The room was excellent including the bathroom which my wife loved (she enjoyed the deep tub). The hotel was clean and located in a great spot, easy access to the French Quarter Fest and other activities. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were excellent and everyone at the hotel were extremely helpful. We had one small issue (not hotel’s fault) due to a resident in one of the multimillion dollar apartments up top decided to turn up there music at 4am (we were very high up - 18th floor) so we didn’t sleep the remainder of the night. The hotel was gracious enough to take care of us and even offered to move us if it happened the following night. We paid for the city view (we actually got a view of the Hilton hotel and the river with the bridge that is full of colors at night). I didn’t complain though, it was a busy weekend. We are not newbies to New Orleans (we visit every year) but first time staying at Four Seasons and I must say we were impressed. You do get what you pay for.
