Beautiful hotel. I didn’t like the pour over coffee and I there wasn’t an iron in the room. I also feel parking at a hotel should be free. I really liked the roof terrace. The neighborhood looks like they are working on upgrading it but we weren’t sure it was as very safe

Apparently there is no room service until you check out, and we were there for three nights (dirty towels, ran out of coffee, etc.). There were ice machines on third an fifth floor, but neither one was working. Instead of conditioner in shower, there was hand lotion and the shampoo container was empty. Employees were great with one exception: On one trip to the restaurant/bar, the staff never came wait on us. We sat at the bar and they were not busy, so no excuse for it.

Asked for highest floor in request, got a one word answer back saying "understood" then was given a low floor. Hotel was nice but arrival was difficult, could not unload bags ourselves and we had an order we wanted to keep but were pressured by bellman just taking out our stuff. They were nice but we did not want that service. Parking for $50 seems very steep for ATL, we just parked in the street next door for free. Area is nice but doubt we would stay there again, not worth the price.

The Wylie Hotel in Atlanta was chosen due to its proximity to the Eastern concert venue. Neither my wife nor I had any knowledge or experience with the Wylie. Arriving for our stay, we were warmly greeted by the front desk attendants, who checked us in. They gave us a description of the property's amenities and made recommendations for sites to see around the area. Parking at the Wylie is non-existent. If you arrive with a vehicle, you must surrender it to the valet staff. Pulling into the property is very tricky, and we had multiple problems with this setup. Then they charge an additional 48.00/day for the privilege of using their valet service. If I have any complaint about the Wylie, it is the parking/valet issue. A modern, top-flight travel destination of this caliber and cost should have a better parking setup. At any rate, the room, bed, and amenities were very accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, but with the parking/valet caveat.

I loved our room! It smelled like cut wood, but there was a really strong smell of cloying air freshener in the halls, and there was a slight sewage smell in the lobby. The staff was incredible - kind, funny, and very helpful! The area around the hotel was fine during the day, but a little dicey at night.

Overall, great stay. I enjoyed the room and I loved the convenience of the location for walking. Downsides were that there's basically no good drop off flow and it was hard for uber drivers and friends to pick up or drop off. Not that big a deal, but it was enough to mention. Other than that, the floor was not clean. My socks were very dirty just walking around the room.It seems like whatever they are mopping with is not rinsed - maybe it's the cleaner because the floor was a bit tacky underfoot. The rooms could do witha steam or vacuum mop, regularly. Everything else was very clean. Hoping this is helpful, as the floor was a pretty notable downside in a hotel that is just shy of being worth the cost because of that.

The hotel is lovely. The hotel staff was lacking. Waiting at least 30 minutes for the waiter in the restaurant to come out. Another day, we were given cold toast and it took another 10 minutes for the waiter to bring butter. No "freshen up" on day 2. No towels, no emptying of garbage, no coffee pods or creamer for coffee maker. In the lobby, no cookies put out, no water in the water cooler.

The hotel is located next to construction of a commercial building. Also, when we arrived at the room, I noticed that a large part of the floor was sticky. I took a bathroom towel and to try and get it off, and the towel was filthy black on the section I cleaned. The staff upfront and the valet parkers were very professional and thoughtful.

Remodeled property was nice. Service was awful. You must request your room to be serviced daily which no one bothers to tell you at check in. When they did service room, they left dirty coffee cups, no replacements. No new coffee pods, no replacement water. Front desk staff was indifferent and poor representatives of the Hilton brand.

The hotel is very nice. Our room was clean and comfortable but a little tight with no closet. The bathroom was also nice and clean with a big shower and had enough room for toiletries. Unfortunately we could not get the shower temp above warm. The thermostat in the room didn’t work correctly so it was either really hot or a bit chilly in the room. They tried to fix both things but no luck.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. I had issues with the A/C not staying at a constant temp where I set it, so the room was hot to me. Also, there’s no table or desk in the room and it made it uncomfortable to work and even eat while in the room.

The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable! I have back problems, so that was definitely a plus sleeping on a good quality mattress! The only problem was the noise from the street was very loud. Also we were on the 2nd floor right where everyone comes in and drops their car off, so it was very noisy there. The gym was near our room, we could hear a foot heavy jogger in the early morning.

This adorable little hotel is a hidden gem right in the middle of a whole lot of action. So many fun things to do that are walkable. The best part about this hotel is the staff-absolutely five star service, as good as, or even better than, places like the Four Seasons or The Ritz! We will absolutely be back!!

The overall service was good, however, there was only 1 server at breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning. He had to manage the inside and outside tables which caused an unnecessary delay in service. Kudos to him for his patience and charming personality! Please add at least 2 more servers to the staff.

The hotel was nice. The issue was in the middle of the night a fight broke out in the hallway/nearby room that was extremely loud and disturbing. I was worried someone was going to get seriously hurt and very scared to be so close in proximity. I tried to call the front desk and no one answered. The altercation went on far too long and the staff did little to nothing to make it stop. I wouldn’t stay here again out of concern for safety.

Excellent Customer Service. We have never seen such great customer service. Both valet gentleman were super nice. Adrian in the night shift was amazing answering every question we had with such a welcoming attitude. Cnya in the morning shift was also very welcoming with her caring attitude. And last but not least every encounter we had with Carmen at the bar was awesome. She made sure our drinks were amazing. Super pleased in every way. Highly recommend this place not only because of all the wonderful people but also the location was very accessible to all fun things around here.

we paid for the upgraded room with balcony, as well as breakfast. When checking in they gave us our room. Went to the room and quickly saw wow this is way smaller and has no balcony! Went down to the lobby to inquire about this. They were very unhelpful. First saying we did not pay for such an upgrade, and then once we showed it on our app (clearly stating balcony king suite w/ free breakfast) that Expedia had pulled the upgrade and there was nothing they do. They ended up putting us in a larger room (same size or smaller than the one we had booked) and no free breakfast. The front desk/receptionist sucked. She was slow, sent us to a room that was occupied upon checkin, didn’t believe me that the key didn’t work to our room so she walked to the room herself only to find it was occupied by guests, sent us to another room on another floor (we’re carrying our bags and suitcases) without an apology or offering to help and was generally rude and apathetic. The hotel itself was nice and clean but don’t expect much from the staff.

One night stay for an event - and lovely service team, warm greeting, helpful and swift. Clean, nicely appointed, ample snack/drinks in the room. Very comfy bedding (pillow options and crisp linens). Nice touch offering champagne and cookies at check in. Easy walk to dining and some shops, too - would recommend.

Great location with a lot of shops within walking distance and east access to the beltline for running/jogging to piedmont park. The hotel only have steamers and no closet space for clothes but besides that everything else was great! I highly recommend

We went here for a date night…the staff was very friendly upon arriving. The bar staff was excellent and friendly. The food was on point even though the fryer was down they baked our wings and honestly I believe them to better than the fried ones, was well worth the wait time. Overall it’s a real intimate setting if you need a quick getaway.

This was our first stay at a Tapestry property. The decor was adorable! Great Christmas decor as well. Room was clean and if a good size. The valet parking service was fast and super friendly. Our breakfast was fine but overpriced- would not do that again.
