we were walking distance from Jackson Square and Bourbon street if you want to hang out. And direct across the street from the casino!

Lots of construction going on around the property. It’s not the hotels fault.

The room was immaculate. My granddaughters loved the pool. The hotel was in the perfect location. We were able to take the trolley or walk most places. We had a wonderful weekend!

Beautiful property in the heart of New Orleans. A short walk to the French Quarters and other historical sites. Lovely place to stay while in New Orleans.

The stay was one of pure luxury. Every member of staff was professional and welcoming. The food at chemin la met was 5 stars all day! I did my proposal here and the four seasons of New Orleans did a fantastic job with the accommodation.

It is a Four Seasons so there is not more one need to say, super service minded personal, super rooms with all amenities, and the hotel is super dog friendly. One thing to improve is the food, we tried both restaurants and room service and none of them are very good.

Brigette at the Spa needs to be booked and busy! When I tell you that was the best 50 minutes EVER!!!! The staff was extremely nice and the food options were great!

very clean. beautifully designed rooms with very thoughtful amenities. very nice staff. however for a 5 star hotel I would expect all simple requests to be met. there were 4-5 separate requests (bellhop to come help with bags, extra towels, etc that went unanswered. The pool was also lovely, however the experience was partially ruined by classless guests smoking marijuana in the pool (near children) which disrupted the experience, sadly they were not asked to stop despite smoking for over an hour that we observed. I found it very heavy handed, and borderline sleazy that the water ($6) was placed (clearly a hotel policy) by the night table each night so as to encourage guests to enjoy water under the apparent assumption that they are complimentary (as would be expected in a hotel of this caliber) only to be charged later. Perhaps I may have misunderstood the intention, however I noted water as $6 on the menu. the lobby bar was the highlight - the crudite dish $14 was the standout item of the hotel. the breakfast was very underwhelming in general, and even more so when considering the expense, I unfortunately had to stop ordering it after the first morning. slightly different experience than I have had at other 4S locations in the past. overall great value for the midweek price we paid, however had I paid the typical rate $600-900/night I would likely have been dissatisfied.

Very nice and professional front desk. The restaurant on 5th floor has very good view, BUT food could be much much better. Definitely not recommend this restaurant!

The tub leaked a black substance that plumbers and cleaning staff needed to come to fix so I wasn’t able to take a bath, and the room service was spotty. Had to send back grossly undercooked pancakes and didn’t get honey or ketchup when requested Otherwise is a beautiful facility and nice staff
