Was supposed to get a complimentary upgrade due to my membership level, didn’t get one. Enquired and was told I had one already but I had the room I booked online, no upgrade added. Apart from that, nice hotel but they allow non hotel guests to que up for lunch an hour before it starts and so the entire entrance area is packed and kind of ruins the tranquility and vibe the hotel has. Super busy and the block the walkways.
