The property is under renovation but they are renting barely inhabitable rooms. We had cockroaches. The bathroom tiles were loose and broken. One towel was provided.

This may have been the worst hotel I have stayed at in many years. I should have taken the cost as a sign, but also felt if this hotel is on Expedia it would be OK. Staff was not welcoming, attempting to charge an additional $10 for a room that was ready but it was an hour before check-in so they wanted to charge more. The Expedia photos look great. When at the property you will see the renovations are on going. Even our room was half complete. I would not stay at this location again and recommend no one does until the renos are completed.

The room was so dark, the only light was by the sink. The people in the room above us were so loud around 1:30 until 5 or so, sounded like they were moving furniture, painting, and the dog kept barking. In the parking lot work crews blocked off the road so you could not drive around the building. Definitely will not stay again.

Would has been nice to know that the property was under renovation before i arrived. Also their payment system kept going down and i had to use a different credit card that i didn't plan to use because they couldn't process American Express cards.

The facility is under construction.Many finishes not completed in and outside the rooms. No hangers, no toilet paper holder, trims not completed. The front desk area has a café area being built. Looks nice if it was finished.Rock was quite often holding up the rear door.

Property appear to be under remodel with a constant smoke smell inside. I’m walking to my room. There were several rooms that had doors that look like they had been destroyed or kicked in to be removed from the hinges. Once finally, in our room, we noticed multiple other inconveniences and cleanliness concerns. The bathroom had no toilet paper, one of the beds had no pillowcase on a pillow, the other bed had a dirty pillowcase with black and brown smudges on it, the standard coffee machine that is placed in a room was without cups or coffee, which would not have been used anyway due to there, not being any receptacle on the countertop. Our door to the room was unable to be securely latched, requiring us to use the secondary lock inside the room which still would not prevent the door from being pushed open so far. There was no threshold into the bathroom with the edges of sharp tile, making walking in there, uncomfortable if you were not paying attention to foot placement. The icing on the cake was the bug that I found upon waking up in the morning that was on my nose. Did not appear to be a bedbug however, it was still a winged roach of some sort they just further irritated me with my price of stay.

Hotel was under construction and the condition of it was really bad. No running water in the 3 rooms I booked and the off gassing from the newly painted room was unreal.

This hotel needs closed down! It is despicable conditions and they should be ashamed to even still be booking rooms to people, especially charging over 100.00 a night for! The outside was definitely something out of a horror movie and looked like it was abandoned, cars up on bricks with tires missing , shopping carts, pieces of building missing. The inside was a far cry from any better. Fire hazards everywhere ceiling tiles gone wires hanging ect. Then the carpets on the stairs were disgusting with busted drywall and trash. Inside the room was absolutely horrendous and definitely not inviting. The door to the bathroom was a hollow core door that was missing the inside core that just flopped back and forth when opened it. The bathroom had busted pieces of tile and everything was filthy. The bedwas a whole nother story. As soon as i walked in i noticed it all over the sheets looked like it had mold or feces and had not been changed at all. We were inside the room for less than 10 minutes and we were itching all over our legs not to mention the smell, that smelled like paint, cigarettes and urine. We definitely would not have been able to stay there, nor should anyone else. They need to shut completely down until they are done renovating completely , if thats what they are trying to say they are doing "rentivating" Because its definitely not healthy or safe to put human beings in such living conditions.

In the toilet there was a washcloth and two cig butts. This is in a supposedly clean room. Faucet handles dirty. Ended up leaving and not staying. They upgraded us to a suite but it was filthy. Sheets smelled dirty tub awful. Toilet didn’t flush well. Smelled like weed. Has the potential to be somewhat decent when done new carpet in hall looked nice. But that is all I can find positive in current condition. Staff was nice.

No working shower. The toilet and sink area was not clean. The bed had stains on it. It looks nice what they’re doing with the renovations, but it could be cleaned better.

Falsely advertised as a "Studio 6" when it is just a run down Motel 6. Strong cigarette smell throughout the building despite being a "no smoking" property. Almost every door into rooms could be seen into through the bottom, or the sides. The shower looked unusable and was disgusting. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, noisy, only had one pillow per person. You could hear every conversation had from multiple rooms away. Would not stay here again.

Carpet in hallways was so disgustingly dirty and hallways smelled. Huge gap under door leading to hallway. Bath towels were a grungy brown color. No trash can or tissues in bathroom. Only toiletry was a small bar of soap, no shampoo/conditioner. Shower only had a curtain that was wayyyyy too long, no liner- so curtain was soaked. No housekeeping for a 4 day stay. Had to go to Walmart yo buy towels and pillows. On king size bed, there were 3 half sized pillows.

Rooms just need to be deep cleaned

Room advertised as non smoking but smelled like smoke. Sheets had yellow stains. Bathroom had hairs. The outside smoke alarms were going off due to low batteries and management would not respond to request to change. Additionally the facility requires a 20 dollar cash deposit they do no warn you about so you have to use the ATM in their lobby which charges a fee.

This hotel has a nice lobby and that is where it ends. My room had roch on the walls and in the fridge. I did not sleep in this room. I will never stay here again and i have asked to have my money refunded to me.

Very nice and spacious room

The room was big. Towels weed laid on the toilet when they could have been laid on the counter. Full size fridge was a plus even though we chose not to fully use it. Not terrible but not great.

My wife was staying here for business trip for 10 days and during that stay she discovered bed bugs. She was not able to identify the bites she woke up with every morning until the morning of the 7th day of the stay when she found one and notified the hotel. They did not move her to another room for 24 hours. Had to throw away most of her clothes. And at check out the hotel did not compensate us for any of the stay. I do not know how may rooms are infected but I suggest that they check every room. Will not be staying again.

The room was amazing, but when I checked out he kept my deposit bc he said I smoked in the room when I was barely there most the night as I was at work. I seen ashes in the room so it could have been cleaned a little better. I'm very upset that I was accused of smoking in the room and didn't get my deposit back, as the deposit I borrowed from a family member and I wouldn't have stayed there if this was the delimma I was faced with.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The pictures are not at all accurate. It looks like they are in an attempt to update but the place is a disaster! For room had blood on the pull out couch. Would not change our room till I had to mention that there was blood on the bed. The room amenities are beyond low standards. I am by no means high standard living but this was the worst place I have ever paid a decent amount of money on especially for the location. How they can charge what they do for what you get is beyond me.
