Stayed 2 nights

Wonderful large house in a great location with numerous amenities and plenty of room for large family to hang out and make memories. The layout was well thought out. We will definitely be back.

Stayed 2 nights

Our stay in March 2026 was perfect. The house was well suited for a large family. Frank was very prompt with communication. Would highly recommend.

Stayed 7 nights

Frank, our host was very welcoming and had perfectly decorated for a Christmas time stay.20 of us were all comfortable and easily made Christmas dinner together. The view of Table Rock Lake was awesome and we enjoyed glorious sunsets. Getting to church, shopping, and various attractions was also a simple drive. All around fabulous!!

Stayed 4 nights

This property had the best kitchen setup of any places we have stayed in the past. It even had plastic dishes for the kids. The view was fantastic and the location to the pool was perfect, we could walk there with the kids since it was only 1 house away. Was a little disappointed that the floors were dirty since they turned our feet black. Had trouble getting the fire pits to work.

Stayed 4 nights

I'd give 4.5 stars if possible, the place is ALMOST perfect! Some of the cons are nit-picky, but when you pay a premium you expect premium. Pros: lots of space, kids loved the arcade games, showers had good pressure, kitchen has everything you'd need, plenty of parking (even for Uncle's 32' trailer he had to bring), easy check-in and out, communicative and responsive, good A/C, and (most) everything worked without issue. Cons: The nickel and diming, we paid several thousand for a 4 night stay and then they charge for every extra convenience like an early check-in. The floors are filthy; owners requests guests take shoes off, but your feet/socks will end up black from dirt. I don't recommend going barefoot. No sand for the shuffleboard table. Some lights don't work or are hard to find switches. No fans on the main level outdoor deck. Linen's had a weird distribution, had to go hunting for the extra towels. The breakable decor was down low and the plastic stuff up high, not great for little ones. Overall a good experience, I'd recommend.
