SureStay Plus by Best Western Pigeon Forge

It was quiet and off the beaten path. Ran out of ice and did not have housekeeping every day.

This was an impromptu trip didn't want to spend a ton. Motel room was clean but was just old. No pool. Great for the purpose it served.

Bed was comfortable. Large room. Room hadn't been cleaned as well as it should have. There was an empty Pepsi bottle behind the bathroom door when we got there. The window was a single pane and everytime the A/C compressor kicked on the window vibrated loudly. I had to wedge a piece of paper between the window pane and the frame to get it to stop. No elevator, you have to pack your luggage of the stairs.

Booked the night before our 4th of July stay and they were great. Personable staff checked us in and the room was very clean and comfortable. Had 2 queen beds on the first floor. It was quiet and we were never disturbed. It did have a kitchenette, but there were no dishes, silverware or pans to cook with. Bring your own if you want to use this amenity.

Room looked as if they recently upgraded. We had a room with a kitchenette. But the room had NOTHING no dishes no silverware no pans. We asked about it and was told for $50 cash deposit they would give us a cook set. Also no where to sit to eat the only chair in the room reclined back making you feel like your gonna fall out it. No table. Also every morning awakened by construction at 5 am. On arrival front desk lady was not friendly at all seemed inconvenienced as we are checking in. Floors of room were not clean.

Overall it worked for what we needed. The main reason I booked was because it says they have laundry facilities. They don’t have any for guests. We were there for about 8 days for baseball tournament. It was close and convenient for that. Room was nice. We had a few problems with our key not working but overall it was nice and I would stay there again.

It was a nice clean unit. However, the coffee maker did not work, the tv remote was not compatible and it had a kitchenette but no pots or utensils. We had to go out and buy these things. They had two ice machines and neither worked. The room was supposed to be nonsmoking but the bed had cigarette burns on the mattress pad. We only stayed because it was clean and that was important. I think in time this will be a great pkace to stay. They just have to work out the kinks.

Another ice machine is needed close to the office. It was quite a walk to the only one on the property.

Outside is a little outdated, does not look like the picture but over all room were clean, bathroom was nice. Kitchenette was a nice touch. Safe place to rest for the night as we were on out doing activities and site seeing most of the day.

Check in was ready when we arrived. We were given a room on second floor but was able to move to a first floor room because of my parents age and there not being an elevator at this motel. Breakfast was ok.

There was mold all around the bottom of the shower and the floors were not very clean.

The bed is comfortable, the water pressure is strong, and the location is great. The breakfast is not very good. It states on the website fresh fruit and there is none on the three days we were there. The picture on the website about breakfast is deceiving. It’s minimal. The room is dirty (floors, mold on underside of ait vents). I saw a bug crawling near the fridge.

Beds were good and comfy but the place is so freaking dirty. Sticky splatters all over the floor my daughter’s socks turned black at the bottom just walking around. Hair in the shower just dirty not cleaned very well at all

Very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire facility. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to leave early for personal reasons, but thoroughly enjoyed our stay while there.

This was the dirtiest hotel we ever stayed in. The floors stained our socks and feet with dirt. It was entirely TOO noisy. There were kids running and jumping in the room above us till late at night and early in the morning. It’s very over priced.

Was about to go to bed. Tucked myself in. Saw dirty stain. Blood or some kind of bodily fluid. Everybody was disgusted. Tried to reach out. No answer or to be found. My wife had to put clean clothes to sleep on top of. They probably didnt change out both sheets and replace blankets. Served us some dirty rooms.

For the price, this is easily the cheapest place to stay in Pigeon Forge. Usually at this rate, you get some pretty sketchy places, the staff were great and the beds were clean and comfortable. My only gripe is that the hardwood floor is not that clean so walking around in socks or shoes is a must.

Affordable but not the cleanest

The room was very clean and comfortable. Very quiet at night. The front desk person when we checked in was very friendly.

The room had a strong smell when first entering. Shower had mildew around the caulk. The floor turned our socks brown. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable. Sheets were clean. Plenty of towels. Cute little kitchenette! The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was AMAZING!! Convenient and easy to get in and out in traffic.

The bed was very comfortable and the walk-in shower wasn't cramped for a person of my size. I liked the kitchenette because it gave us more room but you have to bring your own supplies because there are no pots, pans, bowls, and such. The downside was that there wasn't enough towel racks for more than one person and I had to put a towel at the room door because of the gap at the bottom let an uninvited guest in.

I was only in town for 1 night, but this hotel was great. It does look dated from the outside but the rooms are modern and very clean. The walk in shower was very spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I will definately stay here again.

Looks like Best Western took over a motel facility. 2 floors, no elevator, doors to the outside, just off the main drag. Discouraged at first but room was spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet. Small kitchen including 3/4 fridge and 2 burner induction plate. Walk in shower was convenient. Didnt stay for bfast.

Rooms are confortable and clean, but they have wooden floors and seems their old. We sleept the first night on the first floor, at 6am we could hear the people upstairs walking (squicky sound). We couldnt sleep after that time. Next day they changed us to the second floor, much better. But felt sorry for the people downstairs because I could hear the squicky sound each time i moved.

Nice size room, recently updated, great location, excellent price.

Door to bathroom was messed up wouldn’t open from inside. Door to room was very hard to get shut. Visitors upstairs very loud.

Easy access off the main street, ample parking, clean rooms, nice beds, good water pressure and hot water. Great value for the cost. Our only "issue" would be the noise: you can hear walking and all other noise from above you, and you can share the TV sounds from the room next door, but since you're not in your room that much, it's not a deal breaker as everything was quiet at night. We will stay here again.

This is an older hotel that has been newly remodeled and done so very nicely. There is no elevator. The only negative thing I have to say is that the curtains allow too much light fully closed

Very clean and renovated, looks sketchy when coming in because all you see is the bad side. Overall, the bathroom is nice and beds are comfy.

Check in was slow. Not enough workers. Was very busy. Overall though everything was great. Will stay again.

Normally don’t do reviews but this experience was so bad I felt the need to communicate it. We arrived to the hotel to be checked in which went relatively smoothly. Upon arriving to our room, we found that the room was filthy. There was dried urine and hair all over the toilet, the shower was filthy, hair all in the sink, stuff all over the floor, comforter had stains on it. There was even a key left in the room from where the previous people who had stayed had left the key which indicated to me that the room had not been cleaned. This was communicated to the person at the desk immediately who apologized but offered nothing other than a different room on the total other end of the hotel. We moved there and had a decent first night. The next morning, we asked for a toothbrush and were told they had given them all away, then after this the keys did not work for the room. I went to the desk to have new keys issued and waited a very long time to be helped as the lady working the desk took forever to sign one person in that was in front of me. She then spoke to me like I was stupid, saying it probably wasn’t the right key. I informed her it had been working just fine up until that morning. Following getting new keys, we left for the day. On arrival that evening, we found that housekeeping had yet to come in the room and provide new towels. My wife went to the desk at that point and requested that a manager contact us. We were told one would but never received any communication.

There is absolutely no cell service period the employees and the owner act like you are a criminal the entire time and often try to stare into your room.When you check out they often try to hover around those that are checking out to see if they can try to get you on something to fine you for

Tucked off the busy street, which we liked. Room was as expected for a budget friendly motel. Check in and check out staff were friendly, but everyone we encountered in between seemed unhappy to be there. One of the mornings there a man with a little girl asked the breakfast attendant if there would be more eggs as they were out and he was told “no, that’s it.” There was plenty of time left of breakfast for him to make more. It was really sad and terrible customer service

Well started off bad. Got sent to a room someone was already staying in. But then got it straightened out

Well, I need to start off by letting you know that if you are arriving late, call them at least 5 times and don't give them a specific time. I was arriving between 3 and 5am. I called multiply times to inform them. I played it save and told them that I was arriving between 4 and 5 am. We actually aarived at 2:33 am. We found the front desk closed. Called many times and no answer. Called Hotels.com and they also tried calling and no answer. After an hour, they finally showed up, he came out of room 101, he was sleeping. I was furious! We were tired after an 11 hour drive, with my son in the car, it was cold out side and this gentlemen was sleeping?! OMG! Then he haf the nerve to tell us that we were supposed to arrive later...BRUH! You are not supposed to be slleping on your shift. We were so upset but too tired to argue. Hotels.com was very helpful and stayed with us on the phone and offered to give us a credit. We also had small roaches in the bathroom. Another thing, we called the front desk a couple of times a no answer. We left a day early and lost a night rate because of all the situations. Even the breakfast needs a little boost. I will be looking at other options when we visit Pigeon Forge next time.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, room was extremely clean and updated with very modern amenities. Beds were comfortable. Hotel was in a very convenient location with very minimal road noise. Overall great experience

The front office was clean and the lady working was very friendly. It only took a couple of minutes and we were in our room. Very fast and easy check in. The room was clean and comfortable. Looks to have been recently updated. I would absolutely book another stay here without question.

The room was very clean comfortable beds very cold air which I loved and the young lady that checked me in was very knowledgeable and friendly the man before her i spoke with her was a little confusing because he wanted a credit card to pay and didn't wa t to accept cash for the room i reserved and clicked on pay at property But anyways the young lady took care of me and said I could pay with cash other then that the room I had no complaints about and would glady stay there again

basically, for the price it wasn't bad, however we passed the front desk thinking we were entering from the back of hotel. its situated on a back street needs to have more lighting. room was clean

Good inexpensive hotel. Breakfast left something to be desired - it was cold when I ate at 8:30. Desk agent was great at checkin and checkout (same guy) - he was also helpful in getting my wife extra pillows. Hotel parking lot could use re-paving but otherwise the property was in good shape. Convenient to shopping 10 minutes to Dollywood and 20 to Great Smoky Mountains Park. Would stay there again.

Great stay! Close to everything

Service was excellent - highly recommend the upper level rooms. Shower was great- location is excellent.

This is a remodeled motel. The room was clean. There were streetlights in the parking lot that were flashing on and off throughout the night. There was also evidence of some business transactions in the parking lot which made us feel unsafe. The hotel is located behind another hotel, so it is not visible from the Main Street. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, so we have mixed reviews.

Good location in regards to the attractions, very noisy in the mornings and lots of construction surrounding. Staff was very nice and helpful.

It was very clean and updated, staff were very polite and attentive. Can park and walk the pigeon forge strip, or be a short drive from anywhere you want to go!

This is a good value for your money. The hotel is right off the main road, it is just behind a few buildings so it doesn’t look like the most visually appealing area. But you can walk to a lot of attractions and everything else is a close drive. The rooms were clean overall and the housekeeping staff brought us fresh towels every day. The breakfast is nothing exciting but it will get you through the day. The main problem is that you can hear everything through the room. There was a loud banging noise that could be heard early each morning and the geese outside gave us a wake up call too. Also, you can really hear the people moving around on the floor above you. Overall I would stay again because the price and location make it worth it.

They took me as a late reservation (on a busy graduation weekend) and didn’t overcharge me. I was surprised at how clean everything was and the breakfast was even great!

The only complaint i have is that there wasnt enogh food for everyone in the mornings.

The room was clean, bed was comfy. Breakfast was bad, eggs tasted fake, like they were made from powder, and the sausage had a strange flavor. If you're looking for comfort, this place is good, but don't expect much from the breakfast.
